Breathtaking Custom Home in Sandy Beach with Great Amenities!

Breathtaking custom home with over 3000sqft of indoor and outdoor living space and stunning views. It is a beachfront property only a couple minutes walk to the water, and a community pool that is heated/cooled, as well as an attached jacuzzi just steps away from the home. The property style is contemporary with beautiful beach style fresh and crisp décor.

It is family-run, and we take pride in trying to make sure the home is in flawless condition.

It boasts 4 bedrooms including two primary bedrooms with on-suite ba, total of 3 ba. and you will be able to see the bed description is in the amenities page.
There are a couple of large patios/terraces with beautiful views of the ocean. There a other areas on the second story which are off-limits, so we kindly ask guests to obey the signs, not to enter.

Kitchen and bathroom basics provided but limited, so feel free to bring extras, according your needs and group size. Basic bedding linens and towels are also provided; 1 ba towel and 1 pool towel per adult, but we also recommend you bring extras from home, to better fit your needs.

You may use the spacious two car garage, plus extra driveway space for 2 vehicles. We respectfully ask guests to refrain from using the exterior stairway which has a closed gate that leads to a separate apt. which is for owner use only and has no access to the inside of the home.

The property is very conveniently located with just a short drive to town, shops, restaurants, and more!
This pristine home has many resort-like amenities and comforts you need for a relaxing beach getaway in style!

Loved our stay! Right next to the cooled pool (we stayed in August so was amazing!) and a very short walk to the beach! Loved the neighborhood, would definitely stay here again!

Clean and organized house. I liked how it had nice but minimal decoration so nothing is lost, or broken; it made the place look spacious. Everything in the house worked. Clean.The beach was some minutes walking distance and that section of the beach was not as crowded.Only problem was that one bathroom had a lot of ants. In the shower, the wall, and floor. Very annoying to use the restroom and have ants around.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the ants in the bathroom. Unfortunately, during this time of year in Rocky Point, ants can be particularly difficult to prevent due to the seasonal conditions and climate. We do have monthly pest-control service and take preventative measures regularly, but despite our efforts, this is something that can occasionally occur and is very difficult to completely eliminate. We completely understand how unpleasant and annoying that must have been, especially in the bathroom. Thank you again for staying with us and for bringing this to our attention. The house was nice however when we got in, it was very hot so we had to turn on all the AC units to cool down it would have been nice if the cleaning. People left it on before leaving. That’s another thing. The house wasn’t actually clean as the fridge had a very bad smell and was rusted from the inside and the showers had sand inside of them and the floor was also dirty. check-in was not easy being that they forgot to send in the reservation to the people at the gate so I had to call the host so she can tell them to let us in & anytime. I messaged the host directly. It took a while for her to answer me back and although the house looks big and spacious. We did not have access to every part of the house because some of the balconies upstairs we were told we could not open the doors to go outside of them, which defeats the purpose of the view and then it looks like they had a basement apartment downstairs attached to the house that we also did not have access to, and it did not mention it on the listing

All check-in instructions, property access details, and house information are clearly provided to guests in advance, and the guest did not review all of the information provided. The home and its amenities are cleaned and inspected prior to every stay. The access restrictions mentioned were also disclosed and are in place for safety and privacy reasons. We regret any inconvenience experienced, but we believe it is important to clarify that the concerns described were largely the result of information that was provided but not reviewed prior to arrival.

Overall, we had a great time at this lovely home. We loved how close it was to the beach, as well as the community pool and basketball court. My kids also enjoyed the toys that were available, which was a nice bonus.One thing I didn't think to check before our stay was whether the home provided beach essentials like a wagon, beach chairs, or an umbrella. If you plan to spend time at the beach and want shade or somewhere to sit besides a towel, be sure to bring your own items. Fortunately, we were able to rent a canopy, two chairs, and a table from vendors on the beach. The only other downside was that my kids wanted to play basketball, but all of the basketballs at the community court were flat. This wasn't an issue with the home itself, since the balls belonged to the community.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would be happy to return to this beautiful home in the future.

The location and home is great. We had multiple minor issues that we believe are due to property being private and not hosted by a property management company, as these issues we haven’t experienced with other rentals who have management. 1. WiFi was not listed correctly on instructions, it was changed but not updated, we spent 30 min trying to connect to non existent name.2. Fridge takes long to cool, freezer did not work to freeze new items, kept cold items cold, but melted over our stay. Maintenance came out but not fixed.3. Skillet on stove was non- functional on purpose, but not communicated, wasted time trying to figure it out. 4. Ran out of toilet paper, only 1 spare per bathroom, with 10 people staying. Owner did bring some by on last evening.5. Ran out of paper towels in kitchen, we cooked 3 meals per day, no kitchen cleaning supplies, was told that’s all we get, buy your own. 6. Grill did not work outside, tried both propane tanks, had to grill inside on stove. 7. Ants in master bathroom, due to cracks in grout, not from cleanliness.8. Upon arrival the ac units took the first evening to cool upstairs, ac should be turned on prior to arrival so it is comfortable.9. There were intense winds one night with loud banging on the roof; prevented us from sleeping/rough night. after inspecting, it appears the cover was broken and flapping around, possibly neglected over the years.We personally own a property management company, perhaps making our standards higher.

We respectfully disagree with this review, as maintenance inspected the reported issues and found the majority to be inaccurate or unsubstantiated. All property instructions were provided in writing and sent to guests prior to arrival; unfortunately, it appears some instructions may not have been reviewed. The only confirmed issue was an AC flap loosened by unusually strong post-hurricane winds, which caused noise overnight. Our team made repeated efforts to assist the guest because guest required assistance basic knowledge items of sorts requiring considerable time and attention. We remain committed to maintaining our property and addressing legitimate concerns promptly.

Excellent location close to the beach and in a pretty setting. But furniture, indoor and out and including mattresses, was uncomfortable with thin cushions. Also, most of the doors in the house were welded shut, which seemed like a fire hazard as well as making it hard to enjoy ocean breezes and outdoor spaces.

DeBorah, none of the doors were welded shut! The only door that was jammed that you mentioned during your stay, which I had maintenance over immediately to fix it while you were still there was only one of the doors to the balcony. That has Then been since been fixed and in working condition.

Absolutely perfect from beginning to end-We love staying in Costa Diamonte and this home was off the charts. Great big rooms and beds. Clean, temps good and beautiful sliding doors that open to the house. Everything for our family we could need. Easy access to the pool and beach. No issues with check in and check out. Great host, we will be back!!!

LOVELY Vacation Home

My family of 7 enjoyed this beautiful home for three nights did not want to leave! The neighborhood is lovely and safe and the home was more than we bargained for. Maria was so easy to communicate with, she made us feel welcome from the start. We will absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Perfect location
