Magical Mountain Retreat on Blackberry Falls!

Enjoy a scenic drive up the mountains into Pisgah National Forest where this completely renovated home awaits. The first thing you notice when you arrive is the tranquil sound of Reems Creek and the waterfall. The kitchen has everything you need with an outdoor grill just around the corner. Wifi can be a bit spotty in the mountains, but fortunately we just upgraded to Starlink Satellite to give you and your family a better streaming experience. The wrap around porch has amazing birds eye views of Blackberry Falls and Reems Creek and is a terrific space for entertaining. The rear porch is also a great place to enjoy breakfast or relax in the new private outdoor soaking tub. Sit back and enjoy the best of what this property has to offer, the beauty and sounds of nature.

The back deck overlooking the waterfall below is alone enough to make this the perfect retreat. It's quiet, peaceful and comfortable. Very clean. It was a great place for me to work as I was in the area to cover disaster recovery work by The Fuller Center for Housing, while it was also close enough to Asheville and Weaverville for my wife and mother to explore shops, restaurants, and, of course, the Biltmore. It strikes the perfect balance of getting away from it all while not getting TOO far away from it all. I'd enjoy a chance to return here just to relax instead of work. I could picture myself staying here for a few days of retreat without ever leaving. Also, the Starlink internet worked great, which is very important in this area of currently sketchy cell service.On a side note, the Ingles grocery store in Weaverville is one of the best grocery stores I've ever been to, so you don't need to drag all your food from home.

We booked this property for a holiday weekend getaway for my family. We wanted relaxing and peaceful and we were certainly fulfilled after our weekend! We lost cell service about 15 minutes out of the property destination but didn’t realize it until we got there, so I had to drive back down the road to get a cell signal so I could access my key code to get in (oops! So plan ahead and write it down, lol) My key code wouldn’t work for some reason so we had to drive down the road again so I could call Casey, and she was so friendly and helpful and responsive and made sure we could get in. Once we were checked in we never had a single issue for the remainder of our stay. The house has some lovely features and updates, the outdoor areas are wonderful. The back deck is very nice, the landscaping is beautiful. The property owners have gone above and beyond to make sure the property is updated and clean and maintained. My kids spent the entire weekend hunting salamanders in the creek out back. I loved watching all of the butterflies swarming the jewel weed bushes that are planted next to the deck.We went into Weaverville and it’s such a cute little town! We hope to come back soon!

Happy Surprise!

We chose this house after a reservation we had for 9 months was canceled by the owner 1 day before we left! Casey responded quickly and was so willing to assist us! The house is SO clean, everything you need and very close to Weaverville. The house sits on Reems Creek and if you are looking for some peace and serenity, check it out! Open the windows and listen to the water flowing over the rocks on the creek! Our adult daughters were very intrigued with the possibility of bear sightings that never happened but it provided them with endless entertainment! Thank you so much for your kindness, Casey!!

Picture perfect

This was the most amazing stay. The house is exactly as pictured and is the cleanest property I have ever rented. The host is amazing and ensures that you are well taken care of. When you reach the property and get out you immediately hear the creek. Its sound is almost unreal. I actually even said wow they have the stream sound amplified some way but nope it’s just a clear indication that you have reached the perfect mountain escape. Morning tea on the porch and a good book is all you need. My friends and I treasured our time here and you will too.

Beautiful!

We are a family of 5 looking to simply explore the area. This was the perfect home base! It was extremely clean and we love the proximity to Asheville, Blue Ridge Parkway, and trails. We enjoyed the backyard creek and outdoor soaker tubs immensely! We were also impressed at the wifi. We never had an issue with connection! Very nicely done. We hope to come back again someday!

Absolutely Wonderful!

This hillside hideaway is everything it says it is! We decided to pick up our son at UNCA and spend his spring break in this wonderful house - it was worth every minute! Tastefully decorated and filled with all the essentials! Just bring your food and plan for a peaceful getaway! The porch side creek was delightful as were the soaking tubs - just right for a chilly afternoon! And the supply of retro board games took me back to my childhood! Don’t miss this gem of an option!

It was a lovely retreat.

Our family enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended our stay for two additional nights. The house has quirks but it was extremely well stocked, we had every thing we needed for a comfortable visit, our kids had a blast, & Casey was a lovely and responsive host. It is remote but we had no problems with Amazon deliveries. Phone service is essentially nonexistent but the WiFi is good and there is a landline in case of emergency. There was a pretty serious storm with gale warnings and high winds one night of our stay and power didn’t flicker & not one of my family members was woken up. (The tub off of the Primary Bedroom is great, be patient because it takes a while to fill but it’s worth it!) We loved it and will certainly book again.

Weaverville Getaway

The house was great and secluded. If you looking to unplug and get away this is the place for you. My wife and I spent away without the kids and this was perfect. Golf at Reems Creek was great.

Amazing!

We had an amazing trip, the cabin was absolutely beautiful. It was a very cozy and comfortable trip, and the view of the stream was magical. The owner was so kind and responsive when we did need to reach out to her. We will be saving this cabin for our next trip to Asheville!

Great stay!

What a fun little spot! The creekside location was awesome, and the outdoor space is well-designed to take advantage of the scenery. We loved the porch tubs and the fire pit! The cabin was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. Highly recommend!

Great Stay! Perfect Wooded Getaway

Overall, we loved this vacation rental. It was tucked away enough to feel private, but wasn't so remote you can't get to simple amenities like grocery stores or highways. Our family loved it. The views from inside the house create a cozy, woodland feel - the neighbors keep to themselves. The home was also well stocked and thought through for guests. Communication with host was fantastic! Thank you!

A wonderful, relaxing retreat!!

Wow!! What a wonderful experience!! The house was decorated beautifully. The soaker tubs were so relaxing. When you sit in the soaker tubs and listen to the creek, everything else just fades away. Our stay was relaxing, peaceful, and a very enjoyable experience. We definitely hope to return next year, if not sooner!!

I was born and raised in Wisconsin, but fell in love with Asheville after our first visit. We have lived in the area for over 10 years now and couldn't imagine being where, but here. I love hiking, kayaking and spending time with my husband, our 3 children and our sweet pup, Rodgers.
We love having the opportunity to share our home with visitors. This house is so special and we love that other can have the opportunity to enjoy it.
