Luxury Lakefront Home on Lake George! Steps from Million Dollar Beach/Town

You will love every minute of your stay at Rose Point Lodge - a completely renovated modern home with rustic charm. From cooking on the Wolf range in the open-concept gourmet kitchen, to the lakeside fire pit, complete with Adirondack chairs and s’mores kit, we believe you will appreciate the Queen of American Lakes like never before!

Rose Point Lodge offers luxury at every turn. There are two master suites and room to bring the whole family. Family members of any age will truly enjoy themselves.

This home is magical in any/every season and offers 150 feet of lake frontage and a 40’ dock for boats. The view of the fireworks doesn’t get any better than this! Even in the winter, there is lots to do - skiing, ice fishing, and more can easily be enjoyed from this home. There are several ski mountains within 1/2 hr - 2 hrs drive.

Rose Point Lodge is situated on a quiet, private dead-end road with only one house "past" it - perfect for all types of families. It is just steps away from 3 restaurants and a town park with basketball, tennis courts, etc (we provide sporting goods). It is also walking distance from Million Dollar Beach, Fort William Henry, soft serve ice cream, an arcade, miniature golf, Minne-Ha-Ha, parasailing, the town center and more!

During this trying time of Covid-19, we have housekeeping staff bleaching and washing/drying at high heat, all linens and disinfecting all surfaces between guests. Thorough cleaning and your safety is a high priority!

Another amazing year in this gorgeous house at the perfect spot on the lake! This is our third year at this property, and it never disappoints. The host is incredibly gracious and communicative. We can’t wait to go back!!

Beautiful property on a beautiful lake

Communication with Jenn was a breeze. The home was stocked with everything we needed, including ping pong and multiple lawn games, fishing poles, and lake toys! The home is beautiful and in a great location!! We loved renting a boat and docking it at the property!!

Location location location

Absolutely gorgeous house! Amazing owner who is super communicative! Best of both worlds. Quiet when you need a little Lake George peace and a little action from Million Dollar beach! We have been coming up to LG for many years and have stayed almost everywhere so I speak from experience. Highly recommend!

The best spot on Lake George!

We enjoyed our second stay at this lovely property and we’ve already booked our return trip for next summer. This property is absolutely amazing, has an incredible location, spectacular amenities and extras, and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else during our annual trip to Lake George. Until next year!

Amazing house! Perfect for our family!

Beautiful house! Very clean, had everything we needed, the owner said just bring your clothes and she was spot on! We used their dock and fishing rods, awesome location to fish btw! Great views in the best part of town. Nothing bad to say at all! Owner was very very responsive as well!! 5 stars all Around we would have stayed longer if we could.

Perfect family vacation house

We stayed with our extended family, ages 5-75, and everyone had a blast. The location was perfect, walking distance to town as well as the beach. The dock provided hours of entertainment for the kids- bring a fishing pole and you can catch some cute little fish. The owners were super responsive when we needed help with the WiFi. Thank you for the fabulous week!

The perfect home away from home!

From our initial booking to our departure from the house, Jenn (host) could not have been more communicative, friendly and accommodating. She was a gem to work with. The home is everything and more than the pictures or descriptions could indicate. The lake views, walking distance to Million Dollar Beach and comfort of the home made for an even better family vacation. Looking forward to returning.

Great family rental

Beautiful home with a great floor plan to host multiple family members. The home offers everything you need! Our family enjoyed morning coffee on the deck while watching the boats, the dock was convenient for swimming, great kitchen table for game nights, plenty of yard space for cornhole, and fire pit to enjoy smores. Perfect location for teens! They were able to walk to town for ice cream, mini golf, pizza, and shopping. The owner was great with communicating. Highly recommend.

Best Vacation EVER!

This house is absolutely stunning. So spacious, immaculately clean, with spectacular views. We have been visiting this area for the past five years, and decided to book this home this year. It was so worth it! Jennifer was amazing and so so helpful. She even sent my husband, a very nice surprise, as we were celebrating a milestone birthday. As soon as we got home, we booked again for next year! The house is wonderful for family groups or large friend groups, especially with kids. We can’t wait to go back!

The Perfect Lakeside Getaway

By far the best vacation home we've ever stayed in and probably ever will! it feels like a brand new or recently renovated home! Everything was impeccably clean and the home has anything you need and more. Our Host Jenn went out of her way to put fresh flowers throughout the entire house, which was the perfect touch! She also ensured that everything was thoroughly sanitized before our stay and was very responsive to any and all messages we sent! There are too many good things to say about this home and our stay. The outdoor surroundings are perfect, the house has spectacular views of the lake from every window/ door of the home and the front yard leads right out to the dock where you can see breath taking views of the lake, town and surrounding mountains. There is a fire pit to enjoy a warm lake side evening, we were even lucky enough to hear a concert going on across the lake! Everything in side the home was perfect as well. The bedding was extremely comfortable and it was really nice to have two master bed rooms for both of the couples there during our stay. The main master bedroom has a gorgeous bathroom with a very "spa like" feel, mainly due to the double head/ water fall shower with a beautiful stone floor. The kitchens is fully stocked with cookware and anything that you could possibly need, we ended up cooking more then eating out as the Wolf Stove and kitchen was too nice to not utilize! There is a wireless speaker system throughout the house as well which was great to sync up with to listen to music. On top of all of this is the location of the house, its a couple minutes to walk to the beach and downtown areas, which you cant beat. I could go on and on about the great aspects of this home, but truly one of the best vacation homes we have stayed in and would recommend to any one looking for an absolutely breath taking lake side getaway. Looking forward to coming back as soon as we are able!

We had a wonderful second visit to Lake George. Stayed at this beautiful spotless, great location home. We enjoyed everything that beautiful Lake George offers. Love coming up here! The Thursday night fireworks were amazing too.

Family Celebration

This was our first time renting via Vrbo and it could not have worked out better! The house we rented at Rose Point was perfect for us and our grandchildren. We had a great time . No issues and only good surprises.

Beautiful house and area

We loved the house! It was modern, open and clean. We loved the fact it was lakeside and we woke up to views of the water. We got a pontoon boat and enjoyed the lake everyday. It was nice walking to town, park and tennis courts.

Simply Amazing

Jennifer's house was everything we dreamed it would be. The location, size (able to accommodate a large family of adults and children), cleanliness, add-ons (toys, water toys, ping pong table, etc.), massive master bedroom, huge laundry room, and even the dishes/silverware were very nice. Perfect Location and Great Lake House!

Our family of four stayed at this fantastic property with our parents, Aunt, Brother and His wife and infant. The home is beautiful with beautiful views of Lake George. We had plenty of space and the amenities were great. We rented a boat for the week and kept it docked at the house. We had a week of lake George adventures and had a blast! We would very much recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful home on the lake in the best location! We are already looking forward to coming back next year!

What a perfect location!

Best Weekend Getaway!

We couldn’t have picked a better property to stay at! First of all Jenn was super accommodating with our group when we had to reschedule last minute due to a COVID case. A couple weeks later once we were all healthy we were able to enjoy this absolutely beautiful house. The kitchen is STUNNING and has everything you might need! The bedrooms were spacious and clean, especially both of the masters! The bathrooms were spotless as well! Overall this house was incredible and we can’t thank Jenn enough for being such an amazing host. If you rent this property, you will NOT regret it!!!
