GAME-HAVEN in the front yard! PUTTING GREEN is amazing -- at 15' x 30' long this is a serious green for golfers who want to practice their putting and chipping (yes we have a fringe area!!) ... and for kids - think of a super-nice putt-putt area to entertain them!!

OUTDOOR PING-PONG TABLE (high-quality Kettler table built to be outside!) and CUSTOM CORN HOLE BAGS make this the perfect adult--and--kid playground area!

The downstairs sleeps 8. There are 2 bedrooms that each have queen beds, and 1 bedroom with a queen plus a twin trundle (2 twins total). Large efficiency/entertainment areas with sleeper couches.

ALL bedrooms have flat-screen TV/DVD combinations - so everybody can watch their
own show or movie.

There isn't anything not to absolutely love! From the time we made reservations till we left, our host Judy, was constantly available and informative. The home is such a short one-block walk from the ocean which we could view from the front deck/putting green. Having a outdoor shower right next to the pool allowed us to spend the morning on the beach, come back for lunch and shower off before a dip in the private pool. They cleaned the pool twice while we were there and emptied the trash several times during the week. The home was clean and well furnished. All the while all of the activities on Hwy 17 was minutes away from golfing to wineries, from shopping to arcades. No one had a chance to get bored. We stay VRBO several times a year and HIGHLY recommend the home for groups of all sizes and ages.

Family vacation

The house overall was a good fit for our needs. The pool and hot tub were awesome and got great use. The easy access to the beach was another huge plus. We would definitely stay again. Now onto the downside of the stay…the check in process was a debacle, but once that got straightened out the communications with the host was very good and she jumped right on the issue we had. The house was definitely in need of a few upgrades, a lot of the amenities were on the worn down side and we were surprised how little there was in the house to get started, not even a trash bag in the trash cans or enough toilet paper for all the bathrooms, for the amount you pay for the week you would expect at least some things to get you started before you can get to a store and get what you need. Thankfully we had the full house because there was 2 of everything on the upper floor and none on the lower floor, broom/mop/iron/can opener/utensils etc. The oven on the top floor took forever to cook and the only mirror in the downstairs master was the small one over the sink in the bathroom.

Very good experience

Very happy with this property, had one small problem with the pool which turned out to be weather related. Owner was very responsive and kids were back in the pool in a out an hour and a half.

Great vacation

Location of the house is great (close to the beach and activities) and it was really nice to have the pool for us to hang around. There were a few small things wrong with the house.

The condos where clean for the most part, and everything went as planned. The dishwasher downstairs wasn't working so we just hand washed the dishes. Upstairs unit was good, the dryer is slow but all in all a great stay, the host was very nice and responsive. Would rent again !

Family vacation

We rented this property so that our family could experience a beach vacation together for the first time. There are 18 of us and the house was the perfect size with nice bedrooms. The online advertising of this house states flat screen TV’s in all bedrooms which is incorrect (our room didn’t have one). We had an issue with one of the bed slats falling in and it took 2 days for the repair, which fell again before the end of our stay. We were told this had happened before so not sure why it wasn’t properly addressed and fixed the first time. We realized our first night that the lower level dishwasher wouldn’t turn on and notified property management. Someone came out on Monday only to tell us the repair would be completed on Friday. We spent the entire week washing dishes. The lower level master bathroom had a cat urine odor to it and the shower leaked water every time someone took a shower. The pool and hot tub were wonderful but had lots of tiles missing. There were several pieces of pool/outdoor furniture in need of repair. The ping pong table wasn’t usable and there were no balls for the fuse ball table. The upstairs kitchen was fully stocked which was nice. The house is in a great location only 2 blocks to the beach! We had a great week and didn't allow the above mentioned issues to ruin our time. I felt I should point them out to possibly improve the quality for future stays. We love Myrtle Beach and with a few changes would definitely stay in this house again.

Thanksgiving Family Trip

There were a few cosmetic things that needed fixing, the outside lights did not work, one of the ceiling fans upstairs didn’t work, one of the bedroom doors downstairs wouldn’t shut completely, and the Keurig did not work. Texted the property manager about the above concerns and someone came with a brand new Keurig the next morning. We could not go from the first floor to the second floor without going outside because of the separate entrances which was a little inconvenient with the little children. Someone had to take them or watch them go from floor to floor for their safety. Overall, aside from the things listed, our family had a good vacation.

Unhappy stay

We were notified on 7/22 that there was a problem with the pool and they were draining it half way that day and that they would need to do that 3 more times. Also when looking for my dogs ball, I was looking under the couch’s and beds and the dirt and dust was just brutal. There was a baby bottle under one of the beds from a previous renter. The cleaning company are definitely not doing a good job. The house was also very poorly stocked with supplies such as silverware. All in all it was a great week but I don’t think I would rent this property again.

My family used both units of this house for our annual beach vacation. Good location, close to the heart of myrtle. Easy communication with hosts. Definitely had its issues but overall a great stay!

Great property!

This place was absolutely perfect for our golf trip! There were six of us total but could've fit more comfortably with several other available beds. Clean, close to the beach and lots of games for outdoor fun. When we arrived we had an issue with the pool/hot tub but the property manager worked quickly to get it fixed and we were still able to use it for a couple of days before we left. The pool area is spacious and well kept... perfect place to hang out and cool off or warm up depending on the time of year. Would definitely stay here again!

Great winter weekend!

Our coed softball team stayed here while traveling for a tournament and we enjoyed it so much! The heated pool and hot tub were what everyone looked forward to after a cold day at the field. The upstairs kitchen was spacious enough for all 12 of us to hang out and play games and the downstairs was great for playing video games and watching NFL playoffs. We were a short walk to the beach and had quick access to great places to eat and grab drinks. The whole team loved this house and we'll be looking for it again next year!

Wonderful place with lots of room

There were 2 floors (not connected) plenty of amenities, good kitchen condition on both floors, good supplies. Very happy with the stay.

Clean and Bug Free

Property was clean and bug free. Communication was great with management. You can tell that the property is just an investment and that the owner does not stay there. Upgrades are necessary. Great location and could be a stellar beach house with proper maintenance and care. Overall, not a bad experience.

Was not as clean as we would have liked. Multiple things needing to be fixed around the house.

The property manager was easy to communicate with. We found the place a little out dated. The pool chairs weren’t in great shape and were dirty. The pool deck needs to be fixed. Boards sticking out. Blinds and baseboards were very Dirty. The location was great.

July at the beach

There were some maintenance issues but they were quickly resolved. The two levels with the only access outside was awkward for large families. Carrissa and Judy were the most responsive property managers I've encountered in my 20+ years coming to MB.

Would come back in a heartbeat!

House was perfect for our large family. Everything was just as pictured. The property manager Corisa was there to help with anything we needed. She was awesome! We truly enjoyed our stay, and if we are ever back in North Myrtle Beach, we will definitely be staying here again!
