There are no steps and the apt is tiled throughout. The pool is private and you will have your own patio and driveway for 2 cars. Most guests stay are comfortable and pleasantly satisfactory in this 550 sq ft apartment.
The apt is attached to the house and there are no other guests besides those in the apt.
The neighborhood (Northdale) is 5 mins away from all conveniences e.g. shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, the Y, parks with walking trails, movies, Sam's, elementary school, high school.
