This two bedroom condo is a ground floor unit in Terrasol Beach Resort and only a 5 min walk to the marina and 10 min walk to the downtown area.

It's a two bedroom condo which comfortably sleeps 4 and has a pull out couch for extra guests.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with plenty of room and storage, its own private bathroom with a large shower and tiled bath tub.

The second bedroom is a large spacious area with a king size bed lots of closet space and attached full bathroom.

The living room has a couch which opens to a hide a bed and a love seat with plenty of space and seating. It's open to the dining area and next to a spacious kitchen, with newer stainless steel appliances.

Outside you have a large deck area with plenty of space to relax, kick back and soak up some Mexican sun. Step off onto the beach and you're just a short walk to the large pool and just around the corner from the main pool and palapa restaurant/swim up bar.

Enjoy some great food and Cabo's best margaritas from the friendly staff in the restaurant.

This unit was owned and rented in a previous vrbo add to the same groups yearly, but now it's available once again under new ownership and management..... a must stay.

No need to bring any extras.... the condo is fully equipped. All the fresh bedding, towels, and paper products needed for your stay.

The kitchen has spices available, however if there is something specific you like, then you may want to bring it along with you. Water is drinkable, but bottled water is always a good idea, as everybody reacts differently.

ALL GUESTS... are subject to a nightly fee and a cleaning at the end of your stay payable to Terrasol.

Nightly fee:
1-2 people $19.50/night

3-4 people $24.50/night

5-6 people $29.50/night

These fees cover all the guests

Cleaning fee: $35.00

This is a NON SMOKING unit....

We are not responsible for acts of nature..... During storm season (July to October) it is recommended to have some sort of insurance to cover any delays or trip cancellation.

During the months of May to October there may be some renovations going on throughout Terrasol, as this is the slow season and construction is permitted. So some noise during the hours of 9-5 may occur.
