Disney Vacation - 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, private pool, and a game room. A perfect home for your family vacation! We're located in a Golf Community, about 12 miles from the Disney parks. We have tennis courts, playground, and a community pool.

Great stay

Clean property, nice pool, comfortable beds and overall great location. Close to everything that was needed. Pricing was great as well. Will definitely book again.

Great house!

We stayed here for a week and it fit our needs perfectly as a family of 5. The pool was the perfect escape on non theme park days and night swims! The kids loved the game room too! Paula is extremely nice and quick to respond with anything we needed!!

Family vacation

The house was nice and clean. This was our first vacation rental as we typically stay in hotels. Overall, the house was great. However, I personally would not stay in another vacation home as I prefer the hotel amenities such as toiletries and housekeeping throughout my entire stay.

13 day stay

We stayed at this property for 13 days. It was perfect for what we needed. Paula replied very quickly to any questions we had and she was very helpful! It was a great community and in a perfect location for what we wanted. The pool was a nice addition as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property! We look forward to staying again soon!

Beautiful Home just outside Disney

We absolutely loved this home. It was beautifully decorated and it made us feel welcome. The owner was so easy to work with. She answered all questions quickly. My kids loved the game room. Check-in and check-out was easy. My only suggestion is to add a place to hang keys and/or pet leashes. I hope to stay here again.

Perfect for family vacation with pets

First let me say that Paula was super responsive with all communications which I find to be super Important. The property was very clean and exactly as described. My only negative if it can even be called that is the time to get back and forth to the Disney parks, I am used to only being 10-15 min drive this was about 30, but the distance is properly disclosed in the description so we knew what we were getting into..

Relaxing stay

Let me start with Paula, the owner...by far the best owner we've ever deal with in 8 or 9 years now of going to Florida. She is the best, very attentive and quick to respond. There were some minor issues but for the most part nothing that wasn't resolved quickly. Never did speak with the "property manager" so unable to rate it...if that is in fact Paula, she'd easily get a 6 out of 5 :-) so I rated it highest.

Nice get away

Paula was very accommodating and check in was easy. We had a couple issues but they were resolved quickly. Comfortable beds. Clean, and within a few minutes from restaurants and stores. There is a few updates needed. The pool table is held up in the middle with a babysat. [Not sure if owner is aware of this or if it's a property management issue. ] also the pool cues were not usable and need replaced. The pool is eroding in some areas. So all in all, a decent place. But could use a little updating.

Nice home, quiet neighborhood

This was our first time renting like this. We enjoyed our stay here. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with our requests.

Perfect place for a family vacation

This house was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed playing pool. The outdoor pool is a great size for a family. Our son enjoyed golfing at the range. The house was clean, perfectly decorated and well stocked with everything a family needs for vacation. The owner is great to work with too! We would love to book again next year! ❤️

Just Right

Everything was as described and pictured. Very clean. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay with 7 of us. Communication was great as well. We had no issues. Would definitely go back again.

What a wonderful Place.

House was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Owner and property manger were very responsive. It was close to many attractions and restaurants, but was far enough away to be able to relax. Amazing place. Can’t wait to go again.

Nice house, needs some attention

It’s a very nice house in a great neighborhood! We loved the pool! The cleaners aren’t doing a great job. The master bed sheets needed to be washed the first night we were there due to hair and dirt/sand. There was debris left in the pool from the last renters, a dolls crown, some trash. The living room sofa and loveseat are very stained, we had to pull comforters out of the closet to put over them so we could use them. The pool table and air hockey table are a great addition! There were also a bunch of other games we didn’t have a chance to check out. We were able to bring our fur baby with us and she absolutely loved it! The baby gate in the garage was an awesome bonus to keep her from trying to go upstairs! I did message with Paula and she was very easy to communicate with, and very apologetic, letting me know that she would pass along the issues we encountered to the property manager. All in all, we still had an amazing trip with the few hiccups we did have!

This is a very cozy home, and it's ready to accommodate your family (max 8 people). We have a private pool with seating area, and a BBQ grill (gas not included). We have an amazing game room, which will keep adults and kids entertained for a long time.
