The lodge and surroundings were beyond our expectations. We rented it for a family wedding in Leavenworth and Octoberfest. The wedding was great but we never made it to Octoberfest. The family decided to stay at the lodge. There are so many activities to do. This place is a keeper to come back too.

This is a lovely, absolutely stunning property, incredibly clean, well-maintained, with a fully-equipped kitchen. This beautiful home has more rooms imaginable; It is inviting, comfortable, and has amazing views of the Wenatchee River which can be heard from your bedroom window! There were many great amenities from playing tennis, to walking the grounds, to playing life-sized chess, to soaking in the hot tub. The host was easy to work with, prompt with communication, and answered any questions I had. This is definitely a place we would love to return and create more memories!

Annually, for the last 11 years, five of my medical school buddies and go on an annual trip and rent a house in one of the more beautiful areas of the country for five days. This was the most impressive place we have stayed so far, and that is a high bar. Absolutely amazing in all aspects. The pictures don't do it justice. All the amenities are thoughtfully addressed. The house was absolutely amazing and the grounds were beautiful beyond words. The hosts were extraordinarily gracious and communicative. I can't see enough good things about the place. Absolutely highly recommend!

Beautiful home on the river! It was an awesome place for our family gathering! Enjoyed not only the house but the property has a lot to offer with the deck/patio, pool, sport court, walking trail. Spent the weekend and didn't feel the need to leave for more activities. Lots of amenities. If they don't have it in the house, you probably don't need it! Will definitely return!

Lovely and communicative host, gorgeous grounds, and very clean space. Cozy cabin feel with a super kitchen space. We loved the fun personalized mugs and game room. The teens enjoyed having the upper level to themselves. Plenty of kitchenware and serving ware, what a great multi-family experience.

The home is wonderful, large and very accommodating. I wish Chelan county wasn’t so strict on vacation rental rules. This home could easily hold 20 or more people comfortably, but the county has strict guidelines for no more than 12 people. The rental packet is very thorough and I personally feel is a bit over the top. 100 a hour if any dirty dishes left - 45 and hour if anything g left outside (which we found hair tie pool) it’s a bit intimidating. The outdoor areas could use some general cleaning, super cute playhouse was inhabitable due to cobwebs and such. The check out list of very long and full of tasks. But maybe these homeowners have had issues in the past. The host was very helpful and kind and really great to work with. If we could have more people we would stay again, but we need accommodations for 15

Chelan County short term rental permitting regulations limit us to 12 people onsite at any time and we are firm on that limit. Shannon’s home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It was even better than we imagined! There’s everything you could possibly need, the space was immaculate and comfortable and communicating with Shannon was flawless. We had trouble getting to her property due to pass conditions and she was prompt with communicating with us and was extremely accommodating to our family to make sure our stay was nothing short of amazing. We really appreciate Shannon as a host! Thank you for an incredible stay and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Beautiful location, excellent kitchen (fully stocked) layout, lots of very comfortable beds and many areas for a large group to be seated.

HCW was the perfect place for our group of 11 to stay for a long ski weekend. Close to the trails, spacious enough to accommodate a large group. We cooked most of our meals - the kitchen had everything we needed including two dishwashers and an endless supply of dishes so we never ran out. We enjoyed the hot tub, fireplaces inside and out, and the river view. Great communication with the host with recommendations and information about the surrounding areas. Will definitely come back next year.
