¡Vista espectacular! Hermosa ubicación romántica frente a la playa mejor

Disfruta de esta vista directa al atardecer desde nuestra terraza privada. Este condominio de alquiler de una habitación está justo en la playa de Los Muertos, la mejor playa de Puerto Vallarta. Fuera de la puerta de entrada se encuentra el mejor vecindario de la hermosa Zona Romántica con pintorescos edificios mexicanos a lo largo de calles adoquinadas, cafés al aire libre, muchos de los mejores restaurantes de la zona y también pequeños restaurantes muy baratos con comida local, cibercafés, comestibles, agencias de turismo, agencias de alquiler de automóviles, clubes nocturnos, así como chozas de playa con techo de palmeras que venden comida y bebidas, galerías y tiendas de moda, así como puestos al aire libre con locales que venden sus productos. También estamos justo al lado de una hermosa y auténtica plaza mexicana. Por la puerta trasera, pasando la piscina frente al mar rodeada de salones, mesas y tumbonas, se encuentra el área privada de nuestro edificio en una de las partes más anchas y menos concurridas de la playa de Los Muertos. No se deje engañar, porque la mayoría de los otros listados en el área de Puerto Vallarta requieren que tome un taxi a todas partes. El nuestro es un paseo fácil a lo que desee, excepto, por supuesto, las actividades remotas como el golf, montar a caballo, visitar pueblos, etc.

Perfect Location!

My husband and I have been visiting Puerto Vallarta for many years and this condo is in the most perfect location! It is right on the beach in the center of everything yet quiet at night. We enjoyed turning the air conditioning off at night, opening the doors and listening to the ocean waves. During the day you can hear beach activity but that is to be expected and was not a problem at all for us. The condo complex also has a pool and dedicated free umbrellas right on the beach for guests to enjoy. A short walk and we were right in the center of Puerto Vallarta's nightlife and restaurants. The Malecon is also just a short walk away. The front desk staff were always friendly and we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for future guests.

Zona Romantica Condo

We had a great stay in this lovely condo. It is beautifully decorated with colorful mexican art, which I love. The kitchen is loaded with all the necessities one would want to create a meal. It is located on the beach with a private condo pool and its own beach access. Fun shopping and delicious restaurants are right outside your door. You can sit on your patio facing the ocean, sip a beverage and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Everything described only better!

My husband and I stayed at Casa Beverly September 23-30th. The condo could not have been better. Beautiful front beach view of the ocean. Walking distance to everything in the romantic zone, tons of restaurants. The condo itself felt like being at our "home" instead of just a rental. Ted and Beverly have decorated the condo with their personal experiences of Puerto Vallarta so warm and cozy and everything you think of when you want a true "Casa". Loved the many carvings and paintings done by local artists. The kitchen was stocked for whatever cooking you might want to do. We simply couldnt have asked for more. Great location with a great balcony!

Casa Beverly was everything we were expecting and more. The location cannot be beat. In the heart of the Romantic Zone right on the beach. Walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and shopping one can handle. Friendly staff. Great pool. Great shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Decorated with beautiful Mexican artwork. The owners go out of their way to make sure all of your questions and concerns are addressed. They also provide a guidebook of sorts with excursion recommendations as well as reviews of many of the local restaurants. The sunset views from the cozy plant filled balcony is priceless. Always felt safe and secure. For a couple or single traveler the condominium cannot be beat.

Charming, comfortable and centrally located. As good as advertised.

Ideal for a couple. Clean, well-maintained. Excellent Zona Romantica location steps from the Malecon (beach), shops, restaurants, taxis, local buses. Everything in the unit supported our stay: having the kitchen, the comfortable bed, nice living room and the terrace. Quite a nice shower, too. Plus the crafts around the unit add color and flavor. Owner provides very complete apartment and restaurant info which makes life easy.

Truly Outstanding Condo Right On the Beach

If I could give this condo a 10 out of 5, I would! The location and the condo itself are outstanding. Casa de Beverly is right on the beach. You, literally, walk right out the private back gate of the condo and your toes are in the sand! My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks here and, we can safely say, this was one of the most relaxing vacations we have experienced. This was primarily due to the condo, its location, its friendly staff and the outstanding customer service of the condo owner. The condo is centrally located so anything you need whether its groceries, souvenirs, restaurants, bars, etc. is either within walking distance or a short, cheap cap ride away. Additionally, the location of the condo on the beach was OUTSTANDING. Not only are there reserved umbrellas for the condo residents and their guests there is also a parasailing company that operates nearby and, due to their business, they end up keeping the beach clear of anyone else. So, from the reserved umbrellas, there is always a clear view of the beautiful ocean water. I must admit, selfishly, I would like to give this condo a poor rating in order to keep it a hidden gem but it truly is an exceptional place to stay during your Puerto Vallarta vacation.

If you are looking for a beachfront romantic getaway in Old Town, do not pass this jewel up!

The location of the condo is in the heart of everything that you need. Down the stairs and within steps you have access to the beach, restaurants, bars, taxis, buses, shops and tour booths. This is just naming some things. Immediately upon walking into the home after a very long travel day, we opened to doors to see the view of the ocean from the terrace. My husband and I immediately put down our bags, opened the french doors , and just ogled at the view that would be ours for the next week. I woke up the next morning to the full moon sinking into the ocean while a whale was swimming. A rare and beautiful sight! This home is furnished with all kinds of amenities and lovely eclectic art. Although I have to admit, even with a full kitchen and everything we needed, we never cooked. (It was vacation after all) We had concerns over using US dollars in the area, as we did not exchange our currency right away. Most all places take US dollars and give change back in pesos. I was really surprised and delighted by this. Of course the exchange rate differs. If you do travel with cash, I would suggest to take smaller bills than $100's. We had plenty of cash, but we could not access our ATM/Bank when we tried. We did the Puerto Vallarta extreme zip line tour. It was a blast. It did beat us up, thus the "extreme" part. Two of our favorite places to eat were Pancho's Tacos and The Ocean Grill. Pancho's Tacos opened at six and there was a line throughout the night. It is a tiny little restaurant with a lot of hard working employees. For The Ocean Grill, we took a bus to Boca de Tomatlan. There we waited for our water taxi to take us to the restaurant. (Getting buses anywhere was so easy and cheap! Highly suggested.) The water taxi ride takes you literally out and around to the next cove. The trickiest part of the restaurant is disembarking from the boat to the dock. We had no problems, but here were some older folks who definitely needed assistance. This did not change anyone's chipper moods. There are plenty of helping hands. The view at this place is heavenly. We had the best grilled oysters I have EVER had. I did wish we had more time to explore. Ted and Beverly obviously take great pride and care of their home. It was immaculate and comfortable. Ted had so much wonderful useful information for us prior to arrival. I do hope my husband and I can return sometime in the not too distant future. *****

Great condo. Perfect location.

Location, location, location. Cass Beverly is a truly authentic mexican experience. It's location is perfect. You can walk to pretty much everywhere you might want to go. Great access to all the restaurants, etc. From the decorations to the outstanding view. The condo had everything you might need and more. It was great to sit on the balcony snd listen to music coming from local restaurants and just people watch. The pool area was very nice as well and the cleanliness of the complex was superb. We will definitely return.

it doesn't get much better than this

There is a phrase about real estate: location, location, location. As it turns out, the phrase also applies to Ted & Beverly's vacation rental condo on Los Muertos Beach in Puerto Vallarta. The condo is right on the beach and faces the beach in the old city known as Zona Romantica. The beach clubs are right outside the back door, and the unit is within walking distance of many of the best restaurants, bars, and the malecon (a 2 mile long boardwalk with more restaurants, clubs, shops and people watching). For adults and couples, this area is by far the best area to stay in the city. Then there is the condo itself. The breeze, the view and the waves crashing add to the ambiance of this comfortable, airy and carefully appointed unit. Living in the unit enhanced the experience of our stay in Vallarta. The condo building is only one unit wide allowing the breeze to flow through, creating an extremely comfortable environment inside. We never closed the terrace door and never used the air conditioning despite the fact that it was 80-85 degrees on the ground. With the terrace door open, we heard the waves all day long and went to sleep with them. Absolutely delightful. The condo faces west, so the sunsets are spectacular. There are personal appointments and artwork that reflect the fact that the owners use the place as a second home, and it feels "homey" in the best sense of the word. The bed is comfortable, there are flat screen TVs for down time, books to read, music to play, a well equipped kitchen for occasional cooking needs and the unit is cleaned twice per week. I would recommend this condo to any adult or couple looking to have a great Puerto Vallarta experience. As the review title says, it doesn't get much better than this.

a gorgeous condo right on the beach!

this is going to sound like a real estate ad, but i was crazy about this place. i was there for two weeks and loved every minute of it. i’ve been going to puerto vallarta for more than 30 years, and i don’t think i’ve ever stayed in a place that i liked so much or that was so easy to live in. it is obvious that the owners have put a lot of care into furnishing this condo, and i would absolutely recommend it to anyone. first of all, you get spectacular sunsets from the balcony! second of all, since the balcony overlooks the beach, you can hear the waves when the balcony doors are open. it is incredibly soothing to go to sleep to the sound of the waves. third of all, the pool area is extremely nice. the pool itself has a graduated bottom and is large enough to swim in but is not huge. the lounge chairs are very comfortable; they are made with some type of porous fabric-type material rather than that scratchy plastic webbing. there are also tables with umbrellas for shade. the pool area has a locked gate to the beach that condo renters can use to go in and out. finally, this was the simplest rental transaction that i have ever done. the owners are really easy to work with, they respond to their e-mails, they answer their phone, etc., and they are just all-around nice people. they even called me at the condo to make sure that everything was all right and to see if i had any questions.

Casa de Beverly is a gem!

My boyfriend and I just returned from a one week stay at Ted and Beverly's lovely condo and we can't imagine having stayed anywhere else! For starters, Ted is the absolute most helpful and thorough property owner that I've encountered. Before, during and even after our stay Ted was prompt in addressing any questions or concerns we had about the condo and even provided us with recommendations for dining, grocery shopping and day trips. The condo was even more beautiful than we expected! It was clean, comfortable and carefully decorated with beautiful art pieces from all over Mexico. We already miss our morning walks to the nearby panaderia, making dinner in the cozey kitchen and of course admiring the Puerto Vallarta sunsets from the terrace. We spent everyday happily enjoying Los Muertos beach and exploring the neighborhood and nearby towns. The building staff was warm, attentive and also served as a great resource for dining and beach-hopping advice. We cannot say enough nice things about this place! We hope to return to Puerto Vallarta one day and when we do, Casa de Beverly will be our first choice!

Home away from home...

Enjoyed my second stay last month even more than my first in 2010, if that's even possible. Perfect location, view, amenities, decor and Ted may be the most accomodating property owner I've encountered in my travels worldwide! Can't come up with enough positive adjectives about the condo, the administration, the owners or Zona Romantica in PV to convey just how great all of them are. No doubt I will be returning again and again to Casa Beverly, that is until I buy a place of my own there.... If I could change one thing, it would be that the condo HOA allowed pets! BTW, this is the first review I've ever bothered to write.

Awesome

My husband and I love staying at this condo in Playa. It's got the best of everything - lovely, comfortable accommodations, location, beach, pool, delicious restaurants all around, nearby grocery store, security, great service. Everything. We've gone to PVR three times and stayed in this exact location, and now make it part of our annual travel plans. It's like home. We spend our days lazing by the pool, playing cards, order from Daiquiri Dick's, then wander up the beach for a stroll, listen to some live music maybe, or just find some delicious beverages, wander into the streets of downtown for dinner, and then watch the sunset. Only to wake up and do it again. Perfect. It's quiet at night, alive by day and gorgeous -- and delicious -- all around.

Casa Beverly is beautiful and located in a perfect location. It is right on the beach and walking distance to the Malacon and many nice restuarants and shopping. Having breakfast on the balcony and watching the activies on the beach were delightful. Neighbors are friendly and it is quiet at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is it! Puerto Vallarta at its best!

We have stayed at Casa Beverly two times now and both times were perfect. The location, the atmosphere of old town and the cobbled streets, the close by resturants, the shopping, and most of all the view and the gorgeous sunsets all add up to this perfection! We would not consider staying anywhere else while visiting Puerto Vallarta and highly recommend this property. Happy travelers 2, Fair Oaks, CA

Walking the interesting cobblestoned streets and by-ways of the Romantic Zone and the Quale River island.
