We lucked out with the weather the second half of the week and the water toys and dock were great for getting in and on the water and doing a little fishing. The bedrooms were nice and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals.

The check in was very good.Kitchen was good, but the lights over the sink and stove did not work. The tray of water in frige took up room.The beds where very nice. Overall our stay was very nice. Would rent again.

Would stay again!

Fantastic end of summer long weekend on gorgeous Lake Darling. Easy location for two families and kids. Lots of activities, safe biking and easy boat rental at Lake Darling Resort. Would definitely stay again!

Long weekend on the lake

Everything was great! Location, plenty of beds, and access to the lake. Awesome that the owners made accommodations to let us tie our boat and jet skis up to the dock. Highly recommend!!

Nice, clean cabin! Comfortable beds, easy access to lakes. Great deck and backyard for activities and campfire! Neighbors are super friendly. 5 star experience!

Great Place to Relax

Our entire family enjoyed the variety of activities in and on your property as well as in the area. The young children loved the panfish fishing from the boat and also from the dock. Others liked the paddleboards. A great house for a family. Very quiet location! Great yard space.

June on Lake Darling

We were three generations of family with a long history growing up on and visiting the chain. We really enjoyed this Darling house. It was very comfortable, supplied everything we could need and the lake access was great. The water toys were used alot and we have several new water skiiers in the clan now.

Lake House

The stay was ok; we thought it could have been cleaner. All of the reviews said it was very clean; I felt that was misleading. We enjoyed the deck, and the AC worked great. Kitchen was well stocked/supplied. Thank you for having us.

Family lake house in great location!

We stayed for a few nights with family & friends (8 of us) This is a clean, comfortable home that is a little older, but the owners have been doing some nice renovations. Other pros: 2 refrigerators, comfy beds, lots of towels, nice neighbors. The yard is big & well kept and there is a beautiful lake view. We had a great time using their paddle boards & kayaks. This home is close to stores, restaurants, & downtown. Melissa provided great communication and was very responsive to any of our questions.

My son's 22nd bday

Every year my son and his friends try to find a lake place for a few days to go fishing, swimming, boating etc. I cook up a storm and we just enjoy the time together. This year was the best one because the lake was so clean and not weedy at all. We had a decent fishing boat and rented jetskis! Super fun! Also the biking was perfect. Biking trails everywhere!

Great location. Nice Lake Home

The place was clean, well furnished, great location. The dock and lake were great. The kitchen needs new appliances and the gas grill caught on fire from not being cleaned properly. The host was easy to work with. I rent in the area every year and in other locations across the country. If not for the appliances and grill I would have rated it all 5's. The rental did not come with fire wood which is a first time for us renting and having to buy it it. All other lake and beach homes we have rented wood was supplied. I would definitely rent this property again!

Sunsets were beautiful, fishing was great. Owners let us book on short notice due to our other chosen VRBO suffering storm damage days before our arrival. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
