The Bella Vita in Bolton Landing

This brand-new home has all you need and more while visiting the beautiful Adirondacks. This home can sleep up to 12 people. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, ½ bath, and dining space. Also, on the main floor is a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa bed and a sliding glass door, giving you access to the balcony overlooking the lake.

On the third level, you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed with access to a balcony with lake views. Attached to the master bedroom is a beautiful ensuite bathroom. Also, on the third floor is a full bath and the two remaining bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a twin and a twin over queen bunk bed.

This home also includes a separate private lake-level suite that features its own living space with a love seat, a full bath, and a queen bed with sliding glass doors giving you access to your own patio with lake views. This suite does not have direct access to the main home.

Enjoy a family BBQ while looking at the amazing view of the lake or dinner at the conveniently located Algonquin Restaurant. Cozy up and enjoy some smores around the fire pit. Just minutes south you can explore what downtown Bolton Landing and Lake George have to offer. Dock space is available if you rent a boat from Chic’s Marina. Please Contact Chic’s Marina to check availability. The washer and dryer are located in the garage.

***One dog under 40 pounds- no exceptions. **

Once your booking is confirmed you will be required to sign a rental agreement. This will need to be completed to get your check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in which is 4 pm. ***

Security Cameras are located on the exterior of the property and may record for security purposes.

Very nice house, great views. Was tough to find, but manager answered right away to give us directions. Be sure to bring body wash and shampoo.

Off Season at Bolton

I stayed in the off-season and this particular spot was nice, with good amenities. I was expecting to be able to smoke on the balconies they have(we had cigars for a celebration), but the rules stated we had to be at least 40 feet from the property to smoke. Also the downstairs bed in the suite(which you have to go outside to access) is a bit too firm. Unrelated to the property, but please note that many normal businesses close in the off-season so you will have limited options for certain things if you stay after Columbus Day.

Bolton Landing

The house was very nice. It fit us all well, very nicely kept and all brand new. We had two minor maintenance issues and both were handled within a few hours. Very happy with the service. Only two downsides - no real yard for the kids to play in and it’s very, very loud. It’s a busy street and there are constant deliveries and traffic and large trucks. It will wake you up!

Just fine…

Everything was just “fine” — the house was clean and new. Most frustrating parts were NONE of the doors would stay closed and no bath mats. Showering resulted in soaking the floor and with limited towels provided (and no dryer to help dry towels quicker), we had to go out and buy bath mats for our stay. The location was just fine — not super easy to walk into town. The “backyard” was awkward so we didn’t use. House is only suitable for 6 adults max + can make use of the bunk bed room for a few kids.

Great property to stay

This property was lovely, but has sooooooo much room for improvement. See details, below. Pros: 1. Across the street from the water, and a boat dock where you can rent boats. (SUPER CONVENIENT!)) 2. Very close to downtown Bolton, which has restaurants, cute shops, etc. 3. Across the street from one of the most popular restaurants in the area, The Algonquian. 4. The property seems to be newly built or newly renovated. 5. Each floor has a balcony area with plenty of seating for relaxation. 6. The rooms on the first and third floors seem spacious and roomy. 7. The kitchen and dining areas are nice and roomy, and the kitchen is pretty much stocked with anything you need (minus a few necessary items—see below.) 8. There is ample parking. You may have to let people in and out (because it’s just a long single-wide driveway), but there is enough room for 3 cars. 9. Huge dining area table for everyone to comfortably eat without being on top of each other. Things to consider: -If guests want to be in a quiet location, this is not the place for them. You can hear every vehicle that drives by, you can hear the people parking their cars to go across the street to the boat dock, you can hear the lawn mowers, you can hear the maintenance people walking in and out of the lower level area, etc., etc., etc. Unfortunately, the people with rooms facing the front of the house near the deck, did not get restful sleep at all. (This should be communicated somewhere in the listing.)

Great Stay

Lovely house in Bolton, house is located directly across the street from a marina where you can rent boats. Great location. Management easily available and responds quickly to inquiries. My kids and family loved it. We will rent again.

Relaxing vacation

The process for renting this property was easy and hassle free. The house was beautiful and comfortable. We used the balconies that overlook Lake George every night. This house was perfect for my family which consisted of 9 adults and 2 children. Thank you for having us, we really enjoyed our time in Bolton Landing.

Brand new, great location for fall getaway

I stayed with a few friends this past weekend for a fall trip to Lake George. In addition to the beautiful foliage, the property was exactly what we needed. Accommodations: Brand new house, very clean, and cozy interior. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. We cooked a meal or two while there, and the house had basically everything we needed. The balconies were a nice touch. The group didn't have any real complaints. Location: Very close to Bolton's Landing (probably walking distance), which was a quaint town to walk around. About 15 minutes from the town of Lake George, which worked well for us. It's also right across the street from the lake, so the views are beautiful, and I'm sure it's great for boat rentals in the summer. There were a few very close hikes which worked out well. It was also nice not to be very close to other houses, it definitely felt like our own space. The rental process was easy and management was friendly. Check-in was seamless. Overall very happy with the choice
