Summary:
Renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with a comfortable living space and a privately fenced backyard equipped with a gas grill and outdoor table. Our home is strategically located in historic Edgewood, just 3 miles from the airport, Everglades cruise port, Las Olas, downtown, and 4 miles from the beach. Complimentary onsite parking for 2 cars. Our amenities include a workstation, high-speed WiFi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube TV. NO SMOKING.
The Space:
Single family home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second and third bedroom have queen beds. There is a Roku tv in the master bedroom, second bedroom, and third bedroom. The master bedroom has it’s own bathroom, as well as the third bedroom. The second and fourth bedroom have access to the bathroom in the hallway. The living room has a comfortable couch, and large tv. The kitchen is fully stocked with necessary utensils and cookware. There is a private backyard with bbq and outdoor dining table that seats 6.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home accept for the owners closet and the shed in the back which stay locked.
Other Things to Note:
Thank you so much for considering my home! Once the booking is accepted can you please confirm and provide the following:
-Estimated time of Arrival and Departure
-The full names of each guest and upload each guest's ID to the platform so we can register them.
-Please be aware that every guest staying at the home must be over the age of 25 unless they are being accompanied by a parent.
-Animals are subject to approval and an additional pet fee please confirm the type animal and breed prior to booking so I can register them. Any unregistered animals will be subjected to a $750 non compliance fee and possible cancellation of reservation with no refund.
-If you are bringing a service animal please notify me at the time of booking so I can register them. If you are traveling with a service animal you acknowledge the animal will not be left alone in my home.
- Please note there are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property.
