Sitting just south of the downtown core of Palm Springs, you will have no trouble checking out the best attraction in no time! Walk a few minutes from your front door and grab a coffee at Koffi South Palm Springs or pick up a delicious breakfast at Elmer's Restaurant! When it is time to venture into downtown, make your way to the bustling Palm Canyon Drive and pop into the various shops and art galleries that catch your eye. If there are a few outdoorsy members of the group, a hike won't be hard to find with Tahquitz Canyon under two miles from home base.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
