Esta sorprendente Villa ofrece la oportunidad de "alejarse de todo", pero está a solo diez minutos de los increíbles restaurantes, tiendas y actividades de Cruz Bay y a solo catorce minutos de las playas de Northshore.

Arco Iris cuenta con tres habitaciones king de igual tamaño con aire acondicionado. Cada habitación tiene baños en suite, balcones / patio individuales y fabulosas vistas de Fish Bay. También disfrutará de las duchas privadas interiores / exteriores que le permitirán contemplar el Caribe.

La gran sala y cocina de concepto abierto lleva el entretenimiento a un nuevo nivel. Cuatro juegos de puertas de vidrio corredizas enmarcadas enmarcan la habitación permitiendo que fluya la refrescante brisa caribeña. Admire la vista desde cualquier lugar de la habitación. Overall, Arco Iris was amazing. The views and the pool were just right. Not far from the beaches, maybe 20 mins. Some things to consider before renting…the power went out multiple times and sometimes it was 6 or more hours before it came back on. One time the power went out and we lost all water. We couldn’t flush toilets or wash our hands. The property manager said to let him know when the power came back on because he needed to prime the water pump. There is no generator on property if the power goes out. We’ve been to St John before and stayed at other VRBO’s, this was the first one that did not have a generator. We also had lots of bugs in our room. We would rebook Arco Iris and now we know what to expect when the power goes out with no generator. The pool was so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the host had some food in the fridge on our arrival which was great. They also had beach chairs, coolers and a beach umbrella to use. We look forward to going back!

Easy family stay in St John

We loved our stay and having plenty of space to enjoy the view and a great location for exploring the whole island for our first family trip to the area. The house would better accomodate three couples but it worked for our family of five to have king beds, AC, the pool, outdoor showers, deck seating, ping pong table, and plenty of snorkel gear. The house manager welcomed us with food, advice and tidbits, and made sure our AC was keeping us cool. The house was easy and clean and had all we needed for the week. It has weathered a lot of island wear and tear and visitors but we enjoyed the ease of staying at Arco Iris and making forever lasting family memories!

Best family vacation I’ve had

Enough room for a family of 5, rooms had their own entry which was nice. Views from the house were absolutely spectacular!! The drive to the house was a little rough and steep so definitely rent a jeep. Everyone loved the 2 outdoor showers.

My wife and I stayed here as it was our third time in St. John. By far the best stay yet. Amazing views, hospitality, cleanliness, location, communication, etc. We will definitely be back. This is a gem.

Great trip ... enjoyed the villa

We traveled with our 21-yo son and his girlfriend, and a set of 70-something parents. It takes some effort to get there with the car ferry to St. John, but things went fairly smoothly. The roads in St. John are even more "interesting" than St. Thomas. We found good restaurants. 1864 and Morgan's Mango were favorites. We enjoyed an afternoon of charter fishing, took a dinner sail to Lovango, and went to several beaches. We spent much of our time relaxing at Arco Iris around the pool. There is a lot to like about Arco Iris, but I couldn't get to a 5- star rating. The layout is great with separate entrances for all 3 bedroom suites. The view is great! The morning sun is nice. The kitchen is functional. There are plenty of coolers, beach chairs, and snorkel gear. We used the ping pong table a little. Communication with the hosts was easy and helpful. Grocery and arrival platter deliveries were fineness convenient.Generally, the furnishings are getting a little "beat up" with missing knobs on some kitchen drawers, and lots on scratches/marks - minor things overall. The villa is just off of a main road, and the truck traffic was quite loud if you're out by the pool. There were quite a few ants on the patio by the pool that were a nuisance. Again, no major issues, but compared to other USVI villas where we've stayed at similar rates, we put Arco Iris in the good category. I'd have given 4.5 stars if that was an option

Great sunrise

Panoramic views from the long deck. Location is great and centrally located. Kitchen was well stocked with amenities and there were plenty of beach floats and snorkel gear. Very comfortable and relaxing stay. Only issue was we didn’t have water our first and last morning and it wasn’t overly warm. Property Manager fixed the problem within 15 minutes the first morning. We left too early to get it taken care of on the last day otherwise they would have been quick to assist as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the attentiveness of the property manager.

Great Stay in St. John

This was an excellent property for our recent trip to St. John. Everything was as described in the listing. The house was amazingly clean and everything was in great shape. The view was absolutely incredible as was the location - very easy and quick to get into Cruz Bay! Working with the property management was great as well - very responsive to any questions or needs! The beach chairs, coolers, etc. were greatly appreciated as well! I would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation with a Marriage Proposal

This was a family Christmas vacation with my daughter, nephew, and his soon to be fiancé. The house was perfect with beautiful views. The proposal took place at the Windmill with stunning views. We look forward to returning next year to Arco Iris.

Beautiful relaxing stay

Such a wonderful experience all the way around. From the property manager guiding us there after showing us a market to pick up a few things and helping us with information about the island to waking up to a beautiful view of the waves crashing in the distance! Kitchen has everything you could need and outdoor closet had all the beach necessities! One of the most relaxing places I have ever stayed! 100/10!!!

Mosquito Motel

We arrived and were told someone before us left a door open and there were some mosquitoes and we were give a bag of supplies (electric fly swaggers, other items. We killed mosquitoes for 7 days straight- they never stopped- there was obviously an infestation. Power outages (not owner fault) on and off for 4 days knocked out well pump and we had to call each time to have primed. While out we had no toilets.

We had a great time. Perfect location on the island. You can pretty much get anywhere you need to within ~20 minutes and only 10 minutes away from the primary area down in Cruz bay.

Didn’t want to leave

We enjoyed the house and porch and view so much that we didnt even go anywhere but the grocery store to get food for dinner for several days. It is a super nice area of the island and co Venice to Star market, Cruz bay, restaurants and the beautiful beaches (if you feel like leaving the house).

We are Jeff and Jennie O'Bryan from Nashville, TN. From the first moment we stepped off of the Ferry and on to the island twelve years ago, we have shared the dream of one day own a home in St. John. Every time we vacationed here we would have the same conversation, "Can you imagine if we could one day move here?" Well, this past year when I said this to Jennie she replied, "Why not us?" We started investigating to see what it would take to make it happen. Ok, in all honesty, Jennie started investing and I am so blessed that she did. We have always dreamed of a family legacy and having a place our four kids and us can create lasting memories and shared experiences. To our surprise, it was possible!

Living in Nashville is amazing for our family. It is a fantastic city with so much to offer; Music, Arts, Professional Sports, a great Culinary Scene and local lakes. We love to spend time on the lake or take in live music around the city. But with that comes all the other headaches, traffic, a busy work scheduled, kids and school schedules and of course cold weather! Arco Iris now allows our family to escape and truly relax and enjoy paradise.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Arco Iris means "Rainbow" in Spanish. I can truly say that Arco Iris is our "Pot of Gold" at the end of the rainbow. Once we made the decision that it was possible, Jennie and I set out on a search of the perfect home away from home. Again, I have to tell you how blessed I am to have an amazing wife. Jennie launched an in-depth exploration with endless hours of research. Ironically, the first house she showed me online was Arco Iris! Boy, can she picks them right the first time? Even though we ultimately toured twelve different properties, Arco Iris had us in love from the moment we saw it.

When we first pulled in the driveway and approached the doorway Jennie and I melted at the view. Peeking through doorway to the balcony we saw the sun glistening off the blue Caribbean and the view was stunning to us. We never got past that moment with any other property we visited. The open concept of the kitchen - great room is perfect for our large family. We love to entertain and the wrap around balcony provides extensive indoor / outdoor living space to relax or live it up!

The huge pool deck is amazing, especially for all the family guest we plan on having there with us. There is plenty of space to spread out. Places to sunbath or if your sunned out relax in the shaded sitting around. Swim in the pool or simply relax with a drink sitting in the water on the six-foot pool bench.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

First, if you have ever visited St. John you know that there are amazing hills with fantastic views. However, that means that most home have extreme driveways usually without turnaround spots! Arco Iris' drive is ample, level and provides a turn-around spot, very important! Trust me....

The Three Private King Suites with A/C allows couples or families the privacy they desire. Also, it is a great perk not to argue over which couple gets what room because they are all amazing.

There is also beautiful landscaping and stepping stones that allows you to take a stroll through the property.

Jennie and I hope you fall in love with Arco Iris just like we did!
