Waterfront 4BR home with amazing views!!!

220 Stone steps lead down to Hart Bay beach where you can explore or clamber around the rocky shore. Features that set Oceanport apart:

• Pool and integrated spa, with sun all day
• Walk down to the ocean (many stairs)
• 180 Degree views
• Cool breezes and AC in all bedrooms
• Solar panels and large battery backup
• Deck off every bedroom
• Welcome basket on arrival

The views are incomparable, and most days you will see sea life from the decks. Unlike many villas the pool is in the sun from 9-5. Our outdoor furniture is new and the outdoor dining table seats 8.

2 king bedrooms, 1 bedroom that can be King or twin beds and lower bedroom with queen bed and living room and kitchenette.

When you make a reservation for 1-4 people - it is one rate. When you add additional people there is an additional charge for each additional person.
We only rent to one family at a time.

A big slice of paradise!

Stunning morning views, incredible beach access, fabulous pool, easy access to town, well-appointed bathrooms for each guest, and a kitchen any chef would love! Very private and quiet. Communication with everyone connected was on target, every time. Oceanport has my highest recommendation. Perfect!

Spectacular views from every room

This place is as advertised and more!!! The views are breathtaking and very private location. Beach in front not really a good swimming spot but nice to walk along. Only downside is lots of steps but we had my husband with a newly replaced knee and sister with broken ankle and neither had any issues.

Excellent Property!

if I could give this villa a six star rating I would. We had our family vacation here and had such a wonderful time. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need including everything you need to go to the beach such as coolers, beach, chairs, etc. It’s very close to Cruz Bay and the grocery stores. Everything was immaculately clean. Waking up to an ocean view from any of the rooms was spectacular! Jackie met us up upon our arrival and guided us to the villa and walked us through everything. We only had one issue where we ran out of propane on the kitchen stove. I called Jackie and she got a hold of the maintenance man who was there within 20 minutes to change the tanks.The driveway is a little tricky as it has quite a hump to get over but once you’ve done it it’s pretty easy. Definitely recommend a four-wheel-drive vehicle on St. John.Staying at Oceanport Villa truly made our first St. John experience wonderful! We will be back for sure.

Perfect week in paradise!

We had everything we needed to enjoy our week in paradise with our family and any questions were answered by Jackie or Michele. We didn’t want to leave and hope to be back soon! Oceanport Villa Luxury

Property was everything that was advertised and more for this exceptional villa! It's location, furnishings, and well-maintained condition made it easy for us to stay there most of our time and reducing our time out at beaches, restaurants, tours, shopping, etc., to just relax around the pool, enjoying the stunning views and many amenities. Kudos to Jackie Harrison for her excellent work on our every need on the entire trip and stay!! Only feedback for improvement is that guests and friends stopping by had to use one of the three private bathrooms, vs. having a powder room available on the main level, and that maintenance workers were stopping by unannounced or scheduled, even entering the locked home while we were there; i.e.: security and privacy could be tightened. Overall, we LOVED the place, and will recommend it to family and friends!

Amazing property

This is simply an amazing house. The views are incredible and I don’t think could be better anywhere. Communication was very good and the house had everything we needed. There was a nice backyard dining area where we were able to sit and have dinner for the six of us although more would have fit. The kids love the pool. Location is great - 5 min from Cruz Bay and the market is super close. Guess the only thing people should be aware of is that the main living space does not have air conditioning, but we were there the last week of June and we still were OK. You get a pretty good ocean breeze . But it’s still something I think people should be aware of. The rooms are all nice and large and so are the bathrooms. One of the rooms has literally has its own living room so it’s like it’s an apartment. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend

Family graduation trip in paradise

We took our two sons and their girlfriends ( early 20’s ) on a graduation celebration and this house made the whole week a lifetime memory. Extremely well stocked house with beach towels, kitchen items, pool floats, beach chairs, snorkeling gear. You really only need to show up with your clothes and sunscreen! Amazing views and so close to groceries and the fun restaurants and bars in Cruz Bay. Great communications and coordination of our transportation on St Thomas. Would love to stay here anytime!

Beautiful home with jaw dropping view

Fantastic home with stunning views from every room. Close to conveniences of Cruz Bay and a short drive to the fantastic northern beaches. Beautiful and well kept grounds / pool. Property management was very helpful with every question and went out of their way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Wow, the views! Unmatched. The back patio area and pool was our home away from home. The rooms fit our needs perfectly. So comfortable and well stocked. Jackie, the manager, helped us with everything we needed. A must stay!

This property was perfect for a trip with my husband and 4 college aged young adults. We usually stay on a different part of the island and loved this location due to the short ride to Cruz Bay. We almost always stopped at Dolphin market on our way home to re-stock. (They have a great wine selection) The house has amazing sunrises and is VERY well stocked from the kitchen to coolers, towels and chairs. Breezes were plentiful in the main non-air conditioned rooms with a gorgeous cross breeze all the time. Travelers should know that two of the main house bathrooms are not air conditioned but that wasn’t a problem for the people who stayed in those rooms. We spent a lot of time in the pool, hot tub and deck area which was amazing with its views and sun all day. We all got some exercise doing the stairs down to the beach. (We didn’t swim there) Properly manager was super responsive when we had any questions. We had a great stay! We will considered coming back to this property for our next visit.

We loved our stay. Beautiful home with amazing views. Great location. Has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Wouldn’t recommend for families with children. Lots of stairs. Great pool & hot tub. We can’t wait to return again.

Gorgeous. We rent a house every year for the past 10 years and this was hands down the best. Beautiful inside and out. Pool and hot tub made it even better. Jackie was very helpful even helped us with our bags and groceries when we checked in. Loved everything about this house. Thanks

Paradise found!

Gorgeous property on the water in Chocolate Hole. This house had everything needed for a wonderful time. Perfect for groups of 8 or less. Loved the views and the pool was awesome. Couldn’t want anything more. A great place to spend the week and create wonderful memories. I would stay here again if I return to St. John.

Better Than Five Star!

Oceanport Villa on St John was the perfect winter vacation for our family. The house was spectacular...unbeatable view of Hart Bay & the sunrise, beautiful pool/hot tub area, fully equipped with all supplies provided. We could not have had a better experience. Vacation Vista Rentals were amazing to work with. Jackie, Michelle and crew were great. We were met at the boat dock and escorted to our home-away-from-home by Eileen who gave us a tour of the house and left us with a good understanding of the house and island. We had ordered provisions and everythingwas at the house and we were set. The beaches are the most beautiful where we swam with turtles, saw rays, sharks and tons of sea life. Hiking in the National Park was spectacular. Cruz Bay offered many great shopping and dining choices with the Rum Hut our favorite for fantastic happy hour specials, sushi and amazing Painkillers! After our daily excursions, hikes and beach days, we were happy to return to Oceanport, hop in the pool and continue enjoying the quiet offered by this lovely home. Our family age range is 11 to 72 and it's not easy to find a vacation home that offers something for everyone, but this one checked all the boxes. Check in and check out were a breeze. This home and St. John should be on everyone's vacation shortlist.

Amazing views and property

Loved Oceanport! Plenty of room for our family of 5. Loved the iguanas and swimming down at the beach. Amazing experience and the 360 views cannot be beat!

A great time was had by 4 couples! The home was perfect for cooking, relaxing by the pool or just sitting on the deck star watching at night. The host, Jackie, was very informative before our arrival.The island is amazing! We definitely will be back!
