Venga a relajarse en nuestra nueva propiedad en el exclusivo barrio de Costa Diamante. Ubicado justo en Sandy Beach. Sandy Beach, una de las playas más atractivas de Rocky Point. Puede disfrutar de actividades fuera de la carretera o deportes acuáticos a poca distancia a pie. Queremos que nuestros visitantes se sientan como en casa y ofrecemos todas las comodidades de un hogar moderno. La casa es una casa de dos pisos. En el piso superior, tendrá una cocina completamente cargada con vista al espacio abierto en el comedor y la sala de estar, donde todos pueden reunirse y disfrutar de excelentes comidas. Además, en el piso superior, tendrá mucho espacio en nuestros dos balcones. Cada balcón tiene una gran vista a la playa donde puede sentarse con su vino y disfrutar de las puestas de sol. En el piso inferior encontrará tranquilidad si tiene ganas de tomar una siesta después de un día de diversión. Una cascada relajante se encuentra bajando las escaleras para ayudar a su mente a sumergirse en la relajación. Al lado de la casa hay una piscina en caso de que no quieras caminar a la playa. La piscina está convenientemente ubicada para que pueda ver a los niños desde la propiedad mientras disfrutan del aire libre.

El establecimiento también se encuentra a 5-10 minutos de bares y restaurantes populares. Todo dentro de la parte lujosa de Sandy Beach. Ven y quédate, no te arrepentirás. La casa tiene capacidad para 16 personas.

Love the location

3 mins walk to the beach. Loved the house all though had a few problems . Dishwasher didn't close all the way. It rained and roof was leaking, but communicationHowever love the community.

Lovely stay on Sandy Beach

Great house and location in Sandy Beach. Clean & comfortable house for our group of friends. We loved the 2 balconies and rooftop patio, we even saw dolphins playing off the beach at sunrise one morning! We appreciated the provided beach towels & well stocked kitchen. A couple of the patio dining chairs need repairs, but this didn’t impact our overall experience..

Great Home in Amazing Community

We had such a great time relaxing and enjoying the house and beach! The home was in a great location and was enough space for 3 families with kids! Just a quick walk to the beach from the house. Kitchen was great for home cooked meals and all of the rooms and house had very cold AC. Although we didn't use the pool, the pool is literally a few steps away but our kids only wanted the ocean waves!

Beyond Expectation!!

Our four families, totaling 12, gathered for a little vacation. Since I have never done the scheduling, I was nervous about tackling the process. Everything went flawlessly! The home is VERY spacious, well stocked kitchen, and has beautiful view of the ocean. We all wished that we could have had a longer stay. Poor start strong finish

Let me start by saying the property and development is itself is quite amazing. The check in process was much more challenging. Low battery on the house lock box created quite a situation and a prolonged check in. Luckily my friend and his wife were staying in the development close by so we could hang until resolved (2 hours later). Not having phone service only complicated the matter. However, after that, and a proposal to my now wife ( on the beach, as opposed to the plan; on the house roof patio after check in) our stay was one of the best ever! The property was so modern and clean and is only a couple hundred meters from the beach! Our family had the best time cooking and relaxing at the house as well! It is beautiful here and the beach is quite wonderful. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

Great place

This was a beautiful property with a short walk to the beach. We brought 2 families and had it plenty of places for people to sleep. The owners were easy to communicate with and were very prompt at addressing our needs. We would have loved to have more places to sit in the living areas, but other than that we loved staying there. We would definitely come back.

Great place to stay!

We stayed in this place over the fall break, 8 adults and 6 kids. Overall great experience, great location, right next to basketball court and pool/spa area and about 3 minute walk to the beach. Laura, the property manager, was amazing and helped us with any issues that we had in timely manner. I'd like to point out a few things.. if you're like myself and take your own cookware anytime you travel, make sure to take pots and pans that work with induction oven because that is what they have in this house. Gas grill does not work, but they do have a charcoal grill with charcoal provided, it was not as convenient, but it worked just fine. Beds are very comfortable, but all queens, I think it would be better if owners would put in king size beds instead. Other than these minor things, we had a great time and would definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Great vacation

It is our 2nd time at this property and we enjoyed a relaxing few days with friends and family. However could not sleep very well and had to move the bed in the master because the AC was blowing directly on our faces. Also AC is loud. Otherwise was a pleasant experience.

Family celebration

The place it’s in a save community, around big and huge houses, near to the beach , very good in sise Very easy to understand the instructions booklet Roberto and Laura where helping me with all my questions At the first moment I felt like a paparazzi taking pictures of the details of what was damaged , after reading the contract because I would be charged for any damage the occupants did to the property. It’s a old fridge , so you need to buy ice, well equipped kitchen , but you need to bring your own wine bottle opener The room at second floor has a nasty mattress in the closet We where happy with puerto Peñasco , it’s a nice town , the community very clean and people around friendly Sofá bed in second floor didn’t work , and dining room chairs stained, and also one of the chairs in balcony was broken, the house need a little of maintenance, for example stained pillows, low quality of towels. For a beach house it doesn’t offer much , it’s better to bring your chairs, the beach cart to carry things didn’t work , so better bring yours

Very Spacious

Had a wonderful time. I loved how everyone had their own room and bathroom. We had 10 people in the house and never felt cramped! The house was beautiful! Perfect location next to pool and a literal 5 min walk to beach! Also whenever we had a problem or a question it was resolved or answered right away! Hoping to rebook next year.

Great house for large group

This house is beautiful. It has all the things you need to have a great vacation. The rooms are spacious and bright, each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basics. The location is perfect! right next to the basketball court and pool, and only a few steps from the beach. Instructions on how to get there were clear, check-in was easy and fast. We'll definitely come back and will highly recommend this property.
