This property is situated in the famous Turtle Bay complex, with its own private gated entrance for your peace of mind.
You will appreciate the comfort and elegance of the bedroom suite with a queen bed and AC, the living room with a sleeper sofa, TV and dining table, and the full kitchen with all the essentials. You will also adore the large lanai with a beautiful view of a creek and a lush landscape.
Our condo is just steps away from the pool where you can unwind and enjoy the sun. The Kuilima Condos complex also offers tennis and pickleball courts, BBQ area, outdoor showers and a walking path to the beach.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide you with a comprehensive Guest Book that contains everything you need to know about our property and the area. You will find check-in/check-out instructions, house rules, and most importantly: your go-to’s for food, shops, adventures, and beaches! You will also get discounts with certain businesses including shark diving and a boutique store. Loved our stay. Cleanly and nice layout, close to the beach, quiet. Only issue was knives were very dull with dings. Other than that I would recommend it to others.

GREAT STAY!!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The only constructive feedback we have is that the overhead light in bedroom didn’t work, and it would have been nice to have a TV in bedroom. We would plan to stay again if available for our trip next year!!!

Clean & well-equipped home in perfect location!

Loved this property for our family - perfect size for 2 adults plus one 8 year old child. Kitchen had all the cookware and dishes we needed to make some meals at home. Check in & out process was easy due to the organized instructions provided in advance. Property was very clean. We greatly appreciated the washer and dryer unit because it allowed us to pack less and wash clothes and towels, etc. as needed. Some reviews we saw weren’t happy with the unit only having A/C in the master bedroom, but it wasn’t a problem for us at all - perhaps because we were visiting in April and the heat was more moderate than in later summer months. We felt safe here, and there are plenty of walking paths to enjoy and very easy access to the beach. The property had plenty of soap, towels, and cleaning supplies, so we could clean up after ourselves during our stay without running out of anything. My only recommendation for the property owner was to replace the hair dryer because the one provided did not work properly and only blows out cold air on a high setting (no air on the low setting). It is obvious that the property is well cared for and tended to, so I’m confident this will be fixed promptly for future guests. The pull out sofa bed was easy to operate (precise and easy to follow instructions with pictures were provided). We also visited the pool, which was also very clean but does not have enough shade areas. Overall, I would stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo very much. It was relaxing and quiet. It was close to all the attractions we were interested in. Everything was provided for including Beach supplies. We had some difficulties with the Pool fob. It needed to be better labeled. We are looking forward to coming back to your Place. We hope to do it next year.

Property was so clean and felt very homely. We had no issues with anything! The lanai was amazing for morning coffee and so close to the pool! And pool was 10/10 very clean! We love this place very much. Perfect for our first time on the island!

Turtle Bay Review

Great place to stay! Beautiful bays to spend time at, great food options in Kahuku and Laie. Very clean, great location. The only issue is totally beyond the owner's control, during our stay, the unit above us had a family staying there that made a lot of noise. Sounded like they were having a track meet in their unit.

Peaceful and Very Tasteful

We used to live in Honolulu and often made trips up to Turtle Bay, including renting a condo, so we knew what to expect. This one exceeded our expectations because of its ideal position, right against the golf course with lovely morning views and only the sound of the waves beyond the iron wood trees. We also greatly appreciated the very tasteful decorations, paintings and furniture. The condo was an easy walk to the beach and hotel, but far enough away to hear nothing of anything there.Our host had a most helpful folder explaining all the household appliances including the washer and drier that are modern and worked really well. There was liquid wash soap to hand, and in fact so many small helpful items. The bed was comfortable with a very efficient fan above but also a strong AC. It has two bathrooms, very helpful when two people want a shower at once!!We would happily return next time we come to Hawaii!Thank you to David for so thoughtfully providing a wonderful retreat!

Great Stay

My daughter and I needed a play to stay over a long weekend. North Shore is one of our favorite spots! The condo was in close walking distance to the hotel and beach. The unit was well equip with the supplies we needed. Check in and check out were very easy. The screened in patio overlooking the golf course was our favorite. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place

This is a great location it's very close walking distance to turtle Bay and the shore. The home is very cozy and had a Roku device which was nice for the kids. The bedroom is air conditioned but the rest of the house is not and just runs on fans but that didn't bother us too much because we weren't there during the day.

Perfect family getaway

Great location with the beach and a pool close by. Unit was equipped with everything you’d need, we really enjoyed our stay! One thing to note is you need the fob to access the pool. Would stay again for sure!
