Welcome to Mercury View Lofts! This 1 bedroom is a spacious 760 sq ft situated on the 4th floor of our building in the heart of the Gulch neighborhood in downtown Nashville.

Your Property: Located in the heart of the Gulch in downtown Nashville, Mercury View Lofts is exactly where you want to be to take advantage of all that the Music City has to offer. Situated directly across the street from Nashville's iconic Station Inn, the lofts are walking distance to a variety of restaurants and nightlife. Just six blocks to the Music City Center. Continue two blocks further to enjoy Broadway nightlife. The loft's convenient location will allow you to leave your car at home and explore the city on foot.
The 760 SF loft features 15 ft ceilings and huge windows that overlook the vibrant Gulch neighborhood. The loft offers a king-size bed, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room that provides a second sleeping spot if needed. We offer a Smart-TV with all streaming capabilities (NO cable), WiFi, and a washer and dryer in the unit! The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking equipment for your culinary needs!
Please note, the unit has an industrial open piping structure, which has the potential for more noise when the AC/Heat kicks on. If you are sensitive to that type of noise, let our team know! We do provide a sound machines in the bedroom, but are happy to provide ear plugs if needed as well.
Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire unit during their stay as well as the shared patio hall space on the fourth floor. Prior to your arrival, you will be sent your access information, including a keypad code that you will use to enter the building, and a code to the lockbox next to the unit, which is where you will locate the keys to your unit!
Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential open air gated lot for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public lot which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. *No in-and-out privileges means if you leave the parking lot and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. At either lot, UrbanNashville is not responsible for any towing, booting, or ticketing fees. Please inquire if you would like to purchase a residential parking pass prior to arrival. Public parking is paid onsite upon arrival via a parking app.
Interaction with Guests: Our rental is managed by UrbanNashville Vacation Rentals. We're a small, local team that strives to make your trip to Nashville memorable. We let our guests have their space, but if needed, we are around to help and on-call 24/7. If there are any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, we encourage our guests to reach out DURING the stay, not after. We want to ensure you have a great time in Music City. You will receive two codes before check-in via email - one for the building access and one to the lockbox at the unit door.
→ Regarding the unit: Max occupancy is 4 people. There are a dishwasher and icemaker. Laundry is in the unit. There is a king bed and queen sofa bed. Towels & linen are provided (including linen & pillows for the sofa bed). The sofa bed linen is housed in the sofa bed chaise. Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. We provide a start up of toilet paper and paper towels. Guests are responsible to purchase any additional amenities desired if what is provided has been used up. Feel free to use our record player! Please be mindful of our quiet hours of 10pm to 8am.

Very clean, modern and well represented. Safe area within about a quick mile walk to broadway with plenty to see and do along the way. Great view from the main room. Many great choices for dining just outside the building. Close enough to the action on Broadway but in a quieter lowkey area. Would highly recommend. The host was accommodating and had great communication.

Excellent choice in Nashville
This place is a gem! Stayed here 5 nights and highly recommend for a self-contained stay in Nashville. The place is large with great industrial styling, and centeally located in the Gulch. Full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and large living space are all handy. Excellent choice as an alternative to a hotel - not to mention significantly better value. Easy communication and checkin process with the host. Have already recommended this accommodation to friends.

Great location with stores and restaurants within walking distance. The area felt safe, with friendly people out walking their dogs and jogging. The unit has a beautiful view, large windows, and lots of natural light, which I loved. The open industrial-style design was very cozy, and the sound of the heat turning on didn’t bother me at all — it actually felt like white noise.The building is very well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, with plenty of pillows and towels provided. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, even though we didn’t end up using the microwave. Overall, it was a very comfortable and inviting space.One small suggestion would be to include a guidebook with the owner’s favorite local restaurants and places to visit, as well as a guest book where visitors can leave notes about their stay for future guests.A quick note for future guests: be mindful of the shelf under the bathroom mirror, as it sits low and could be easy to bump into. We actually spoke with other guests in the building who mentioned experiencing the same thing. The short shower door is similar, but it appears to be part of the building’s design in all units.Overall, we had a great experience. Everything worked well, the instructions were very clear, and we didn’t need to contact the host or building manager at all. We would definitely stay here again.
