Absolutely perfect from beginning to end-We love staying in Costa Diamonte and this home was off the charts. Great big rooms and beds. Clean, temps good and beautiful sliding doors that open to the house. Everything for our family we could need. Easy access to the pool and beach. No issues with check in and check out. Great host, we will be back!!!

GREAT LOCATION, SETUP, SPACEY & COMFY!

The house is in a great location, close to the beach with easy access, right across from the pool & jacuzzi. (nicely heated) Checking in was easy & fast. Parking is easy, with ample room for 3 normal vehicles. The house is nicely setup with enough room for 12 people (2 rooms have bunks, 1w/a trundle!) The mattresses in "smaller bunk room" we had the kids (age 11 & 12) complain they were not comfy & felt like they "sunk" in the middle. The rest of the rooms the beds were comfy. Outside patio has a nice table to eat meals at & enjoy the weather, the master patio also has wicker set but cushions are badly sun weathered & falling apart we were afraid to move them & damage even more. All else is nicely setup with kitchenware, utensils, pots, pans some mixing bowls etc. Gas stove is lovely & AC/Heat units in all the rooms to its great to be able to control separately! Shampoo, conditioner & body washes in all the showers! Grill outside is nice & had propane, kids loved the ping pong in garage for the time we stayed since it was a bit chilly outside! Overall a nice house with a convenient, secure location.

Perfect location

Great House Great Stay

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and well stocked. No issues and the host was responsive whenever we had a question. The only suggestion we would have is to get better mattresses for the bunk rooms. We had mostly adults and the mattresses in those rooms were a bit hard. The two king size mattresses were fine. Other than that we had a great stay and a wonderful time.

Family getaway

Beautiful property, perfect for the entire family. Close to the pool and nice little walk to the beach. Very nice community, pleasant people around, front gate security very helpful. We had a feeling of being secured by seeing security walking around the property at all hours of the day and night. Our stay was very pleasant and the owners are very nice! Thank you for sharing your home with our family! We will definitely be back again. If I could make suggestion, sponge to wash dishes and make sure WiFi is working. Didn't mind so much because it allowed the family to disconnect and be present!! But we did want to wind down and watch a movie for the kids.

Awesome Senior Framily Trip

The house is huge - perfect for a large framily vacation. It was decorated with a cute beachy theme and very clean. The location cannot be beat! It's right next to the pool with a short walk to the beach. The community is safe and monitored. We had an issue with a few items that were not stocked, but it was quickly resolved with a text to the property manager. She was very responsive and wanted to make things right. We will def stay here again!!

Very nice house and security around was excellent

Jewel of a Stay

This is a first class house, with a terrific layout, great space, and high end modern furnishings. Our 3 generation family of 6 spent a week at the Aguilera vacation home, and everyone agreed we will be back. The deck is fantastic. We spent every evening enjoying adult beverages and playing games on the deck. There is also a deck on the upper floor with a fantastic view of the Sea of Cortez. The house is close to the pool in the Costa Diamante complex and a very short walk to Sandy Beach. The kitchen has a stainless steel french door refrigerator and a Wolf gas range. The house also has a propane grill, so there were multiple options for cooking meals on the nights when we didn't eat at one of the local restaurants. The Super Lay and Sam'sClub grocery stores were a short drive away. The washer and dryer were a plus (for stays more than 3 nights). The house provides beach towels. And there's a ping pong table in the garage. Definite 5 star rating.

Beautiful Modern House

This house is a short walk to the beach and right next to the pool and hot tub area. The house was very new. Smelled like it had just been painted. It was very nice and I would definitely rent it again, but we have some recommendations…mattresses on the bunk beds are poor quality. You can feel the springs in them. I’m sure they are fine for toddlers, but my teenagers complained. The front door is not operable for guests. This would normally not be a problem, but they were re-doing the community path behind the house which made it a little awkward to exit through the back each time. I would recommend some plastic cups/plates for the kitchen. The upstairs has some dangerous patios. They have signs warning not to enter but a curious child could easily access them if no adults are around. It was a wonderful visit to Rocky Point at this house. The neighborhood is fantastic and feels very safe.
