Peaceful Mountain Getaway

Our deck is the perfect place to experience the quiet, relaxing Pine Valley atmosphere. Enjoy the beautiful views and amazing starry nights of this peaceful setting.

On the main floor of the cabin you’ll find an updated kitchen, living room, bathroom and master bedroom with a king-size bed. The loft area contains a queen-size bed, and a bathroom with a shower. A small adjacent room has a twin-size bed and kids’ play area.

We have WiFi and two smart TV’s (one up and one down) to access Netflix, Amazon, Disney Channel, etc.

There are plenty of hiking trails and picnic spots. The Pine Valley Recreation Area (small entrance fee) has fishing (but no boating) in the Pine Valley Reservoir. The popular Whipple Trail Hike takes you high above the valley with summer views of wild flowers along the way.

Great Serene Space Away from Town

The property is beautiful overlooking the valley. A huge wrap around porch to sit and enjoy coffee, a cup of tea, breakfast, and dinner on. The property is about 40 minutes from any services, so step away from town and enjoy your get-away.

Peaceful getaway

Barbara was an amazing host, she provided great information on how to operate the house and navigate the neighborhood. The house is exactly what you see in pictures.

What a view

The cabin certainly met our needs. We sat on the deck whenever possible enjoying the breezes and views. Barbara was a delight during our stay. Easy to contact and always willing to do whatever was needed to make our stay comfortable. The only downside was that we had to leave.

Amazing Views of Pine Valley

The King bed in the downstairs bedroom was so comfortable. Big TV. Great views of the valley. The cabin is up a pretty steep dirt road so if it is wet at all it would be hard to get to. Great communication from owner.

Barbra is an amazing host

This property is amazing and the views are to die for. It's like ther is always a view to look at. The lay out has plenty of space and the break ups in the yard make it great for different activities to leave set up. Barbra is a very considerate host and has a great response rate if a question arises and is very thorough in explain check in/check out. I have always loved pine valley and this is the first time I did my own thing and didn't stay with friends. This is a great mountain retreat and I'm so happy we picked this place for our family get away. I can't wait to stay here again.

Peaceful Getaway with a View!

This was the perfect spot to relax prior to my race at Ironman St. George (and to recoup after). The view and the deck were superb and I enjoyed hearing the turkeys, watching the deer, and soaking in the beauty of the valley. Nights were dark and quiet and the air was cool - perfect sleeping conditions! The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with the amenities we needed to feel truly at home. There was even real shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms and super fluffy soft towels. These little extra details made it one of the best places I have ever stayed while on racecation! Thank you Barbara!

Great Place to Get Away

I’ve been coming to Pine Valley for many years. This is the third house I’ve rented and the best so far. Amazing view and everything you will need. Anyone without a 4 wheel drive truck, should be careful during the winter. I have one and it was still a bit hard to get in and out. Never would have made it to the house in an ordinary car. Only critique is I wish I could have used the wood burning stove. Nothing beats a fire in the winter. Aside from that, everything is as close to perfect as you can get. I would strongly recommend renting this house. I certainly will be coming back.

Great property in nice location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It has a great deck with a beautiful view of the valley and we ate breakfast outside everyday. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were soft. There is a nice loft area with a cute play area which my daughter loved. We saw lots of different animals all weekend and enjoyed our time in the Pine Valley Recreation area which is close-by. The only disappointing item was that the cabin was not thoroughly cleaned before our arrival and probably needs a deep cleaning on the tile floors. We ended up arriving later in the evening and I choose not to reach out to the host so we could get on with our weekend. I cleaned and sanitized the kitchen counters, swept all the floors, and cleaned the downstairs bathroom. This cabin and location is so cute and I would give this cabin a 5-star review if the cabin had a deep clean and was cleaned thoroughly in between guests.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

This was just what we needed to relax and recharge. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. The king size bed on the main floor was super comfy, and the patio was a great place to relax with a cup of coffee while enjoying the view while bird watching...many beautiful species stopped by to say hello. The only thing that I think would make this place better would be a hot tub! I would definitely stay again, especially now that I know that the check Iin instructions come via email, and not through the VRBO app. ☆☆☆☆☆

Beautiful Views

We had a lovely stay. The beds are very comfortable. The view from the deck overlooking the valley is so beautiful - especially the sunrise and the sunset. The boys loved the children's loft.

Great getaway!!!

The property was advertised accurately with the photos. My kids loved the outdoor lawn to run around and explore. We had no issues with any of the appliances... Although hot showers had to be rather quick we discovered (as we had five people who would need to shower). We would definitely recommend this place to others and would like to look into return in the future.

Great Host

We really enjoyed staying at Barbara's place. The cabin was very clean, communication was great and the views were awesome. Barbara was very accommodating. She made sure that everything we needed was supplied while we stayed for a week. The cabin was very cozy and felt relaxed. Some food and drinks were even supplied! We experienced a ton of wild life including hearing the Coyotes howl, had deer approach the front lawn, saw large groups of turkey and birds singing. The 360 mountain views and how the sun sets over them is something I will never forget after my stay there. Would recommend this gorgeous home to anyone who wants a relaxing spot with lots of privacy and a home away from home type of feel. Beautiful area with lots to see!
