Located about 5 miles from town, "Nearly Perfect" is a sweet little cabin that backs up to National Forest, offering the privacy of a large lot to enjoy, yet a short drive to town for skiing at the Red River Ski Area, shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the serene mountain views from the front deck porch swing, make memories telling stories around the fire pit in the back yard, a propane grill for summer nights and enjoy viewing the plentiful wildlife from the comfort of a back covered porch! The elk and deer love this property!

Step inside "Nearly Perfect" and you'll find a single level cozy mountain cabin with all the comforts of home with an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen for your family and friends, offering plenty of seating to relax next to the gas fireplace or watching TV. Smart TV's are included in the living room and in all 3 bedrooms! This cabin does not offer satellite TV, however, there are plenty of options for you with Netflix, Youtube channels, etc. Bring your logins and you will have plenty of entertainment! Additional fun for the family with games in the hutch located in the hallway.

This cabin sleeps 8. Off the living room, you'll find 3 bedrooms, all with great mountain views through the windows! The master bedroom features a king sized bed, Smart TV, Desk and sizeable closet, ceiling fan, with a beautiful master bathroom with his and hers sinks, with gorgeous tiled shower and separate garden tub.
The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed and Smart TV and ceiling fan.

The third bedroom is great for the kids with a bunkbed which includes a single bed on the top, a full bed on the bottom and a single trundle under the full, a Smart TV and a ceiling fan. A second bathroom is located between the two bedrooms with a bathtub & shower.
The fully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils and cookware offers a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, a regular coffee maker, and an island with two bartstools with ample seating for all of your guests including a beautiful rustic dining table with seating for 4. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer sits just off main living area. Free WIFI and ceiling fans in all rooms.

Firewood not supplied for fire pit. You are welcome to bring your own!
Garage is not available for guest use.
Outside security camera for your safety located in the front of the house. No security cameras are located inside the house.
Clean linens/towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and an initial supply of toiletries, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels are provided.
While Upper Red River Valley road is generally maintained in the winter, a 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended in the winter as conditions vary and can change rapidly.
