This two bedroom condo is a ground floor unit in Terrasol Beach Resort and only a 5 min walk to the marina and 10 min walk to the downtown area.

It's a two bedroom condo which comfortably sleeps 4 and has a pull out couch for extra guests.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with plenty of room and storage, its own private bathroom with a large shower and tiled bath tub.

The second bedroom is a large spacious area with a king size bed lots of closet space and attached full bathroom.

The living room has a couch which opens to a hide a bed and a love seat with plenty of space and seating. It's open to the dining area and next to a spacious kitchen, with newer stainless steel appliances.

Outside you have a large deck area with plenty of space to relax, kick back and soak up some Mexican sun. Step off onto the beach and you're just a short walk to the large pool and just around the corner from the main pool and palapa restaurant/swim up bar.

Enjoy some great food and Cabo's best margaritas from the friendly staff in the restaurant.

This unit was owned and rented in a previous vrbo add to the same groups yearly, but now it's available once again under new ownership and management..... a must stay.

No need to bring any extras.... the condo is fully equipped. All the fresh bedding, towels, and paper products needed for your stay.

The kitchen has spices available, however if there is something specific you like, then you may want to bring it along with you. Water is drinkable, but bottled water is always a good idea, as everybody reacts differently.

ALL GUESTS... are subject to a nightly fee and a cleaning at the end of your stay payable to Terrasol.

3-4 people $24.50/night

5-6 people $29.50/night

This is a NON SMOKING unit....

We are not responsible for acts of nature..... During storm season (July to October) it is recommended to have some sort of insurance to cover any delays or trip cancellation.

During the months of May to October there may be some renovations going on throughout Terrasol, as this is the slow season and construction is permitted. So some noise during the hours of 9-5 may occur.

At first the TVs would not work. We got a hold of Brad redall and he told us he would get a hold of us the next morning which we never heard from him again for our whole trip. Then there was a leak in the bedroom that got all my clothes wet and we didn't know if it was gray water or what kind of water was dripping through the ceilings but it stunk. Service came said the problem was upstairs. Never heard from him again. Just very poor. Very poor. So disappointed. Never stay there again. It would never give a good word for the tarasol

Great location

Great location, quiet well maintained 2 great pools easy access to Marina. Good and very reasonable cafe on site with breakfast and lunch Hours though are limited. Should serve breakfast earlier.

Great first vacation MX

It was our first visit to MX. We have traveled and lived abroad and we had a wonderful time. We like to do things on our own and explore. This location was a perfect location to have easy walking access to the marina in Cabo San Lucas. it was easy to access the main roads to other towns around the area.

We loved it

1st time in Cabo and it was great. The resort is peaceful and relaxing with a great restaurant and pool bar. The condo was as described, clean, comfortable and was very well stocked. The owner and his assistant were very responsive and helpful in recommending airport transfer, restaurants and fishing charters. My husband caught a trophy marlin! The outdoor patio was wonderful and we loved the hummingbirds. The beach was very private (not swimmable) and we could see whales from the beach. Highly recommend this unit and Terrasol Resort.

Perfect location, quiet and convenient.

Really cant say enough about how great this location in Cabo is. Its like having your own private beach steps away. Resort is quiet and leans to older guests but its perfect for a nice relaxing vacation. Pools are great, and the palapa bar is convenient for any food and drink (the fries are shockingly good). And if you need more excitement, theres resorts next door or a 5 minute walk into town for all the bars and restaurants near the marina. Didnt spend much time in the unit, but it is big and has everything you need. Restaurant recco - "Mother Flower"...some of the best tacos we've had anywhere We will be back!

Perfect condo

The location couldn’t be better. A short walk to everything we needed. The condo association has the property in spotless condition. The beach bar and grill was very reasonable and quality food for lunch by the pool. Condo was well laid out, comfortable and very well equipped. We will be rebooking this same unit in the future.

Comfortable and quiet Good view Pool is refreshing and right on beach. On site restaurant has good breakfast with best prices in Cabo. Staff is super friendly

Quiet and Peaceful

Great Condo

This condo is fantastic. Overall location is great. Easy walking distance to town and back. Condo is well stocked. We only had a problem with the air in one of the bedrooms the entire stay. The host tried to fix but was unable to get someone there due to holiday weekend. That was a little frustrating because we notified them the first day. We would definitely stay at this resort again.

Beautiful week

Awesome location, easy access to pools and palapa bar. Great location to have as home base. Lots of extras. Hats, sun block, sundries, grocery bags, etc etc. Easy walk to marina and healthy walk to Medano Beach. Ocean not swimmable at this location. Easy check in. No daily housekeeping (we didn’t care). Safe didn’t work. One bedroom air conditioner didn’t work. We were fine but FYI. Get a massage at Zen on Medano, eat at Solomon’s, Outpost, Casasola, Mamas, Manta, crabs at the Office, rooftop at Baja Brewery (drinks and view)!

Great place for a holiday

We enjoyed Terrasol very much. It was not crowded and our condo had a lovely view of the beach. Resorts next door provided excellent restaurant options. Our condo was well supplied, especially with towels and kitchen gadgets. Mattresses were comfy and the toilet paper was top of the line. We would book the same unit again. Some issues we feel should be remedied: - metal screen door does not latch. - it would have been helpful to have two sets of keys, though we did not ask for one. - malfunction of a knob on the gas grill; we had to turn the gas off on the tank. - both sliding screen doors need repair; master bedroom one did not slide and the track was caked with sand and dirt; the living room one is broken out at the bottom. - the lighting inside could be improved; under-counter LED light were finicky, sometimes they could be controlled and other times not; we worked on jigsaw puzzles and sometimes found it too dark or too much glare. - we could not figure out how to work the TVs; the remotes had dead or leaking batteries. My most personal disappointment is the tepid or lack of response from the owner. In particular I sent a message indicating that we were celebrating two anniversaries, a fiftieth and a tenth. I got no response from the owner.

Absolutely Loved Terrasol

This was our first vacation to Mexico.We took our son/daughter-in-law and 9 month old granddaughter with us. Terrasol was absolutely perfect for us. We wanted a place to relax, and to be away from the noise, and this was THE place. It felt so secluded and quiet there. It was absolutely what was pictured, which was right on the beach.Loved that we could enjoy the beach AND the pools. So often we had the pool to ourselves; whether a morning swim, afternoon, or evening. It was SO refreshing/relaxing. Very clean. Our rooms were great too; nice to each have a bathroom and kingsized beds. The place was well stocked with everything we needed. My husband and son enjoyed working out in the gym each morning, before a stroll on the beach, and a dip in the pool. Location was great for walking down town or to marina easily, with the stroller we brought. Brad was super responsive to any questions I had. He was so helpful in locating a pack-n-play for the baby. He set up the transportation for us from the airport, and was so accommodating. After walking around Cabo and seeing other possibilities of where we could have stayed, I am SO glad we found Terrasol. PS.We recommend The Outpost for a farm to table type restaurant. Really enjoyed the FOOD and VIEW at Baja Brewing (reasonable prices), and the tacos at Tacos Guss. Cabo Wabo was also good. We highly recommend Terrasol. ~Julie Y

Perfect place a nice vacation

Even though we had a "hiccup" the first day with no electricity or water, Brad stepped right up to make sure we had a cooler full of ice and candles until the problem was resolved. He was great! Condo was perfect. Great location to the pools and walking distance to town.

Great Stay!

We picked this property as it was so convenient to the marina and downtown. The condo was well maintained and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The pool and the ocean was just steps away. We would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back again real soon!

Terrasol was a great condo for our family of four

Enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. Some condiments were left in the fridge so a bonus to not have to purchase. Grabbed a Uber to town or a short walk for meals and shopping. We will definitely stay here again room 153 Brad was quick to get back to me on questions. Can’t wait for next time!

Terrasol beach resort is a one of a kind vacation spot. It's located on the Pacific side with some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets..... for a few months this is one of very few places you can watch the sun rise and set into the ocean.
During the day you can enjoy one of the two pools or take a stroll into Cabo or walk the marina, both are less than a 10 min walk from the resort. Once you're downtown there is a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shopping. Something for every vacation, come and see for yourself.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

When you arrive at the condo you will be in awe of its location, the views are amazing.... not to mention its just steps from the beach. You can watch whales, sea turtles, cruise ships and plenty of blue skies..... only 15 days of rain here, so you're chances of enjoying the sun is almost guaranteed.
The condo so so perfectly laid out for couples and small families. There's a large patio to enjoy as well as the 2 pools that are steps away.
