HOLA: ubicado en el piso superior / tercero del edificio "C", este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños cuenta con techos abovedados y loros de cerámica que te permiten saber que has llegado al lugar perfecto para relajarte y relajarte siempre soleado cabo!

La residencia cuenta con una cocina actualizada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, un sistema de filtración de agua y está equipada con todos los elementos esenciales en caso de que desee cocinar. Hay televisores de pantalla plana en la sala de estar principal, y las dos habitaciones, así como Wifi gratuito. Un gran control deslizante de vidrio se abre al balcón delantero y da la bienvenida al exterior. Great Location in Cabo

We stayed with our 2 adult daughters over Christmas 2024 and found the apt to be excellent for our needs. The place is very central to shops, food, activities etc. so you do not need a car. The apt is generally clean and well equipped. The complex is very well maintained with good staff and feels very safe. Food in the restaurant is just OK, but there are many good places all around the area in easy walking distance. Wal mart is right next door for all your needs so shopping is breeze. The beach is just a block or two away, but it is the loudest and most crowded part, If you want to go to quieter part of Medano it is an easy 15 minute walk. We would recommend this place to anyone with a family or even 2 couples as are two full bathrooms.

A little bit of paradise with an incredible location

We have stayed at this complex many times and once again everything was spectacular. The check in procedure was flawless, it was awesome to have no worries of any kind knowing that everything would be just as described. Our host went to the trouble of putting a booklet together giving detailed suggestions of restaurants to consider as well as other local information. A nice touch and much appreciated. We would not hesitate to visit here again. Thanks for making our stay memorable!

Even better than expected

It's rare that you walk into a rental property and find that it's even better than the photos. But that was my first impression. The living room is comfortable, with a huge, comfy sectional couch and TV. The kitchen is large and fully stocked, with everything we needed to make several meals while we were there. The balcony area comes with a grill, ample seating, and a lovely view of the pool area. Speaking of which, the pool area was a fantastic oasis from the busyness of Cabo, and it's a great pool as well! Deep, great temperature, plenty of lounge chairs. We all enjoyed it. I should add that my husband and I traveled there with two of our daughters (17 and 21), and my 17yo asked if we could buy one of those condos and just live there forever. So there's her review. And she is not easily impressed. The master bedroom is gigantic, with a beautiful bathroom and huge shower. The other bedroom was plenty big for our two daughters to share, and they loved that they basically had their own separate entrance with a sliding door that led out to the balcony/condo entrance. Marina Sol is right in the center of everything, a quick walk to the supermarket and Walmart (we mostly stuck to the supermarket), we well as a great shopping mall. It's across the street or a 2-minute walk from some of the best restaurants in the city. The staff at Marina Sol was so kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had a great time. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Condo

We had a wonderful stay at Marina Sol. The condo had everything you need to make you comfortable and felt like home away from home. Janea was courteous and responsive when our travel plans had to be revised due to a nearby hurricane.

Great place and location!

We loved our stay here at the Marina Sol. It's located within a 5-15 minute walk to literally everywhere we wanted to go. We never had to call a taxi for any reason. We had great food options all within a 5 minute walk from the property, 5-10 minute walk to the ocean, and about 15 minutes to the marina. Jenae's place was well kept, the bed was very comfortable, A/C worked great to keep us cool. Plenty of room for 2 people. Absolutely no complaints and we plan to stay again when we come back to Cabo!

Marina Sol was an awesome property. The location was central to most things so no extra fees for a car or taxi were necessary. Restaurant choices were plentiful and the beach was only a couple of blocks away…beautiful, despite the pesky vendors.

Relaxing time in Cabo

We have stayed at several vacation properties and I have to say Jenae has been one of the best communicators we ever had! She is very kind and super prompt in responding back. So appreciate that! Condo itself was great for the 4 of us, enough room for all and I had mostly everything I needed to cook some meals while staying there. I did appreciate having some extras items such as tp, soap, detergent, saran wrap, water jug, extra towels, etc...that is super helpful. Pool was never really busy and the 5 min walk to the beach with the 2 beach chairs/umbrella was wonderful. We did take an Uber to a couple of other beaches up north to snorkeling and that worked out well, didn't need to rent a car. A lot of restaurants are nearby or a short uber ride a way. If our travels bring us back to Cabo, we would love to stay here again! Thanks for having us!

Exactly as advertised

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Perfect walking distance to everywhere. A little loud on the master bedroom side but didn’t bother us. Easy to find and get around. Tons of restaurants to pick from in all directions. Beach and marina are both only short walks. Sidewalks are a little sketchy uneven, broken up, holes and narrow, but we still managed. With no complaints. We would definitely stay here again. Excellent cheap pool side drinks. Can’t miss happy hour. Note this unit is on the 3rd floor and is only accessible by the stairs. Extra exercise for those extra pool drinks. Thank you Jenae for renting to us and being fast and easy to communicate with. Rick and Alma were great. Quick to reply and fix door hinge issue. Don’t hesitate to rent from here you won’t be disappointed what you see is what you get.

Really cute place in a great part of town! It was really clean and nice. We were able to communicate with the owner with ease. She promptly took care of any minor issues we had. Over all great existence.

This condo served us perfectly. It was in a perfect location, just minutes from the beach, the marina and great restaurants. The pool at the Marina Sol was relaxing, and the staff was fantastic, including the servers at the Oasis and Elly at the concierge desk. We will come back here for sure.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Take the comfort of your home with you on vacation. This unit truly feels like you are at home. The location of Marina Sol and this unit are close to everything you want on a vacation. From the relaxing comfort of this unit you can walk to top tier restaurants, shop in the glamorous two story mall, even walk to spin class if you like. If a day at the beach is what you need, Medano Beach is seconds from your front door. We will absolutely stay here again and I recommend this unit to anyone vacationing in Cabo.

Great location near beach and restaurants. Condo was a bit dated but very clean . Elly was very helpful in setting up transportation. We have VRBO many places and I would say it’s a great value. Amenities restaurant on site was good for that quick bite at pool, store was stocked for those quick purchases.

Very nice and pictures accurately represented the property.

I normally don't like vacation rentals because my experience is that the pictures online don't end up matching where you stay. Luckily that was not the case with this rental. The condo was very nice and the Marina Sol was a great place to stay. There was a restaurant inside the complex with good choices for dining at very fair prices. They also had a small store where you could get small items that you forgot.

this is right where you want be in Cabo. 2 blocks away from Medano beach, our favorite restaurant Bahia. unit is in great shape, well maintained, W/D available. beds are soft. AC is awesome. Will/Want to stay there again in the future.

Wonderful condo! Amazing location!

Perfect location - so so close to Medano Beach, the marina and wonderful restaurants (Edith's, Bar Esquina, Roasted). The resort overall is beautifully maintained, and the pool is a relaxing oasis after busy Medano beach. The bathrooms and kitchen in this condo are beautiful. The decor is so charming. Condo is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Having a washer/dryer was a real plus. Master bedroom is just a bit noisy at night - street noise and music from the bar just across the street. I used my noise machine app on my phone and it was fine. Or bring ear plugs if you are a very light sleeper. That small noise issue was far outweighed by all the positives of this place though. Our family of three was so happy here - we will be back!

Perfect Paridise

This place is such a gem right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle (and I do mean HUSTLE heh heh) The minute you walk in the gate (secured) beauty, peace, and calm welcome you. The pool is crystal clean, the food at the poolside restaurant is very good, and never is there any disturbance of the peace ie: no loud partying or spring break types tolerated. Yay! for us fifty and overs. But wait... it gets better. Because when you do venture out to Medano Beach (activity central) BAM! 3 or 4 minute walk. Shopping mall (beautiful!) only a couple blocks away. Restaurants ... right outside the gate. I’m talking perfection.

My husband and I have been traveling to Cabo for more than 20 years now. We purchased a condo at the Marina Sol many years ago and purchased this unit to accommodate our family's growing needs. The Marina Sol offers a relaxed, warm and friendly environment unlike the larger more commercial resorts. The staff is courteous and welcoming.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

While the Marina Sol is situated in the heart of Cabo amongst the other large resorts, there is a sense of calm that comes over you when arriving on the property. Large lawns have provided open space for our now grown children to wander and play on over the years. World class dining, the best little taco shop, marina, shopping and of course Medano Beach are all just a 5 minute walk.

The Marina Sol is a complex of privately owned condominiums. Five separate buildings encircled a secure interior gated courtyard, pool, activities center and two restaurants the Oasis poolside and Serranos. Located on the lower floor of the "A" tower are a mini market and the Nahui Spa and Salon. Since each unit is personally owned - the decor varies and is reflective of the individual owner's taste, no two are alike.
