Excellent property that updated, beautifully decorated, amazing comfortable beds, wonderful attention to detail. It all felt quite luxurious, and was extremely convenient. Also, a very quiet area that felt safe.

This house is beautiful and very clean. The host has instruction guides conveniently placed throughout the home. The 3 bedroom and 3 full bathroom set up is great for a friends or couples trip. The home is spacious and cozy overall excellent choice with entertainment in walking distance.

The house was amazing, clean, in town, and well appointed! The beds were the most comfortable beds in any rental we’ve had. It was perfect for what we wanted. The only thing we missed was a grill and that’s only because we like grilling a meal during our mountain stays.

This home was immaculate and decorated beautifully. Each bedroom having its own bath was a huge plus. The kitchen was well designed and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient to App State and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet even on a game day. The host was quick to respond to questions and requests. I will definitely rent again.

This is a very welcoming and cozy home. We enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of the house, which had all the necessities for our 3 night stay. The location is great, enabling you to get around Boone easily (look for the backroads to avoid traffic). There are many wonderful places to dine and we especially enjoyed The Beacon (less than 10 min from this house). Fantastic food, service and live music! Thanks for a lovely visit - we'll be back!

The Ivy was a perfect house for our girl weekend. There were 3 of us, so everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house is fully updated, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are super nice, too. The house location is also perfect - just a short drive to downtown Boone and Bowling Rock. Elizabeth was a great host. She makes sure we had everything we needed and also very kind to offered the early check-in. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

We had a great time staying at The Ivy during our couple of days in Boone. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but is still close enough to downtown Boone and App State that there's plenty to do within a short drive. The home was perfect for us. The house is very modern inside and has everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Everything was as described in the listing and Elizabeth answered any questions we had very promptly. I would happily recommend this house to any family spending some time in Boone.

We ate out for all meals. There are so many great places to choose a variety of delicious food. The house is as beautiful and accommodating as the pictures! And Elizabeth is the best host!!

The property was fantastic! It was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. Kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with your needs and the little touches, like having some coffee there to use, were amazing. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

A Nostalgic Visit

The Ivy - modern and cute-was perfect for my family and me. The entire place was well-appointed and comfortable. We were close to campus and downtown, both of which we visited out of nostalgia. The neighborhood was quiet, and our time in Boone was restful and full of fond memories.
