Our spacious and luxury Villa in Emerald Island Resot, Near Disney area features many of the nicest amenities, providing 8 spacious bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 2 Master suite, and a large pool/spa in Emerald Island. This beautiful home offers over 2,800 square feet of living, gaming and relaxing space for you and your family or friends to enjoy a great Florida vacation. This newly furnished villa is located as a perfect vacation retreat only 5 MINUTES from Disney World in the secure, gated Emerald Island Resort community. DISNEY MAGIC is the closest resort home to Walt Disney World and is a treat for those vacationers who demand luxury amenities in a Florida vacation villa. The home is designed for large families, family reunions, large groups of Disney/Universal vacationers, or 8 to 12 avid golfers looking for Florida area Golf Villas.
We offer Express check in. Guests will be emailed an entry code so they can check in direct. This means there is no need for you to collect keys from an office. You can start your vacation straight away. The keypad is located near the front door. The code to open the door will be provided in the check in details.
This is a self-served unit and we recommend all guests to purchase daily necessities prior to their arrival. We provide the first roll of toilet paper, small hand soap for each bathroom, 1 x dishwashing capsule, 1 x trash bag.
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no condiments will be provided prior to check in.
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $30 per day. This is recommended between the months of October & April. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-day advance notice. Please note that pool water may take up to 24 hours to be fully heated. The pool heater works through heat exchange and might not function in cooler weather. This is not an equipment fault
No BBQ grill is provided at this home, however we can order a 2 ring or 4 ring gas BBQ from an external supplier. The gas BBQ comes with a full tank of propane gas. The fee for 4 Ring BbQ with Full tank of propane $105
Imp: Florida weather is extremally hot and humid. To protect our HVAC system we keep the temp according to Dept of energy and our HVAC tech. By keeping setting temp low won't cool down and it will freeze lines and costly repair service.

Rule #1: No Unregistered Guests
Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. A violation of this Airbnb house rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) from the property without a refund. If there is a disturbance with more than the occupants specified in the listing, a $25 per guest/night fine will be charged.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. You, your guests and visitors, agree that any drug use on the Property, or using the Property for any unlawful purpose, or violation of any law or ordinance on or about the Property will immediately terminate your occupancy and be grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. You shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by Host and the refund will not be provided for the remaining balance of your stay.
A $200.00/ per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest checks out. Cigarette monitors are installed in the home and the host will be remotely notified when smoke is present.
Any damage made to property or furnishings which exceeds the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and will be reported to Airbnb.
We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. no trash outside of garbage bins. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. If the garbage disposal is damaged or clogged by guest, the guest will be charged for a plumber’s time to unclog or install new garbage disposal (if needed).
All items in the kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest.
Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Please use our provided make-up washcloths. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Housekeeping will wash all the laundry. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest– $20 for each damaged towel and $30 for each damaged sheet.
Regular trash must be properly bagged( Min 13 Gallon trash bag no loose trash) and disposed of in the Trash bins They will also move the containers back to the side of the home immediately after the pickup. Guests do not have to move the containers back and forth. We ask that you place all trash in the containers on or before Sunday.
At the sole discretion of the host, an additional cleaning fee of $90 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.

If Garbage is not removed it will cost $50 to remove and dispose it.
As per Osceola county we are require to collect 6% occupancy tax from guest before check in.
Remember you are renting house not Hotel so have to keep the house clean or it will cost you.
Check out time is firm. We have cleaner scheduled at checkout time so they can prepare house for next guest.
Please check out on time their is penalty to charge additional day rent which is not giving you to permitting to stay additional day.
