Tadala Red River Retreat (Summit View)

Upon entry into this beautifully remodeled townhome you will walk into our open concept living room with a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV/satellite, fold-out queen sofa sleeper, the half bath, and our spacious kitchen with lots of counter space for food prep. Up the stairs on the middle floor you will find 2 bedrooms, and the fully stocked laundry area housing a stackable washer/dryer. The master bedroom ensuite houses a king sized bed, smart TV and a private South facing balcony looking towards Main Street and the seemingly Evergreen Kit Carson National Forest. Master bathroom features a large glass shower and bidet! The guest bedroom features a king sized bed, smart TV, and has access to the hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Now if you continue on up the last flight of stairs to the third room you will find two twin beds, each with a twin pop up trundle (these may be pushed together to create two more king beds to accommodate adults... There is outdoor furniture and a gas firepit for guests enjoyment.



This home offers Smart TVs and Wi-Fi when you want to put your feet up, relax and enjoy your evenings after an activity filled day, now you have the amenities to do so including our newest addition, a gas grill to create some tasty meals! This property has beautiful views from each of the decks/balconies and is located a short distance from downtown where there is so much to do from dining in the local eateries/wineries to shopping to exploring our great outdoors with many activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, ziplining, nature trails, hikes, off-road trails, fishing, hunting, horseback riding jeep tours, festivals and so much more! This Red River retreat is great as a family destination for many years to come.

RR Fishing Excursion

Areas to improve upon: Step up into Kitchen is too high and not well marked—somewhat hazardous. Lighting in kitchen is severely lacking for meal prep. Refrigerator was leaking internally. Propane tank on grill was empty. Overall the remodel/update was well done. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Fantastic Stay in Red River!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely condo in Red River! The space was perfect—plenty of room for everyone to spread out, beautifully updated, very clean, and a well-stocked kitchen that made meal prep easy. There were plenty of sleeping arrangements, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We especially loved the convenient spots to hang our ski gear after a day on the slopes. Plus, the location was fantastic—just a short walk to Main Street, making it easy to explore shops, restaurants, and activities. The property manager, Lindsey, was incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay even better. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Red River!

Great Location

Property was great for us. 4 adults and 3 kiddos. Kids had their own room on the 3rd floor and loved it. The wood stove was an added bonus for the cold days! Would stay here again.

I’ve stayed at MANY places in Red River and this is the best!! Most properties in Red River are not updated. This one is and had everything you could hope for. Clean, well stocked, safe and cozy. We will absolutely stay here again!

Enjoyable stay

Condo is beautifully updated, the main floor is very comfortable, 2nd floor bedrooms have just enough storage for convenience without filling the rooms and the loft was a dream space for my teenage sons. The views of the mountains were great and proximity to downtown was fantastic.

Terrific Tadala

Very nice Rental. Very clean. Updated. Very nice. We would definitely stay again!! Located 1 street off main close to the winery, coffee shop, shopping. Nice neighbors also. This rental is 3 stories. The 1st level is the main living area and kitchen. 2nd level 2 king size bedrooms. 3rd level 2 twins. The bedding all looks new. Washer/dryer on 2nd level. Bathrooms completely updated and really nice. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely spot

We had a great visit in Red River. This condo was squeaky clean and just what we needed for 4 kids and 4 adults. Close to everything we needed and a great spot to recharge for our next adventure. Thanks for sharing. Will stay again

Loved this place!!

We loved so much about it!! Since the refresh was just done we loved the beds (there were 2 twins upstairs with trundles underneath now, then 2 Kings and the sleeper sofa), pillows, colors, flooring, large shower, balcony, fire pit and layout of kitchen with all the bar stools!! I was so excited about the lights diming down stairs, I want that at my house! The location was great! Coffee shop right in from of us and the free shuttle was an option. Walking distance to many restaurants!! Thank you for sharing your place! We would definitely stay there again!

It has potential

The property itself was in a great location and had a nice amount of space. Kitchen was well stocked. Wood stove worked great. TV only had infomercial channels. Not even the basics were on it as DirecTv was “in negotiation” with all of you standard channels. TV is life after you put a 6 month old to bed at 7pm. Internet worked well. It got a little warm since there isn’t any air conditioning but there was a few various fans provided. Traeger grill was a nice touch, however grease pan hadn’t been emptied in a while so overflowed onto the deck when we took the cover off the first day we were there. We hadn’t cooked anything yet. Washer and dryer didn’t work at all. This was a HUGE inconvenience for us. We were traveling with a 6 month old and needed to clean his onesies. We wouldn’t have stayed at a place without a washer and dryer and this was part of the reason we chose to stay here. The washer filled up but then didn’t spin the clothes so then you just had soggy wet smelly clothes. We tried washing some by hand and putting them in the dryer, but it didn’t dry the clothes at all. Contacted property manager one night to let her know. Didn’t hear back that night and didn’t hear back the whole next day. Texted her to follow up and she then informed me that the repair man hadn’t gotten back to her yet. We ended up leaving the next day without any more info about the repair or an alternative place to do laundry. Overall, would maybe return if TV was upgraded and laundry was fixed.

Great trip!

It worked perfectly for our family. We cooked a few meals there and ate out some. Beds were comfortable, we always had hot water. My favorite thing was building a fire in that wood burning stove. We would definitely come back.
