Ya sea para surfear, tomar el sol o saludos al sol, hay muchas opciones para elegir a pie. Aunque está escondido en una calle tranquila, la Casa Coastin está a 10 minutos a pie de la playa o del centro de yoga Bodhi Tree. La casa también se encuentra a 15 minutos a pie o a 2 minutos en automóvil de la "carretera principal", donde hay tiendas boutique y una variedad de restaurantes, además de zumos, batidos y tiendas de alquiler de surf.

Después de un largo día de aventura o relajación, puede caer en una cama King, dos reinas o dos juegos de literas. Enjuague el sol y la arena en la ducha al aire libre o en uno de los dos baños completos. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada para que pruebe sus habilidades culinarias costarricenses o podemos tener un chef personal preparado para usted. Puede disfrutar de sus comidas en la mesa del comedor, ya sea afuera o adentro, ya que hay un patio interior / exterior.

Disfrute de su café de la mañana en el patio en una mecedora con vista a la naturaleza o tome un chapuzón en la piscina. Nunca estás lejos de una experiencia pacífica. Entre una comida saludable y un ambiente natural, ejercitará su hippy interior, yogi, surfista y aventurero mientras se relaja en el paraíso.

Paradise

The house is in the most ideal location, close to everything, surf, yoga, restaurants, the neighborhood is a tropical paradise. There were four of us, two parents and two teenagers, house was clean, comfortable and spacious and could easily have 8 people. We felt welcome and safe. Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful and responsive.

Great property surrounded by construction

We are 5 women who were looking for a nice place to stay and relax in Nosara. The house delivers everything it describes in the listing, however, the listing does not mention that there are 3 McMansion's being built on all sides resulting in chainsaws, jackhammers, etc from 7am - 6pm, 7 days a week. It is impossible to enjoy the outdoor space of the house - lovely terrace with lounging area, eating area, pool - during the day (no exaggeration). Sure, it's not the property owner's fault that there is construction however the listing OMITS the construction noise. Be prepared to stay indoors with doors shut, or away from the house all day!

We had a wonderful time in this awesome house!

We loved Place of Peace! We were a family party of 9, which consisted of 4 couples and a toddler (12 months old). The house was beautiful, bright, updated, modern, spacious, and very clean, with comfortable beds and furnishings, and nice beach and bath towels. The porch/deck/pool area and pool were all beautiful and clean, and easily accessed through 3 sets of sliding glass doors off of the kitchen and living area. We didn't cook in at all, so I didn't actually notice how well-equipped the kitchen was, but all the appliances were very modern and very nice, and the refrigerator worked well. (We kept snacks and drinks on-hand). We enjoyed a lot of time in and around the pool and porches, listening to all the animals and birds, spotting a few monkeys, having cocktails to music and swimming. There is a bluetooth speaker at the house that worked very well, which we brought out on the porch and connected our smartphone to and used spotify. The location is perfect - very private and lush with plenty of parking spaces, but a close drive to all the beaches and restaurants and shops. The Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort was walking distance, with community classes and a spa and restaurant. We absolutely loved Nosara! The beaches were so gorgeous! (Playa Guiones and Playa Pelada). There were many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops, and lots of cute shops, along with roadside fruit vendors and fresh coconut water vendors and a couple of grocery stores. There is surfing, yoga, horseback riding, snorkeling, hiking, ATV'ing - either rent your own or book a tour - wildlife refuges, kayaking...so much to do! Or just relax on the gorgeous beaches. It is not overly developed, but just enough, and very natural and wild. Costa Rica is so magical...you just slow down and move at it's pace and the world falls away. A couple of suggestions I would make for the house: Provide hair dryers in the bathrooms, hangers in the closets, some hotel-sized toiletries, and maybe some matches or lighter and flashlights. This would make it perfect, especially since it is a destination people have to fly to and pack as light as possible. We loved our stay here! We would stay again, and hope to! :)

Family vacation

Wonderful stay. House is great for a large family. We rented golf carts to get around town, fished a few days, surfed, went in an ATV tour and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere.

House was overall great. Kitchen needs more bowls, coffee cups, glasses and spoons and a new pot for larger meals like boiling water for pasta. All else was awesome. Alina, the property manager was excellent. Easy to get in touch with and very responsive.

Hope to Visit Again Soon

Lovely house and setting, so glad we stayed here. Loved the indoor/outdoor living, and the porch ceiling fans were very effective. AC worked great, good night sleep, well equipped kitchen. There were some insects- its a jungle out there- but well placed bug spray from under kitchen sink took care of it. The howler monkey family's daily visits to the tree by by our pool was amazing, as was Guiones beach, restaurants, and people. Francis was very accommodating and helpful, and we appreciated the mid week cleaning. Highly recommend! PS Don't rent a golf cart at the end of the dry season.

Great house in great location

This was our second time to Nosara. The first time we stayed closer to the “town.” That was convenient, but we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility of Casa Coastin’. We also used the private pool on a daily basis. We had 7 adults and three teenagers. The house worked great.

Beautiful home in Nosara

This home is beautiful and perfect for a group of people. I visited with 6 others and the house was the perfect size and could definitely hold more. There is everything needed at the home. The home has an alarm system and secure doors so there is no need to worry. 10 minute walk to the beach and about 15-20 to walk into the town of Playa Guiones. I would recommend renting a golf cart or car because the heat can be hard to handle while being active and in the sun the whole day. We frequented the Bhodi Tree resort which is right down the street for yoga classes and yummy juices. Overall, beautiful home and a decent location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location, beautiful, clean home - Perfect in every way!

We stayed in this rental with another couple and all of our kids. We are familiar with the area, and come to Nosara as much as we can! This rental is perfect in every way! Perfect for family’s! Clean and spacious. Howler monkeys right outside every morning. Come back from surfing, and there is an outdoor shower to rinse off before going inside. Kitchen is spacious, and has all of the amenities needed! Bedrooms are super comfy. Francella is super sweet and there to answer any questions you have :)

Beautiful Pool Home

Home was as described. Plenty of room, very clean with a nice outdoor space. We enjoyed the sites and sounds of nature as we were greeted with monkeys and other wildlife. Everything to make our stay enjoyable was offered. The beach access was further than we expected but was only a short drive. We felt very safe and comfortable.

Great location!

We had a fantastic stay at Balcones. Great pool and apartment. Large kitchen with excellent supplies. Soft towels and sheets. The location is super quiet but still in the center of the action. Close to beach and town. No car required. The staff is super responsive and helpful. Great stay! Would book again!

The Best Yet!

This year marked our 10th in Nosara; each year we've rented a different home. Place of Peace may just be our best rental yet. The aesthetic of the home is gorgeous...light-filled, bright, modern, with luxury details throughout. Towels, sheets, beds, were all high-quality and super-comfy. The kitchen is well-outfitted with everything you need. The property managers were great - responsive and helpful when we needed them. The home was spotless when we got there and the two visits by the maids made sure it stayed that way. Pura vida! Heather Campbell

Short a few things

If possible, I would give another 1/2 star because there are a lot of pluses, but the upstairs seating is inadequate for the amount of guests that the house can accommodate if everyone wants to be indoors, the pool lounge chairs are ripped so we couldn’t use them, not enough towel racks for the downstairs bathroom, and lots of ants invaded one of the upstairs bedrooms so we had one person on the couch the whole time. Nice big table out on the covered deck with adequate lighting, good fridge and stove, beds ok, quiet neighborhood, about a 10+ minute walk to the beach or the Bohdi Tree. The concierge, Rebeca was great. So, all in all, nice but could use some attention to indoor comfort and replace lounge chairs and install another towel rack downstairs. Not sure what can be done about the ant invasion.

Amazing property!

We rented this house for a girls weekend and it was the perfect space for us! Clean, comfortable, and outfitted with everything we needed. Close enough to town to enjoy restaurants and get to shops but also with a nice jungle feel. We would love to stay again!

Great Spot

Can't beat the location! Ran on the beach each day, walked to daily yoga classes and enjoyed the sweet town of Nosara! The home is perfect; it's sparsely decorated. It has a modern and clean feel. Love the outdoor space and the great little pool. Would have loved another chair in the family room and by the pool as there were 6 of us girls staying, but otherwise the space was perfect for us and housed us all well. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Loved that you had a tea pot, Thanks, most places usually don't and I have to boil water in a pot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would love to return. Would recommend this spot to anyone without reservation:) Thanks

Wonderful, very clean and well located home in Nosara.

We were two families with two kids each staying in this lovely casa for two weeks. We loved the peaceful setting and location. The golf cart rental was essential for us to get to the beach and around town. Greeted by the howler monkeys' sounds in the morning and the beautiful horses next door was a great way to start the day. The house was extremely clean and organized. Just needed more glasses and mugs, but everything else was all we needed to chef up some great meals. Excellent wifi service and stable electricity was essential and delivered. Thank you to the management people, Rebeca and Katy. They were thorough and lovely to deal with. High recommend this house and hope to return soon

We all loved Place of Peace

We are a Canadian family of 8 adults and 4 little kids and we loved Canopache. Everything was exactly as advertised on VRBO. The house was very stylishly furnished, expertly cleaned, had enough room and was well situated. We spent a lot of time at the beach (14 minute walk or a 3 minute drive - we timed it!), lots of time in the well-kept pool and happy meal times on the deck. We saw a few iguanas, squirrels and even monkeys. A bonus to all these positives was that Rebeca and her assistant Katy were available for all our needs - groceries, booking transportation, arranging a chef, more household supplies. Our chef, Damariz, was a highlight of our trip. She was a lovely local woman who cooked exquisite Costa Rican dishes - and lots of them! Just 3 FYI's: We had trouble with the dishwasher, it didn't clean the dishes and we had to wash by hand - a problem with no plug for the sink. Also, the town is big enough to require the use of a car. Beware: the prices in town are more North American than Costa Rican. Otherwise a wonderful and satisfying holiday. Thank you Frank, Rebeca, Katy and Damariz.
