Miller's Port O Connor Luxury Coast House

Almost everything you could want is here in this total remodeled show place home .One of the cleanest, roomiest family homes that will meet almost everyone's needs. Super Large Lot with tons of porches and decks with a crow nest. This house has almost twice the square footage of all the other rentals in town and sleeps up to 20. Five TVs for all the family needs to be meet. First floor Kitchen and Master so you do not have to carry all the groceries and everything up stairs. There is also a nice kitchen down stairs and kitchenette up stair with coffee makers in both and refrigerators. Tons of places to park all your cars, trucks toys and boats. Has a fish cleaning station on the property with washer boards and basketball goal to play at your convenience. The 4th bedroom tac room has 2 twins. All 3 living rooms have beds or futons. With 3 additional full mattress under all bunk beds. We just added WIFI

Perfect stay for a larger group

Great Weekend

House had plenty of space for our group of 8. We loved the upstairs porch and the kitchenette was handy. Location was close to everything. Contact with the owner was very easy. Everyone enjoyed the weekend!

The property has so much potential! Clean but could have been cleaner and some things should have been organized or hidden. Location was great, close to everything. The property does sit behind a boat yard that is an eyesore. Overall this house did it’s purpose and we had a great time!

Great place - 5 stars!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! There is so much room with lots of beds so everyone had their own space. I would definitely stay here again in a heart beat! It was also extremely clean and the house is kept up nice!

Family Christmas

This house was nice and spacious for our family to get together for Christmas. The outdoor fire pit was nice to sit around and stay warm. Plenty of space for boat parking.

Annual Fishing Trip

This home is perfect for our annual fishing trip. Several private rooms and other sleeping areas had more than enough beds for the seven of us. The upstairs kitchenette was very convenient! We look forward booking this place again next year.

Great place to stay

With the accommodations we needed, this spot met all the needs. Beach was close by,the store was walking distance, and great size. Can’t be too nit picky about the cleanliness… it’s a rental, so I get it. We were comfortable 🙂

Large family perfection

We came down to Port O to celebrate the life of my husbands grandfather who was such an important role in his life. We had family meet us down there from out of state. The house set up was absolutely perfect for all of us. There was more than enough room for everybody to spread out and relax. Our favorite place was the upstairs patio. We sat outside every evening and enjoyed the salty breeze on the night air. The second fridge was very helpful since we had such a large group. We come to Port O At least once a year. But after staying at this house we hope to make it more than just an annual thing. They were only a few minor things on the property that were a little disheartening but after mentioning them To Justin, he quickly responded back explaining that the previous group that had stayed there before our arrival was really rough and was very apologetic. We will definitely be back!

Pictures do not show the property as it actually is!

When we got to the property the house was dirty on the outside. The front screen door was propped open, when we tried to close it it would not close it was broke. All three trash cans for the house were full. Holes in the back of the couch. One person went to use the restroom down stairs and the toilet would not flush. I messaged the property manager and he finally sent a plumber to the house. He did not get the problem fixed said he would be out the next day. His instructions were use the upstairs to poop and the downstairs to pee. Inconvenience for 1 night ok we said. He then ask 1 of our people if he could turn on the pump in the back of the house and fill a bucket with waste every few hours. We never seen the plumber again. I am a disabled vet and climbing stairs to poop is not an easy thing for me. The electrical outlet on the front patio was missing the front my plate left out in the elements and cords plugged in it. I could go on and on but then you would get tired of hearing me and stop reading. I have pictures I would like to show if I could.

Right in the mix

The property is right in the mix of it all. We're a few blocks from the Fishing Center where access to waterfront, guides, boat ramps and more. Its the center of the universe as far a POC goes. Great place with TONS of room to spread out and relax. Go fishing for the day and bring your catch back to grille at home. Great fun!

Nice stay

Overall it was a nice stay. There were little things here and there that needed repair. There was a sconce that had fallen off the wall and was broken when we arrived and the metal frame for the day bed was hanging on by one hinge. I made sure and took pictures when we arrived to avoid any confusion. The area is real nice and house bc is very spacious. I would recommend this home to friends and family if they traveled out this way.

Justin and Leigh Miller originally from Edna Texas, but have been in Georgetown and Salado Texas for 25 plus years. We have 3 kids Kayden, Kalan, Kinleigh all in Salado Schools. We spend almost every chance we can at the water somewhere. Either fishing, boating, kayaking, riding the wave runners or on the boats for the day.

We have a Lake House in Granbury ,Texas, but love the "Salt Life" so we bought in POC because of the quite community with some of the best fishing in Texas. This house if full of charm, it has been remolded totally in the last 2 years, and sleeps up to 20 people. We also like that it is three full baths That is a must when living the salt life Tons of outdoor porches and lots of shade to relax. This is also a dead end road for lots of privacy.

Master bedroom and Kitchen downstairs, 3 living rooms and 3 full bathrooms and outside porches for all your get togethers. There is also a nice kitchette up stairs. 3 refrigerators in the house for over flow or extra drinks
