There are 2 recording security cameras one in the entrance and the other one on the exit to the backyard only record the outside of the home

We (a family of five) spent three weeks here in August. It was simply fantastic. The house is very clean and has everything you need. The pool is large and also very clean. We felt completely at home and didn't lack anything. We would book again anytime. Thank you for this wonderful stay.

Great House

Loved the house. Plenty of room for my family of 6 plus Grandma. Property is very clean and nicely done. Close proximity to Disney and Universal. Couldn't have asked for more.

Wonderful house

We stayed at the house for a week, absolutely loved it. Very clean, pool was refreshing, and communication was fast. Plenty of dishes, pots utensils etc. We will be back next year!

Amazing

This property was an amazing place to stay for our family, its in a gated community which was fantastic for us and it was away from all the chaos. The property was very clean and Johnny was great, whenever I had a question he was quick and easy to get ahold of, very responsive. We would definitely come back to this place and recomend to anyone thats in the Orlando area.

Nice home

My husband, son and i stayed here for 5 days. The check in was super easy. Upon entry into the home it was clean, smelled nice and was well put together. The patio with the pool and the backyard view was really nice. All the furniture on the patio was in good shape and nice to sit on. The owner was very responsive when messaging in the app he would respond almost immediately which was great. We ended up asking for pool/spa heat for 3 days because the spa was cold, he had it turned on for us, the 1st day the heat was great, perfect temperature and we were able to relax in it, the last 2 days it was too HOT , we were able to get in but only a brief few minutes, the pool was just as hot as the spa, it was a little upsetting as we didnt get to use it the way we wanted because it was too hot to get fully in. A couple negatives to the home , the back master bedroom the mattress was very very firm, if you like the firm mattress you will love it but it was hard for myself to sleep on, the back queen room mattress was perfect though. The couch had some crumbs left in the cracks of the cushions. Also some of the dishes that were in the cabinets were dirty and we had to re wash before use. The last thing that bothered me was the curtains to the back patio door were sheer and that freaked me out a little bit as there is a house right on the side and i felt like the neighbors could see through the door into the house. All in all the house was good for our stay.

Great place in Davenport

The house was great! Perfect for two people or a small group. I really appreciated the quick response time from the owner. The heated pool and spa were perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Great relaxing getaway

I was grateful to have the convenient location for my family to connect. We have had a lot of loss in the last decade and it was good to get together as we live in separate states.

Peaceful and clean!

Our stay was very peaceful and beautiful. The house and pool area was clean and house neat and nicely decorated. Back rooms were hot and no internet access to rooms in tv. But fans were provided in the 2 back rooms so it was ok. And we spent most of our time in the pool anyhow. My family and I enjoyed our time and would rent again. Thank you for a nice experience!

You need to go and see with your own eyes!!!

Overall breath taking pictures dont do justice you need to go and see for yourself. Amazing and comfortable just a place where it feels like home.

OUTSTANDING HOME/PROPERTY

HOUSE WAS DECORATED BEAUTIFULLY AND ESPECIALLY CLEAN. THE BEDS WERE SUPER COMFORTABLE. THE WILD LIFE IN THE BACKYARD WAS TRULY ENTERTAINING WHILE ENJOYING THE POOL/HOT-TUB. WE ATE MANY TIMES OUT ON THE PATIO. MY CAT ESPECIALLY ENJOYED THE COMFORTS AS WELL! HOST IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND VERY HELPFUL.

beautiful view off pool area with gorgeous sunset, definitely best place to spent quality time and disconnect after a long day at the park.
