Se alojará en la mejor zona de París, el apartamento está ubicado en la frontera del Distrito 7 y del Distrito 15: ubicación ideal para visitar los principales lugares turísticos de París a pie o en metro. Entonces, si quieres visitar París a pie, ¡definitivamente elegirás este lugar!
Además, vivirá en un distrito permanente de muy alto nivel, muy seguro (equivalente al lado este del Parque Central de Nueva York)

Acerca de mi piso: no se trata de un estudio, sino de un pequeño apartamento donde la pared y la puerta de la cocina se han eliminado en parte para obtener más luz en la sala de estar y se han reemplazado por un bar. Por lo tanto, la sala de estar se mantiene separada de la cocina por un bar y el área de ropa de cama se mantiene separada de la cocina por una pared. Pero NO HAY DORMITORIO INDIVIDUAL. Este apartamento también tiene una entrada y un baño grande con una bañera real, todo lo que nunca encontrarás en un apartamento en París. El apartamento se ve exactamente como mis fotos

El interior del edificio ha sido renovado en 2014.

• 1 cama en el altillo (90X190 cm) para 1 adulto o 2 niños, ubicada en el entrepiso. Acceso con una escalera segura. Niños amigables, a los niños les encanta quedarse en el entrepiso
• 2 colchones adicionales (80X190 cm) sin armazón de cama, para colocar en el piso, cada uno solo para 1 persona, Capacidad 1 o 2

Perfecto para una familia con 1 o 2 niños o 3, 4, (máximo 5 adultos para una estadía corta)

DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA DEL APARTAMENTO:
Tomé todas las fotos yo mismo, por lo que no están optimizadas por los efectos especiales realizados por un profesional, y todas las exteriores se tomaron en los 30 metros alrededor del apartamento. El apartamento es exactamente como se muestra en mis fotos y está limpio, brillante, tranquilo y seguro

La distribución de las habitaciones está bien:

- 1 ENTRADA con armarios y armarios
- 1 ÁREA DE ESTAR separada de la cocina por una barra

Apartamento en un edificio de estilo moderno.

Ubicado en el segundo piso con acceso directo y rápido con 2 ascensores o escaleras. El elevador correcto (mira mis fotos) es muy grande y está adaptado para sillas de ruedas y cochecitos de niños.

LIMPIO: El apartamento está limpio y el interior del edificio recién renovado. Al final de la estadía, un profesional siempre realiza una limpieza profunda del apartamento. Le pediré una tarifa de limpieza como para cada huésped porque se beneficia de la limpieza profunda pagada por el huésped anterior

TRANQUILO: Ver en un gran patio verde tranquilo

BRILLANTE: Orientación Suroeste + Grandes puertas dobles Las ventanas francesas dejan entrar mucha luz solar durante todo el día

Realmente disfrutarás de la ubicación central, la mejor zona de París, caminar en un vecindario seguro, observar las luces mágicas de la Torre Eiffel al cruzar el parque todas las noches, es un verdadero espectáculo, apreciar el supermercado en tu puerta, disfrutar de el mercado al aire libre a 2 minutos a pie, haga su deporte en el parque cercano cada mañana, un acceso rápido a todo tipo de transporte público y viva y duerma en un apartamento muy tranquilo, limpio, cómodo y luminoso ...

The apartment was clean, cozy and warm with comfortable beds and delightful decor. The neighborhood is centrally located with a very well stocked supermarket right next door. The host was easily accessible and very responsive.

The location could not be beat! We were very happy with our location. The pictures were a bit deceiving. The apartment does not look like this at all. There was no couch and with the bed you could not really get to the window or use the table to eat at. The air conditioning was fantastic after our long days touring the city. Our only real complaint is that it actually looked like someone was still living in there. There was "stuff" everywhere. We had no where to put our own stuff, clothing suitcases, bags because there was literally stuff in every drawer, the closet, and shelves. There was even food left in the fridge. Emmanuel was easy to communicate with and Eric was great letting us in and picking us up and taking us back to the train station. Would definitely recommend if things were put away so renters could have space for their own things they needed.

Great location but not a great apartment

I booked this property because if it’s proximity to major attractions in Paris. The location did not disappoint. It was a five minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a five minute walk to a metro station that gave quick access to all of the other major monuments.I knew when I booked the apartment that it would be small and just okay. But the apartment really under delivered for us. When you walk in the front door of the building the smell of trash is overwhelming. Apparently the buildings trash area is just off the lobby. The elevator got stuck with us in it and took a few minutes to get it to function. So we took the stairs the remainder of the stay. The room does have an air conditioner. But you have to keep the window partially open for the vent. It does a just okay job. My biggest complaint was that the sheets stank. It was a mixture of mildew and some other funky smell. It just did not feel clean. There was no vent in the bathroom. If you took a shower there the entire room turned into a sweat shop. Even with no showers, it stayed hot and muggy. The washing machine did not work properly. It was tiny and stinky. We tried to wash but the laundry pod didn’t even dissolve after two attempts at the same load. It stuck to a pair of pants. I eventually washed it out in the bathtub. All of the clothes were soaking wet. We had to wring them out by hand. The property manager was friendly and helpful but I still don’t recommend.

Great stay

Back through Paris on our way home we actually wanted to stay in the bigger flat that this owner has where we have stayed before. Because the bigger flat was already occupied our Host proposed his smaller flat in the same building. The flat has a real bathroom and complete kitchen. The building is great and quiet and in a safe area, close to the Champ de Mars, the Eiffel Tower and les Invalides. We also love the huge local fresh food market on Boulevard de Grenelle. This smaller flat is good for a couple or max for 4 people but next time we will return to the bigger flat.

Best location in Paris!!

Perfect stay for my family with a full bed, a king pull out couch and a built in twin, we were able to comfortably stay. It’s in a very safe neighborhood and safe apartment. Not far from the apartment there is a street full of restaurants with a lot of locals, which I loved, it’s not super congested with tourists, very calm and relaxing atmosphere. My goal was to hang out and eat where the locals do and that by far was the best location. Right next door there is a grocery shop, on the corner there is an amazing bakery with fresh baked goods every morning called BC Dupleix Boulangerie, they were super nice people. It would be nice if you knew some French to get around of course, it really makes it easier, but you will find some people that do understand English, I know basics, therefore I didn’t struggle, but I wish I knew more to have full conversations :). Eric the driver drove us to and from the airport, we had super huge luggage since we were on our way to live in Africa, and I was happy to know that he was able to carry all my luggage. I plan on coming back again next year, and this will be my top and only pick to stay in Paris.

seriously AMAZING location literally 5 minute walk and your picnicking on the grass of the Eiffel Tower. However was a bit small for a family of 5 - more a studio apartment than a 1 bedroom. Emmanuel- the owner was great at responding to any questions we had for him.

Disappointed

Listed as "iconic location" and a clean, stylish representation in photos, I was very excited to stay here for my family's one night in Paris. The flat is located in a less than charming neighborhood about 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. From the description, I was imagining walking out of the flat to see the majestic tower. This was not the case. It could be overlooked, however, if the property was as stylish and clean as it appears in the online pictures. The bedding and towels were clean but dingy and unmatching. There were dirty looking mattresses propped up behind the bed. The apartment overall is best described as dingy and is in great need of upgrading. At the very least they need to invest in new sheets, blankets, and towels. Eric, the property manager, was very nice, easy to get ahold of, and helpful. His price for pick-up or drop-off at the train station was outrageous, however, you are better off using Bolt.

Perfect location

This apartment is located within blocks of the Eiffel tower. We loved how convenient it was to walk to all of the tourist attractions. Eric, the property manager, was very helpful and responsive with communication. Eric provided transportation for our family from the train station to the apartment and then to the airport at the end of our stay. The only negative thing about this apartment was how small it was. We have 5 people, so both couches were pulled out into beds the entire time, leaving very little room to walk around or place your bags. My son enjoyed sleeping in the upper bunk bed, above the couch; however, he had a hard time getting up there since there is no where to place the ladder when the couch below it is pulled out into a bed. Overall, the great location makes up for the minor inconveniences as we weren't in our room except for sleeping.

Location can’t be beat

Amazing location, super close to Eiffel Tower. We stayed here for one night with a family of five and it was perfect for what we needed - just a bathroom and a place to crash for the night. Our 10-year-old loved the lofted bed. Grocery store next door was really convenient as well. Would recommend!

Great Location

Great location. You can check the map and the other reviews below regarding proximity to central Paris. Nice compact kitchen and a large bathroom by European standards. The owner's friend Eric is very helpful. He met us at the apartment for check-in, and we arranged a ride with him to the airport at checkout. There is a large supermarket next door to apartment building. There are 2 lifts and a staircase. You can also easily use the stairs since this apartment is on 2nd floor. Good security with two doors requiring keys to get from street to the inner lobby. Space is adequate for only 2 people. See the other reviews below regarding the space, and the bed arrangement if you have a bigger family. We made the bed more comfortable by putting the 2 extra mattresses on top of the sofa bed mattress. TV - all channels in French, couldn't find any English. WiFi worked OK. We had no trouble with the noise rules. Only time we heard any noise was a baby crying in the next door apartment. Owner was responsive via e-mail and VRBO messaging. We would stay here again.

Clean and perfect location

This apartment was clean, had all the amenities needed to cook and even included a washing machine. The location is the main feature with a grocery store below, restaurants only a few blocks away and the Eiffel Tower a 5 minutes walk. The host was communicative and welcoming!

Paris stay at Eiffel Tower

We loved this place. The location was terrific ( between a grocery store and the Eiffel Tower). Eric is wonderful. He set up a trip to Versailles for us. He even offered to keep our luggage for us when we returned to a layover in Paris later in the month.He was easy to contact and responsive to our needs. There are plenty of cafes down the block ( a short walk also). The elevator was appreciated as well (beats carrying luggage upstairs and was non existent in some other places on our trip. All in all, I would recommend and will try to return.It was a great stay.

Charming Studio Apt Within Walking Distance of Eiffel Tower

Location is accurate! Two streets over, and you're in the park behind the Eiffel Tower. 24-hour secure entry. Lift (no stairs). Studio with super comfortable pull-out sofa bed, smaller futon, and extra bunk. Kitchenette and dining area. Full bath with washing machine. Short walk to Metro & buses.

Great location

My husband and I along with our 4 young children under the age of 11 stayed 3 nights here in June 2017. The location was great. We walked to the Eiffel Tower in just a few minutes and it was perfect having the market downstairs. My kids enjoyed shopping like locals. Eric was friendly and professional and took great care of us and helped us arrange a ride to the airport after our stay which was helpful since finding a ride for a large family can be hard. The apartment is as described. It is small for a large family but it did fit us all. We used both pull out beds which made it hard to walk around. I didn’t notice any noise from neighbors or anything like that, it was quiet and safe. My only complaint was the bedding. The blankets and sheets as well as pillows were all stained. It was hard to tell if they had been washed at all. Luckily we had each brought our own blankets and pillows so we used our own. The kitchen had some basics but you are limited if you want to do some cooking. It wasn’t a problem for us as my kids mainly used bowls and spoons for cereal before we would venture out for the day and there were plenty of those. Overall if you are traveling with a small group this location and apartment would suit your needs.

Sehr praktisch, sehr klein

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch "Eric", Auto könnte für die Dauer des Aufenthalts in der Garage des angrenzenden Supermarktes untergestellt werden. Metro-Station, Bäckerei, Supermarkt alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Für unsere 5köpfige Familie allerdings sehr eng, aber wir waren ja nur zum Schlafen da.

We enjoyed Paris, not so much the apartment. The location is awesome and parking nearby affordable. If you are looking for comfort, space and a bit of refinement look elsewhere. This apartment needs renovation.

Great location

Great location, Eiffel Tower is minutes walking. There's a small supermarket right next to the building. Unfortunately, my family and I were not comfortable at the studio. So let me get the details: There are 2 sofa beds, both are okay to sleep on, however once they are open you completely lose space to walk around the apartment. Having a small child (3 yr old) wasn't easy. Internet wasn't working at the time. No big deal. I think the studio is for no more than a couple. If you are looking to cook(we were) don't expect too much (which we did, since our HomeAway in London was fully equipped) Washer was working which helped with some of our dirty clothes. The neighbor (downstairs) was slamming his broom stick up on his ceiling to have my little one from running at 9pm on a Saturday. You can hear the neighbors talking if you go to sleep early. Overall, the studio is good for a couple for few days. Will I come back here? Umm, I would try to find something else first, if not it would be just my wife and I. .

Wonderful location

We had a great stay in this wonderfully located apartment. It is small, but fit our family including three children. The market next door was very convient and we were walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Eric was very responsive when we lost power and was helpful throughout our stay. We paid for the shuttle service and it was very easy and convient. We would stay here again!

Nice but too small for us and the AC was an unuseful fan

The location is fantastic, great base for exploring Paris. Eric and Emmanuel have always been very reactive. It’s clean and in a good shape. But we went there during a very hot wave in Paris (around 101°F). The « AC » is more like a noisy unuseful fan. We were 4 and were unable to stay there during the day or even sleep during the night. We had to go and pay for an hotel the last two days (hence paid two places ..). Also, it’s more a studio than a « one bedroom » : all the beds and the open kitchen are in the same space. For 4, with 2 active kids, it felt small.

Excellent location and efficient layout

We were pleased with the location, hot & strong shower and freshly pressed sheets, courtesy of Eric. The grocery store downstairs is a huge bonus. Eric was very friendly and responsive--it was a pleasure to meet him upon our arrival! We would have appreciated newer/unstained bed coverings and bath towels and shampoo and body wash rather than simply hand/dish soap. The only cleaning tools for dishes were unsightly old sponges.

Beautiful city, great location

This apartment is the perfect place to explore the city! It is very close to the Eiffel tower and boat and bus tours. We were very happy with our stay. Be aware if you're booking that it really is a studio apartment and it is very tiny. If you are using both pullout couches there is barely room to walk. However, it was perfect for what we needed which was just a place to rest at the end of the day. And the apartment manager was very courteous and helpful!

I have chosen to live here because of its very central location. That way I do not need to drive a car in Paris and I can easily walk to all my favourite places. Indeed I wanted to live in a nice, quiet and secure district, as close as possible from the Eiffel Tower. Because I love watching the Eiffel Tower when I cross the Park Champs-de-mars nearby, especially at night because the way the tower is light makes a magnificent show every night! I love Paris and staying close to the Eiffel Tower makes me feel that I am at the right place. Indeed I like to live near a park because I love nature, space and running in a park.

You will really enjoy the central location, the friendly neighborhood, walk in a secure neighborhood at night, watching the magic lights of the Eiffel Tower when crossing the Park every evening, appreciate the large grocery store located in my building, enjoy the outdoor market at 2 minutes by walk, make your sport in the nearby park every morning, a fast access to every kind of public transportation nearby, and live and sleep in a very quiet, clean, comfortable and bright apartment...
