The Space:

Casa de Carole is located in the heart of Romantic Zone. Surrounded by different kind of amenities like art galleries, restaurants, bars and nightclubs this unit becomes the perfect place to spend your next vacation or holidays.



Take the elevator to the 4th floor and you will find Casa de Carole.  This PV Getaways vacation condo is a one bedroom one bathroom unit, with wireless connectivity. A smart tv with cable system, a kitchen that invites you to cook your best recipes. The beach front balcony will make you have the most amazing sunsets that only Puerto Vallarta can offer.



Immerse yourself in the Spanish charm and magic of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone with a private beachfront condominium residence located on world famous Los Muertos beach. Overlooking your the pool, the sandy white beach and colorful sunset views from the terrace are enough to relax and give you peace of mind.



In addition, maid service is included twice a week with your stay. Laundry service will be available upon request.  Please ask your concierge for more details.

Fantastic condo!

Definitely one of the best places we have stayed in while in PV! The condo was clean, very comfortable for the two of us, and the property management was very communicative and helpful. Great pool and beach access, as well. Between the beautiful ocean and sunset views off the balcony and the location to some of our favorite restaurants, we will definitely be back to Casa de Carole!

The location and view from the apartment cannot be beat---ever. The pool and beachfront were excellent. The bed and pillows were comfortable and there were lots of towels and beach necessities in the unit. The employees at the building were lovely and friendly. Communication with the property manager was fabulous. The apartment would benefit from a bit of a refresh, but we would be happy to stay again.

Perfect location

We stayed three nights at Casa Carol and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The view is unsurpassed as is the location. Most of the best restaurants are within walking distance, as is the famous Malecon.

Perfect week in Puerto Vallarta

My girlfriend and I celebrated my 50th birthday in PV and Casa de Carole was perfect. Great location, small number of units and near all the fun nightlife. There wasn’t too many people staying there so the pool felt almost like a private pool. Being in front of the beach was great as we could walk to nearby restaurants our hit the waves. The place was perfect.

Perfect Location

What a lovely stay at Casa de Carol! Well appointed condo fit our needs. Extremely well positioned in the heart of old town with plenty of dining options near by! Very nice & clean. We felt secure in the building. Ample room for a 1 bdrm condo. We had an issue with the shower, received a quick response & was fixed. People at the desk were very helpful in answering all of our questions & concerns. Everyone was friendly. Great view from our balcony & pool area very nice. Thank you for a very enjoyable & relaxing vaca!

Loved the location amazing views off the balcony The unit was fine for our 2 night stay but I think it needs some work in the kitchen area and ceiling fans squeak or not working I know with the ocean air you have to replace items more often due to rust. Thanks for working with us on checking in we did live our stay 😊

Incredible weeks stay!

Everything was as advertised with the exception of the unexpected upgrades to the property. We were pleasantly surprised to see a brand new bathroom and new refrigerator and stove. The unit was fully appointed with everything you could need or want. The location was perfect with so many restaurants within walking distance. Cudos to Chris from PV Getaways for his attention to detail and superb service. We will definitely return as this was the best condo we have rented in Puerto Vallarta.

This property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location was great and there are a handful of restaraunts right outside the property doors. The place was clean and had extra towels and supplies. The fridge worked well enough to keep our waters cold and the AC worked well enough to keep the place cool. The communication with the host was great and they were very accommodating which I cannot thank them enough for. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place.

Great location in the Centro

Condo was perfect but the pool was icy cold !! Nobody was using it for that reason. Also some guests let their friends enter from the beach gate and used so many space and chairs that no long chairs were available for us!

Casa de Carole is Highly Recommended

Casa de Carole was exactly as promised. The pictures online were representative of what you can expect. The housekeeping was immaculate and the concierge at the desk was very helpful and pleasant. I was very worried about noise, given the location, but this turned out to not be a problem. Although noisy during the day, by 9pm or so all you can hear is the ocean. Air conditioner worked well, though we didn’t need it much in late March. The building where Casa de Carole is located has a lovely pool area and some umbrellas on the beach, reserved for the occupants of the building. There’s a bank of ATMs (Banorte) just next door to the building and a taxi stand on the corner. Taxis abide by a standard/reasonable rate for travel to/from the airport, but you should always verify in advance what you expect to pay. I highly recommend Casa de Carole for your visit to PV!

Amazing location of an authentic cozy apartment

We spent a week in this apartment. The building is located just on the beachside with one side facing the ocean and the other looking over the full of nightlife streets. There is a very easy check-in and check-out process with a friendly and helpful manager Hector and the other staff. The apartment looks exactly how it is in the pictures. The furniture and kitchen are not updated recently and not modern, but this brings some authentic atmosphere and coziness. Everything worked well. I would suggest to add a good kitchen knife though. I would recommend to confirm if any construction is happening on the site. We had a noise problem with renovation in one of the apartments. Despite the manager saying, that because of the off-season, the owners have the right not to inform anyone about it, it would be good to know about it and have the choice to rent the place or not. We contacted the owner. He was very responsive. And even if he couldn't do anything about the situation we got a discount for our next trip. Overall, we really like the place and planning to be back.
