Older beach condo, (Note: this is not a new condo) King bed with pool view and just a short walk to the beach access. Private balcony, grill, gazebo, beach access, free parking, close to pier, close to great surf break and close to Freeman Park. ***Please note nearest beach access is currently closed due to beach erosion***

This unit is on the first floor; however, the parking bay is underneath so you will have to go up 2 flights of stairs to access the unit. No elevator. AC operated by Eco bee thermostat please let us know if the temp. needs to be changed to your liking within reasonable parameters. We have blackout curtains and blinds for a great night sleep. A dehumidifier is located in the unit please set it to your preference.

Two nights of fun

Once we got passed the code to get the key (was a little hard several times) we had an excellent stay, clean, spacious , pool was great. access to the beach was not as close as we had hoped ( handicapped) and had to drive a few blocks to open beach access,,but all in all it was almost perfect... We hope to return again next year. ..

Weekend in Carolina Beach

The condo was very clean and perfect for a weekend trip! We appreciated having free parking, a short walk to the beach, a Brita, and a comfortable king bed. We were also a quick ~5 minute drive to all the CB restaurants.

Pet friendly beach condo

Great Beach time. Pet friendly. Bed comfortable. Manager was just a call away by ring cam. 2 flights of stairs to enter . We always had free accessable parking. Listed 1/2 block to beach..due to beach erosion repair it is about 1.5 blocks. Also approximately 2.5 blocks to Pier with scheduled entertainment (holiday weekend) drinks and a few menu items. Staff friendly. We had delicious food @ family owned

The condo was lovely. However, it was too small for my family. But was very clean. The host was always ready to answer my questions. I did not like being able to not control the temperature of the condo. He stated it in the description but now that I have lived it, I will not do it again. I like being in control. It was near the pier I had never been to. It was fun. My family had a wonderful time. Thank you very much for being so attentive to my requests and questions.

Condo-Carolina Beach

Very nice little one bedroom condo. It was just the right size for my husband and myself. Very clean and well cared for. Pool was nice and greatly appreciated in the heat. Short walk to the beach, nothing that would wear you out. Thankfully they are pet friendly, my pet appreciated it.

Just as advertised

My wife and I spent 4 days in this condo in early June of 2024. It was just as advertised, a bit dated, but clean and everything functioned properly. When we arrived, the air was not on. I sent a message to the host through VRBO and within 5 minutes he had responded, within 10 minutes we could hear the air running. Regardless of our question or the time of day we sent a message, we always had a prompt response, just as other reviews have stated. We were just a few minutes walk from the beach. We never heard other guests/owners/dogs in their condos, the pool was clean, and parking was available and free. (A local told us if we have to pay for parking, make sure to use a CITY PASS lot.) As others have said, the bed was WONDERFUL. There were a couple of minor things we would probably change, but not worth mentioning here--more of a personal taste type of thing. We considered this an excellent value and would rent from this host again.

Great stay at beach!

Property is clean and well maintained! Exactly as shown in pictures. Owner was quick to answer questions and offer advice as we were there during stormy weather. Easy check in and check out. Good location and quick walk to beach access. We enjoyed our beach time! Thank you

Cute place-but felt "watched" by owners

The condo is older (as listing states) but the furnishings are nice and comfortable. The beach access closest to the condo was closed due to huge rocks on the beach so you have to walk further to get on the beach. The owners have a ring camera and are watching your access-while I understand protecting your home/condo, I felt "watched". I'm a responsible adult, and this made me uncomfortable. Also, they control the A/C and it gets warm during the stay and you only have fans.

Great place

The owners were very nice and thoughtful. I was surprised to find a small vase of flowers welcoming me. So uplifting after losing my husband in January. This had been our beach spot for years. I had a nice and relaxing time. The place had everything I needed available and not so many steps as in the past. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great spot

Located close to several beach accessed. I’d travel down a couple for a good beach spot. Hosts where quick to respond and very accommodating. Condo was older but very clean! Unit overlooks the pool and is on the first floor which is nice when toting beach gear!! We love Carolina beach and will continue to visit, I’ll add this rental to our list!
