Bella Vita comes fully equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. It offers a queen-size bed and a comfortable pullout couch. Sink into classic traditional furnishings with clean lines and designer colors. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook small meals up to large Thanksgiving dinners. Kids will enjoy a cabinet full of fun family games. A short trip downstairs takes you directly to the Carolina Beach Grill and Bar where you can dine in or relax on their outside patio. Also, directly below is Malama Café which will take care of all your coffee, smoothie, and breakfast needs! 

If you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a small family vacation, this is the place for you! You have front-row seats to everything the boardwalk has to offer including seasonal weekly firework shows, amusement park rides during high season, festivals, concerts on the beach, ocean view dining, nightlife, arcades, ice cream shops, and miniature golf. One assigned parking space. Gated entry to the building. Outdoor storage with beach wagon. Elevator access.



Property Level: 

Open floor plan with dining table for 6, Queen-size sofa sleeper, Smart TV with streaming. Living room access to a private balcony.

Modern efficient kitchen with stainless appliances, countertop seating for 4.

Primary Bedroom Suite with Ensuite bath, marble tile shower, bath access to the hallway 



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Arrival/departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.

Check-out is by 10 AM. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy:

Dogs Only Allowed with Restrictions.  Dogs are subject to an additional payment and restrictions! Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Adventure awaits. Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, enjoying the ocean views, or enjoying a cocktail by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!

Annual off-season events include the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival.

The Neighborhood:

Sea Coast Input - Carolina Beach boardwalk offers shopping, locally owned restaurants , ice cream & fudge shops and let’s not forget the vibrant nightlife. During the summer months the local gazebo has live music and bingo. Fishing charter boats, nightly party cruises, pontoon boats are also available. Or explore the Carolina Beach State Park. Neighboring Kure beach offers a charming downtown with locally owned restaurants ,Oceanfront park and a 712-foot long fishing pier. Fort Fisher is located at the southern end of the island where you can visit the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum and the North Carolina Aquarium. There are approximately 10 golf courses within a 1 hour drive and for those “historic” buffs, take a day trip to Downtown Wilmington or one of the other local islands via ferry.



Getting Around:

Sea Coast Input : Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pleasure Island at an hourly rate).

Carolina / Kure Beach is easily navigable once you're here. Our beach towns are very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advance reservations are recommended beach accessories. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Carolina/Kure Beach and explore the Carolina Beach state park and its’ many hiking trails. Or the Carolina Beach Greenway walking trail.

For a day trip travel from Ft. Fisher to Southport aboard the Southport Car Ferry and their many antique stores.
