Short walk to beautiful Sevier park for events, trails or enjoy nearby yoga studios in this walkable, friendly neighborhood. Private access, and contemporary styling make this the ideal spot for your visit to Nashville.

Note : Construction is going on in our building starting Jan 5th from 8-4 daily M-F we know this is not Ideal but want you to be aware when you book you acknowledge and accept these conditions

Location, communication w owner 5!However, the bathroom had peeling paint, horrible water pressure, clogged sink, dirty shower curtain. Needs updated, and repairs.

Perfect place to stay for a week away!

Stayed for 5 nights with my wife to enjoy a week away from everything. Had a great time. This is located right in the middle of 12 South and an excellent place to just leave the car parked and walk everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed!

Mark and Scarlett are amazing hosts. Their communication is thorough, prompt and spot on. They made the whole experience seamless, and they were extremely pleasant to work with all the way from the booking process to the checkout process. I had a couple issues arise and they were quick and kind to accommodate. The apartment is in a perfect location in the middle of a very happening neighborhood with a lot of great restaurants and shops. It's bustling during the day, but really shuts down and goes quiet by 10 pm, which was perfect for sleep and relaxation. The apartment was spacious and open, with nice tall celings, and felt good. We did find the pillows to be next level uncomfortable. Lol. I had intended to bring my own pillows but forgot. You may want to keep this in mind if a good pillow is important to your sleep. Bring your favorite pillow from home! The bed itself was very comfortable. The building in general was also very quiet. There's an elevator, for which my knees were incredibly thankful. And it was sooo easy to get everywhere we needed to go while we were in Nashville. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Nashville. When we return, we'll definitely stay here! Big thanks to both of you!

Trip to Nash

This was a great place to stay for the weekend. We were going to several different events over the 3 days we stayed and this apt was in an awesome location for it all. Very clean and easy to walk to several places. Would absolutely stay again.

Weekend getaway

We stayed for two nights. Our hosts were in constant communication with us throughout our stay and made everything extremely easy. Check-in was extremely easy and parking was easy and accessible. The space was spotless and had everything we might have needed. The location is excellent with many dining options within walking distance but also only about a 10 minute ride to downtown. We really enjoyed our styAy and would stay here again.

Wonderful Property and Great Location

We stayed here for our son's graduation from Belmont. Great location from the school and nice area for dinner. Our unit was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Scarlett was fantastic with any questions. We highly recommend!!

One of the top 1 bed rooms in Nashville

Quiet well appointed condo in the heart of one of the better Nashville neighborhoods. The parking is very close and easy. Restaurants and shopping are all within a 1/4 mile.

Amazing location

We liked the condo location and layout. Couple things could have been improved. When we arrived the kitchen sink was plugged which was repaired 2 days later, lacked full set of dishes (only 3 dinner plates) and generally understocked supplies, for example 1 roll of toilet paper and low supply of dishwasher and laundry soap. Location unbeatable to explore this neighborhood and access to downtown. Parking easy, safe.

Perfect quaint location

I loved everything about our stay here! They responded quickly to our needs and questions and the place was so clean and quaint. So much to see and do we didn't need to drive anywhere to have a great visit! We will for sure be staying here again in the future!!

Great location!

LOVED this beautiful condo that was perfectly situated close to everything we wanted to do! Fun shopping and great dining experiences were literally right outside our windows. We walked for hours one day also, exploring the neighborhood and Vanderbilt University. Would love to come back again one day!!
