The Space:
Welcome to this spacious and completely renovated apartment, ideally located near the Eiffel Tower! It is perfectly arranged to accommodate up to five travelers.
The apartment includes:
• A living room: convertible sofa bed for 2 people, convertible armchair for 1 person, storage space, Smart television and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• A sleeping area: double bed (140x200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, as well as storage space and a ceiling fan.
• An equipped kitchen: hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
• A bathroom: bathtub, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

The Neighborhood:
You will be staying in a lively and pleasant area of the 15th arrondissement, between Convention and Vaugirard, perfect for enjoying an authentic and family-friendly Paris while remaining close to the major tourist sites. A few minutes' walk away, you will find excellent local addresses such as Le Café du Commerce, L'Entrepôt, or the Five Corner brunch café, as well as numerous artisan bakeries and small terraces typical of the neighborhood. For your daily shopping, several options are within walking distance, including Monoprix, Franprix, Carrefour City, and early stores for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. The atmosphere is both friendly and lively, with shopping streets, a Parisian market several times a week and pretty places to stroll.

Arrival by Plane
From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)
Take the RER B train to Saint-Michel Notre-Dame. Transfer to the RER C train towards Versailles Rive Gauche and alight at Champ de Mars-Tour Eiffel. Our apartment is just a short stroll away.
From Orly Airport (ORY)
Board the Orlyval light rail to Antony station. Transfer to the RER B train towards Mitry-Claye and get off at Saint-Michel Notre-Dame. Then, take the RER C train towards Versailles Rive Gauche to Champ de Mars-Tour Eiffel station.
Arrival by Train
From Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est
Take Metro Line 4 towards Mairie de Montrouge. Change at Strasbourg-Saint-Denis to Line 8, heading to Balard. Alight at Commerce station, just a short walk from our apartment.

Deposit Requirement
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Internet Etiquette

No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.
We provide accommodation only. Cleaning, catering and excursion services are not available during your stay.
We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. The flat is nice...but management
The place was nice but the management kept loosing proof that we had paid. many time they reached out demanding that we gave them proof...we did and then it would start again. The place lost hot water and we had to go without for 36 hours...while the place is lovely the management really needs to get it together. I would not stay there again.

Great location and very clean place for a family of 5. Lots of communication, driven by chat bots, but you get a proper response within a reasonable time.
Regarding early check-in and / or luggage drop off, despite their best efforts, it's not going to happen. Everything is managed remotely and the lock is timed to not function before 3pm. Luggage Hero is also a bit hit and miss. The one we booked was closed at short notice and not available. My advice is to not turn up before check in time.
We actually had a great time staying here!

The communication system with the managing company is inefficient. A person came on behalf of the company and opened the apartment without ringing the doorbell while we were inside (violation of our privacy).

Great little apartment
This little apartment was very clean and in a great location.
The only complaint I have is there was no amenities. A few kitchen items. But no little garbage in the shower bathroom, very limited decor so it was a very plain.
No information about things to do in the area or places to eat.
Especially for people that are staying from out of the country, stuff like this would be super helpful. Little touches go a long way and would help for new people to the town.
Maybe some games or things for families to do. We do appreciate the WiFi though!! Another place we stayed on this trip did not have WiFi.
Overall it was a great little place, a little overpriced for what we got. But it was a clean and safe place to sleep.

Prenotazione, fatta su Expedia che passa attraverso Vrbo che passa attraverso Holidays Discovery che gestisce i pagamenti tramite Swikly, per il 29 maggio, pagata in anticipo, cancellata senza motivazione il giorno prima dell'arrivo con due righe di mail, senza alcuna proposta alternativa. Ho dovuto cercarmi da sola un altro alloggio. Dopo quasi 1 mese e ennemila mail ancora non mi hanno restituito quasi 500 euro del costo dell'alloggio, mi stanno rimbalzando da uno all'altro. L'unico supporto ricevuto è da Vrbo, che ringrazio, che si è fatto carico della differenza di prezzo che ho pagato in più per cercare un altro alloggio. Mancanza di serietà e professionalità ai massivi livelli.
