This is an excellent property for a large group with kids. The little details for the kids was so special and made our stay so easy and comfortable. I think the property exceeded expectations! Would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at this VRBO. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the location was perfect. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out effortless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We had a group of 9 this weekend and this house was perfect!! Plenty of room and stuff to do. We played a lot of cornhole. The weather wasn’t right for the pool but we will return to this property and hopefully get to utilize the pool area. Thanks so much for having us!!

This was our friend’s group 7th summer to get together and this place by far was the best place we have ever stayed! All the extra details were exceptional!(pool towels, rolled up blankets in a basket in the living room, soap, shampoo, tooth brushes, razors, if needed were stocked. The kitchen had thoughtful items as well! The place was immaculate inside! The pool area had plenty of chairs and the pool was inviting! Loved the propane fire pit! The hosts were very sweet to work with! They even had a menu for Marty’s Landing to order pizza in a folder! The pizza delivery person appreciated the easy to read address. Our group had 10 ladies and we were all very comfortable in the house. We have already decided we are coming back next year!
