General Description:

Plantara is a two-story structure with the upper floor being two identical fully furnished one-bedroom apartments. The lower level contains two identical studio apartments. Each of the four apartments has its own entrance, and privacy that you can’t get at a hotel, while providing the amenities at you’re your fingertips. The apartments are appointed with refrigerators, cooktops, living area with pull out sofa, and a queen bed. The apartments have been planned for the high-tech, connected world traveler, and each have dedicated free fiber WiFi, WiFi Controlled LED Dimmable Lighting, Wifi, Wifi Controlled Air Conditioning, and Wifi Security Cameras protect each apartment entrance. After your reservation is made, access to your apartment’s automation systems will provided to you via email, and your unique entry code will be provided to you 24-hrs priors to your arrival. No need to carry keys to the beach.



One Bedroom Apartments #2 & #3:

The apartment has one private Bedroom with a queen size bed, large closet with sliding mirrored doors, fully air conditioned, one full bathroom with new glass showers and tile floors, Living Room with a double size sofa. Equipped kitchen with range, refrigerator, stainless kitchen sink, and sitting for up to four people, and a programmable safe for your possessions. This apartment is located on the second story of the newly built boutique apartment building.
