Conveniently located near 130 and 45 toll roads, you can get where you need fast. Less than 20 minutes from the Domain, Downtown Georgetown or Downtown Round Rock.

Get comfortable in the reclining sofas while watching a 65 inch ultra HD smart tv with full access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney-plus, HBO-go, Cinemax, Starz and Amazon Prime video. With two queen size beds and one bunk bed (full size/twin) and two workstations, this is perfect for families or business trips.

You will have full access to the townhome with the exception of one downstairs closet, the pantry and the garage (the garage space can be arranged for long term stays).

Finally, You will be given as much privacy as you want. A door code will be provided to allow for self check-in. I’m a local firefighter and can be easily reached anytime for questions or concerns.

Very comfortable stay

The property had most of the necessities and was a great place for my friend and I as we explored the suburbs of Austin. Very close to HEB, which is supper nice.

Nice, clean & easy access!

We stayed here with some friends and loved it. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! The townhouse is cute and clean. It’s well stocked! The owners were super accommodating & very quick in communication. Loved it! Would definitely recommend!

The place was easy to find, and close to shopping and major highways. Beds were so comfortable, and anything that we needed for cooking small meals was available. Was a nice stay for 2 nights!

This was perfect for us

This townhouse was spacious and comfortable. They had Amazon beds, shower pressure and couches. Recommend for anyone to stay here. Neighborhood is quiet.

A really great place to stay!

We stayed here for a family wedding in Thrall. The host is nice and easy to communicate with. The location is definitely convenient to Austin and surrounding areas. It’s on a busy corner so we backed into the driveway which worked great to come and go safely. The place is furnished very comfortably and everything is in excellent condition. A really great place to stay!

So great!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very cozy and they have thought everything you need. The kitchen is stocked and the bedroom are extremely comfy. It is very clean and the host are very easy to work with. It is in a convenient location. The backyard is a perfect size for a small pet. We hope this is available on our next trip to the Round Rock area!

Amazing and comfortable

We stayed here and were very satisfied. They have all the extras that you usually forget, which was so nice. The beds are super comfortable. Water pressure spot on. The washer and dryer are an amazing perk. The yard is big for kids or pets. Troy responded very fast. Couch is super comfortable and relaxing. The house was super clean and ready for us to us. Thanks for the amazing stay.

Visit Family in Austin

Quick weekend trip to meet up with our Florida family in Austin. Had a wonderful time. House was everything as advertised and Troy is a great host. Prompt answer to any questions or concerns. If oppurtunity arises to do this again we will definitely stay here! Even had a little excitement the first night with a car rolling to a stop on fire on the street right in front of the house. Gave us a chance to talk to several of the fire and police first responders. Impressive group!

Just great!

Convenient location and great communication from owner. Based on the listing I had expected a full/twin bunk but there were actually two twins in that room. And every VRBO is different so just bring your own bath soap. We would definitely stay here again.

F1 trip

We stayed here for an F1 weekend at the race track. It's a convenient location to get on the 130 and take that straight to the track or the airport. Quick 30 minute drive. House was very clean. Owner was very accommodating and kept in contact. Nice quiet neighborhood. There's a super market, coffee shop, liquor store across the street and a few restaurants close by. Can't ask for much else. We will stay here again if we do another Austin trip.

Fantastic Host and Cozy Home

The town home was very easy to find - super clean and cozy. There were many nearby stores, H-E-B being the greatest one! We traveled around the area during our stay - Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville - all very easy to get to from that location. If I ever return to that area I would love to stay there again.
