El patio privado más grande en el océano y aire acondicionado.

Unidad recientemente remodelada recién disponible para alquiler. Esta fue nuestra casa en los años 70 y ahora nuestra casa de vacaciones. Queremos que disfrutes del viejo Hawai como lo hicimos cuando nos casamos. Esta es una escapada tranquila del ajetreo de Waikiki, pero se puede llegar en menos de una hora tomando un hermoso recorrido panorámico a lo largo de la playa y a través de los túneles hasta el lado de la 'Ciudad' en la isla.

La vida es más lenta aquí. Dé un paseo en una playa justo en frente de la unidad y nunca vea más de un puñado de personas por millas. Hemos amueblado la unidad para que la disfrutemos, no como un alquiler. Sentirás que estás en tu propia casa en la playa. Todo lo que necesita está aquí, y nuestro administrador de la propiedad está disponible en cualquier momento si alguna vez desea algún servicio. Unidad privada grande, un verdadero dormitorio, no un estudio, no se deje engañar por otros anuncios. Más de 200 pies cuadrados de lanai privado en la playa y aire acondicionado. Grandes camas! Gran cocina !!! ¡¡¡Buenas vacaciones!!!

Good communication, beautiful view. The room had all the amenities needed for a nice stay. Decent snorkling right out front. Beautiful and quiet side of Oahu. We would stay here again.

You can’t be the view and location right on the beach. We are a family of four and it was perfect for us. We used the kitchen for breakfasts only (and to store our poke!) but it has everything you need to cook a meal. Paul was super friendly and don’t mind meeting us for our late check in. There are chairs you can bring to the beach. We’d stay there again!

The condo was great. Clean, kitchen well equipped, linens and towels plentiful and a great ocean view from the lanai. The downside is that the building is undergoing renovation and parking was quite an issue. Paul was very helpful and responsive.

Beach! 5 star! We loved that part of our trip! Saw so many Sea Turtles! I don’t like to complain but this unit needs some serious cleaning. Hair in shower-we almost left. Fridge had crumbs in it. Floor behind kitchen garbage can dirty stained. Rugs stained. Needs attention to detail. My husband thought there were even young termites in the bathroom. Mostly updated kitchen: but there is a cement wall railing that if you’re sitting down inside or at Patio table you can’t see the water/beach.Onsite manager was nice and helpful.Loved the beach!

We stayed in a condo with assigned parking and directly on the beach. The room is a bit dated but significant work is underway upgrading the complex. All in all excellent for the price and no crowds along a beautiful beach.

There is an onsite property manager who was great to work with. The property was very nice and being right on the ocean was awesome. The beach was great with good swimming in the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay and I’m am sure we will return in the future.

Not accurate listing and we did not and could not stay in the unit. We got refunded but only due to elevator being inoperable. This condo is under construction and that was not disclosed. Pool area had black mold. Unit was soso.. had to stand to see over sement gaurd rail on balcony. This condo has potential to be great but until then buyer beware.

The room was clean, cool and comfortable. Pat and Paul made the reservation/check in process smooth. The beach was prestige and access was easy. Take a moonlight stroll along the beach and you will find sea turtles. Overall, we were very pleased with the property.

Amazing beach front experience

Friendly people and convenient pool/beach access. We enjoyed viewing the stars at night and early morning walks to see turtles on the beach. Convenient location to explore the North Shore. Comfortable place with a nice kitchen. We plan on returning soon.

Condo was clean, air conditioning worked great, nice comfortable bed. Paul was great, helped us when we arrived with our groceries, anytime we requested something he had it to us very quickly and the elevator is a big plus!! My husband is getting his hip replaced and the elevator made getting our luggage up to the third floor easy and whenever we went somewhere, my husband did not have to do stairs at all - beautiful grounds and beach!! Would stay there again

We really didn’t need the air conditioning, I think we ran it once for 15 minutes. The ceiling fans were enough to keep us comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed, the ice maker was a life saver! Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. There was a problem with the TV and internet but we were provided the phone number of the cable company and they were able to walk me thru to a resolution. Would definitely stay there again,

Great place! Awesome owners!

We loved our stay at this clean, spacious, ocean-view condo! The bed in the large bedroom is huge, and if you prefer to sleep listening to the waves (like me), there is a pull down bed in the front room! The owners were so nice and accommodating which was another plus.

Great Location!

This was a wonderful location close to Kualoa Ranch, and not too far from the north shore if you want to venture… depending on traffic. A huge perk is that it’s right on the water, at a very nice beach. It is an extremely affordable rate to be able to stay on the water. Seeing the sea turtles early in the morning was awesome. Great place!

Quiet and right on water

The room was exactly as listed. The view from the lanai is stunning. Gorgeous sunrises. Walk right out to the water! Quiet side of island was perfect for our stay.

When we pulled up to the property it looks like it needs a lot of work. The person we met was very nice and helpful. The place was cute. No air conditioning in the bedroom so we slept on the Murphy bed where they had a wall unit air conditioner. View of ocean was beautiful, balcony was nice and spacious.

Hidden Gem

Thank you! To walk out your sliding glass door and see ocean and walk out the front door and see mountain was just perfect. We comfortable slept with our 2 older teenagers and had plenty of space to relax as well. Sea Turtles every morning and evey night was the highlight of our stay. The private beach and security kept us very comfortable. The local food waa great as well

Nice North Shore stay

Overall we had a nice stay at this property. The unit was certainly not fancy, but was good for the price. We did enjoy the beach, which was uncrowded and a decent sized. We saw sea turtles every day. The balcony on this unit has a wall which limits the view from inside the property. You can only seeocean when you stand up.

We are both teachers who moved to the mainland and stayed to raise our family. Now we return to our 'HOME' on the beach twice a year or more to return to the slow pace of the country for rest and relaxation.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We completely remodeled the whole unit from bare walls to make it comfortable. Luckily our unit is on the third floor with a large patio on the beach and is the only floor that can install full unit sized air-conditioning. After living in the mainland my wife, the native Hawaiian needs to have air-conditioning. I always enjoy the tropical breezes that rush through the unit from the ocean, but she's the boss. Either way you will be very comfortable.
