If you're looking for a city that has it all, look no further than Louisville! This vibrant city is home to a variety of attractions, including the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory and the Kentucky Peerless Distilling Co. Don't forget to check out Fourth Street Live, a popular entertainment district that is home to a variety of restaurants and bars. And if you're looking for a great steak, be sure to check out Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse.

Our 2100 sq. ft. house has 4 BEDROOMS with 1 King bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen bed in two bedrooms, and 1 Double bed in the last bedroom.

Get ready for your day in one of the 2 BATHROOMS. We'll provide you with towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the in-suite washer and dryer.

After exploring the city, retreat to our spacious air-conditioned LIVING AREA. Curl up on the sofa and watch your favorite show on Roku TV. If your group can't decide on something to watch, you'll also find an Amazon TV in the basement. Plan your next day using the complimentary Wi-Fi. In the evening, step out onto the balcony and enjoy some fresh air or relax in the private yard.

In the KITCHEN, you'll find a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and freezer, a toaster, a dishwasher, a blender, cooking utensils, and dishes. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine! You can enjoy all your meals at the dining table. Grill up a delicious meal on the charcoal grill (charcoal not provided).

If you're traveling by car, you'll find complimentary parking available in the driveway for up to 2 cars. There's also street parking available for 1 car.

LOCAL FAVORITES

Spend a day visiting the Slugger Museum and Factory or the Muhammed Ali Center. Enjoy a delicious steak from Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, a 6-minute drive away. Pick up your groceries from the nearby Kroger or CVS pharmacy.

Good communication with host. Clean property. Lot of room for our large family group to spread out. We did a couple of meals in and there was plenty of kitchen amenities for us. Very conveniently located to a lot of things we did while in town. Would stay here again.

Great for a short stay.

In town for wedding

Came to town for family wedding with adult children and their spouses and it was nice to relax together instead of at a hotel all separated. Nice deck and fire pit.

Dog show weekend

We had a great time staying here after a long day at the dog show. Kids loved the basement bedrooms and big tv to play box. Didn’t need a single thing the kitchen had all needed to cook lots of tacos and chicken fajitas. Beds were super comfy. Backyard was so nice to enjoy some spring evenings. Neighborhood was really nice to take a walk. They were very attentive when I had questions. Thanks!!

Nice property for weekend getaway of 6 adult siblings

Well stocked kitchen, very clean, plenty of towels, etc. Unfortunately, Louisville was unusually cold the weekend we visited and there was uncleared ice/snow on the porch. Also for 6 guests we could only find one blanket and some of the beds had just a sheet and a thin bedspread. Thankfully, one of my sisters brought an electric throw blanket, but another sister and my brother were cold. Ironically, the basement bedrooms were warmer than the upstairs.

Louisville football game

The property was great overall, but we encountered some issues on the last day. The toilet became clogged and wouldn’t flush, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. Additionally, the temperature inside the house was only 68 degrees, while it dropped to 49 degrees at night, leaving us feeling quite cold throughout our stay.

Girls Weekend

Arrival and check in was great! The location was perfect for visiting our niece at Bellarmine and visiting surrounding areas. The space was nice for relaxing with one another before and after our day’s events. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful.

Very comfortable

We had 10 people in our group. We were all very comfortable. The neighborhood was great. Sidewalks and very clean. The house was clean. It was nice for all of us to be able to stay together.

Plenty of room for the family

We came into town for our daughters graduation. House had plenty of room for the grandparents to stay with us too! Neighborhood was close to everything and felt safe. My only suggestion would be to invest in more comfortable furniture in the upstairs living room:) Thanks for a great stay!

Derby Mini-Marathon Girls Getaway

Four of my friends and I participated in the 2024 Derby Mini-Marathon. We were looking for a location close to the action. Everything in the VRBO was as expected. We all had enough space to ourselves and a place to hang together. Kitchen and toiletries were well stocked and easy to find. Only issue we had was losing internet connection, but turns out it was our fault. Hint - don’t unplug anything in the back bedroom with the king bed and your trip will be flawless!

Quiet retreat

The quiet neighborhood was the ideal setting for our trip. It gave us time to relax with all the modern conveniences nearby. Three beds and a bath upstairs and a full basement with bedroom and bath downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, utensils and all the needed items for a good visit. Very nice. Will stay here again if available for our next trip.
