Palm Perfect! Propiedad de lujo en un entorno impresionante.

Una de las propiedades más bellas de Palm Springs, destacada arquitectura contemporánea, en un entorno espectacular. Nuestra casa de 4.800 pies cuadrados fue construida en 2017 a los más altos estándares. La pequeña finca de la que formamos parte este año fue galardonada como la mejor casa de producción en América del Norte por el Instituto Americano de Arquitectos.

Nuestra casa cuenta con una gran Sala Grande, una impresionante Master Suite que incluye una ducha de vapor y un enorme espacio para el armario. Además, hay tres habitaciones muy confortables, todas con baño privado. También hay una sala de prensa con TV de 60 '' y sonido envolvente; además de un sistema de streaming de música que opera en toda la casa.

La casa tiene todas las comodidades posibles, a la especificación más alta. El espacio exterior es lujoso, con una piscina de 45 '' pies de agua salada para 6 personas (¡o más!) Spa, ducha al aire libre, comedor con asientos para 8 personas, cenador de asientos protegidos y parrilla completa / nevera al aire libre. Hay un patio separado al lado del comedor, encantador para el café de la mañana o para la sombra de la tarde. ¡Escoge las limas para tus cócteles de tu propio árbol!

El mobiliario es de alta calidad, Poltrona Frau, Cassina, Artek, Poul Kjaerholm, Arne Jacobsen, Mies van der Rohe, todas piezas originales, enviadas en su mayoría desde Europa.

Cada habitación tiene una cama king-size de la más alta calidad y comodidad. Utilizamos ropa de cama y toallas Pratesi / Frette / White Company.

La cocina tiene una isla de 25 pies, dos hornos, microondas, dos lavavajillas, nevera-congelador y enfriador de vino. También hay una despensa, un cuarto de servicio con lavadora y secadora Electrolux de gama alta y la pieza de resistencia. ¡Una sala de vinos con dos vastos enfriadores de vino Sub-Zero!

El barrio es exclusivo, con la casa detrás de las puertas de seguridad. Sunrise (en particular desde el dormitorio principal), y la puesta de sol son espectaculares. La zona es muy tranquila, y hay paseos en bicicleta (dos bicicletas en el garaje), y senderismo literalmente desde la puerta principal. Este es un oasis de calma, privacidad (la casa y los jardines no se pasan por alto) y lujo, a solo 5 minutos al sur del centro de Palm Springs y rodeado de montañas.

Hay un garaje de 3 coches fuera de una calzada privada.

The home is everything you anticipate and more! The kitchen is very well supplied especially if you enjoy staying home to prepare meals. The beds and bedding make for wonderful night sleeps. The media room is great if you enjoy watching live sports. The views from the home are spectacular! Peter was extremely pleasant to deal with and anything we needed was handled immediately. Palm Perfect getaway from the winter cold

We have been coming to PS for 15 years to escape the midwest winters. Palm Perfect is a fitting description for this lovely home. We actually viewed these homes during construction as we always stay in this neighborhood. It's the perfect balance of unobstructed mountain views and close to PS. The pool and yard are amazing and plenty of pool towels for everyone. So much attention to detail in this property, from the clean white linens and super comfy beds to the style and decor. The kitchen has every possible tool you could imagine and the sub-zero wine cooler was put to good use. Everything is electronically powered and perfectly labeled so there is no confusion on how to handle the house music, individually controlled blinds, or the gate. The owner was across the globe and responded to any questions we had within a few hours or less no matter the time. We loved this property and would happily stay again and again and again! Thank you for having us and sharing your beautiful home

Beautiful Home and Property

Wonderful home in a great location with fantastic mountain views. Layout and design of home are both pleasing and welcoming. The mountains are walking distance from the house and the views are sensational. This was our first time staying in the Indian Canyon neighborhood in South Palm Springs and we loved the ability to walk out of the house and go on hikes. Peter, the owner, is great and easy to communicate with. We were sad to leave at the end of our month long stay.

A property of this quality is rare in Palm Springs. The house is new and everything in it has been selected carefully. If you are accustomed to living with the finest, this home will not disappoint you in any way. We stayed five weeks and had a couple of normal glitches in that time which the property manager and the owners remedied immediately. I can't say enough about the property; it's as close to perfect as you'll find.

Fantastic house and wonderful hosts.

We spent 6 weeks here and give it our highest recommendation. The house is simply spectacular, and is as stunning as the photographs reveal. Located in a quiet, yet still convenient neighborhood in Palm Springs, the house affords easy access to golf, hiking, restaurants, museums and all that Palm Springs has a to offer. Taking in the spectacular mountain views, complete with occasional rainbows, was a favorite way to start or end the day. The hosts, property manager and cleaning team were all always very helpful, courteous and responsive. We give this house our highest possible recommendation and hope to return in the future!

A beautiful oasis in the desert

Turning into this beautifully landscaped gated community, it was immediately apparent that this was a very special place, nestled with views of the mountains all around. A short drive from the airport, also downtown Palm Springs whenever we were tempted to dine out. The villa was truly breath-taking, tastefully decorated with well chosen art, beautifully displayed throughout. The furniture, elegant and refined has been carefully selected by the owner to create an aesthetically pleasing space that was comfortable and inviting. It felt a much-loved home. The master suite was exquisite, with an enormous bathroom with the bedroom looking out onto the rear garden, swimming pool and jacuzzi, as does the main living and dining area and the media room. The guest bedrooms are equal in size, but individually decorated with style and comfort in mind with high quality furnishings and bed linen.The beauty of the layout is that the master suite is on one side of the main living area and the guest bedrooms are on the other side ensuring privacy for all. Regardless of other guests, there were plenty of places to retreat to, when we sought some quiet time. We particularly enjoyed the media room, watching Netflix together on a very large screen with comfy seating for all! The villa had the very best appliances, cook wear and whimsical china suitable for indoor and alfresco dining. Having enjoyed the delights of reading in the sun, dipping into the pool and jacuzzi, we retired to the gazebo for afternoon tea, also later on enjoying a glass of wine there as the sun set. We often had dinner outside, despite what were still high temperatures. This villa is truly an oasis of peace, and surpassed our expectations on every level. The time we spent here was so recuperative. We hope to return, but next time will include a visit to the designer outlet mall!

Idyllic house great location. picture perfect pool

We visited Palm Springs this Spring and enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The combination of beautiful weather, great location and the most fabulous house provided us the environment for the perfect holiday. Palm Springs has a lot to offer, it has a great terrain for hiking and lots of beautiful restaurants to visit in the evenings. The house was idyllic. We loved the location, just a few minutes south of town. Both the exterior and interior are beautifully designed. It is a large house and easily accommodates eight people. The very large open kitchen, dining and sitting area is very comfortable with lots of seating. The kitchen boasts the longest island with top class appliances. The scale of the property and its high-quality design makes for the perfect holiday accommodation. The garden and pool area is picture-perfect and is surrounded by well-designed spaces allowing everyone to enjoy their outdoor time. We highly recommend this property and plan to visit again.

This brand new house is absolutely stunning! 3 beautiful bedrooms all with ensuites, a mind-blowing master suite with gorgeous views of the pool area and the mountains behind, an enormous great room with a kitchen, living , room and dining area, a media room (also all overlooking the pool area) and powder room are all fabulous. The whole home is modern and sleek. The gourmet kitchen is incredibly well equipped with a wine storage room and fridge, miles of counter space and 2 dishwashers! There is a built in music system which can be played in any or all areas of the house and yard and misters in the yard to cool you down if it gets too hot. The steam shower in the master suite is amazing and there is beautiful soaking tub as well. Linens and towels are all top quality as are the kitchen appliances and cooking utensils etc. Peter (the owner) and Michael (the property manager) were a pleasure to deal with. I should also mention that our damage deposit was returned promptly after our stay. We also loved the location - you are close to everything in Palm Springs but it's also an easy drive to restaurants and shops in Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert. The neighborhood that this gated community is in has wide streets and attractively landscaped properties which make a very pleasant area to walk around whereas, in a lot the neighborhoods in Palm Springs, you are just looking at the backs of houses with no greenery or landscaping. If you want to spend your vacation in the lap of luxury with gorgeous views and great access to all that the Coachella Valley has to offer this is the place for you!

Fantastic modern gorgeous villa outside Palm Springs!

My husband and I enjoyed a family vacation in Palm Springs with our 5 adult children ( two are married) in this beautiful modern home. The description and pictures of the home by the owner are accurate and reflect the quality of the home, furnishings and all its amenities! The house perfectly suited our needs, with four ensuite bedrooms ( a luxurious master and 3 identical guest bedrooms situated on the other side of the house). The open concept living /kitchen area is perfect for family gatherings with high end appliances and tableware, and the largest island I have ever seen for group cooking. There are magnificent views of the mountains that surround the house and it is truly breathtaking watching the sun rise on the mountains behind the pool area. Everything in the house is high end including the bedding, climate controlled wine room, outdoor mister ( if you are there in the warmer months) master bedroom sauna , which the whole family enjoyed, in addition to the overall design of the home. Our children enjoyed the use of the bicycles and rode to the public tennis courts and enjoyed the hot tub and pool on a daily basis. We enjoyed a private yoga class outside around the pool which we arranged through a local yoga studio. As the home is outside the city, in a quiet gated community, it had the tranquil setting that we were looking for. Peter, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and was very prompt in responding to our questions, despite the time difference. We were met by a local person when we arrived on Christmas eve ( as the property manager was away). I highly recommend this home for memorable ‘five star boutique hotel' experience in a gorgeous setting. I hope to return soon!

Paradise in Palm Springs

Wishing to take advantage of the wonderful winter climate that Palm Springs so reliably offers, we were delighted to find this beautiful, stylish and brand new house with its stunning contemporary lines and an extraordinary sense of space. In a tranquil and secure location a short drive from the centre of town, the property's calm, almost minimalist architecture looks over breathtaking views on all sides. Furnished with a decorator's eye, the house has wonderful amenities: fantastic beds, comfortable seating indoors and out, excellent bathrooms and a chef's kitchen. In fact on our stay, there were several fine chefs and the kitchen proved a very happy place for group cooking with plenty of spacious working areas and great equipment. A particular feature was the owners' spectacular art collection which was beautifully displayed. We also enjoyed the great sense of indoor/outdoor space and the easy access to local trail hiking and biking. The swimming pool proved the perfect length for good exercise with a muscle-soothing hot tub at one end. This is the perfect place to stay to explore the Joshua Tree National Park, the Salton Sea and Southern California's awe inspiring desert landscape. It proved for our party an enticing distance to the mammoth designer shopping mall on the other side of town. The vendors are even now enquiring about our return... An unforgettable place to stay. Stunning and ultra-luxurious property

We have stayed in a number of rental properties over the years in Palm Springs and this one definitely comes out on top! Beautifully presented, tastefully furnished with quality pieces, attention to detail and excellent amenities, we really couldn't have asked for more. The owners have obviously got exquisite taste (I am SO stealing some of their ideas!!) and had gone to a lot of trouble to make sure our stay was perfect in every way. The reception room is enormous with kitchen, dining and seating areas and beautiful artwork on the walls and views on one side of the garden and pool and the mountains beyond - impressive! The kitchen has all the top quality appliances you could possibly ask for and more workspace than you could ever use - a nice problem to have! The master bedroom suite is the last word in luxury with a huge en-suite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower and stand alone bathtub plus endless wardrobes. The guest bedrooms were all spacious and the beds super comfortable - I don't think I have slept better in my own bed at home! The en-suite bathrooms were immaculately clean and well appointed and I loved the fluffy Frette towels! We had plans to do things during our visit but ended up just staying in the house more than we ever normally would as it was so easy and relaxing although we did go out for a few meals at our usual haunts. For us sun worshippers, we pretty much had sun all day long so we were super happy about that. The pool was lovely and had a jacuzzi at one end and the perfect temperature. Lunch was always outside and we barbecued every other day. It's a little further away from the main drag of Palm Springs but we preferred it actually. I wish we could have stayed longer. We are definitely going to book this house again...

Absolutely Stunning

This is a brand new property which we are very lucky to have found. It is just outside the centre of Palm Springs making it quiter during the day. The master suite is enormous with a massive shower/steam room and ample storage etc. There are 3 other bedrooms which my friends said were super comfortable. The main kitchen and living space is vast with the biggest island I have ever seen with direct access the pool and jacuzzi. The design of the house combined with the view of the mountains each side gives it an aura of peace and tranquillity. I have stayed in PS three times over the last couple of years and would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Outstanding place to stay

My partner and I stayed here with friends and had the most fantastic time. The house is beautiful and beautifully furnished with top of the range design throughout both the inside and the garden areas. Linens and towels complete the impression of high-end quality, as does an amazing and well-equipped kitchen. In addition there is a great outdoor kitchen/BBQ that saw plenty of use! The views from the property are incredible - it really is hard to say whether the sunsets beat the dawn light show or vice versa. Location is a great mix of peaceful and convenient, with plenty of parking and garage space. The pool is a great length for laps and the spa is extremely inviting. A/C and hot water are plentiful, the media room is a treat and there is the possibility of streaming music to all zones of the property. For those looking for a mid-century look finished with a huge dash of European style, look no further. This is the place.

Relaxed and luxurious dream property Palm Springs

This is breathtaking stylish property with high quality furnishings and fittings, together with a well planned layout which allows guests maximum privacy within a luxurious shared household. The kitchen area looks like the set of a top cookery programme, and is equipped with everything you could need for cooking or entertaining. The open plan living area allows for a convivial social mixing space, and the outside dinning and barbecue mean everything is to hand for dinning under the starry desert sky. The location of the house and its garden are quiet and serene, not overlooked yet only a 10 minute drive from central Palm Springs and the wonderful bars and restaurants. There are desert walking and cycling trails from the front door of the gated development. Most impressive are the stunning views of the mountains which change with the light and atmosphere. Highly recommended is an early morning swim watching the rising sun gradually light up the mountain backdrop. The owner is efficient and friendly to deal with and I would recommend the property as a great rental. I certainly look forward to a return visit.

Coming from LA, we had an idyllic, unforgettable week here. Everything is of the finest quality. The view is breathtaking. The rooms and furnishings are elegant, yet cozy. Pool great. Kitchen perfect for chatting while cooking. The owner, Peter, proved very helpful with the rental and local recommendations. And the location was so peaceful, ideal for complete relaxation. Excellent.

Dream Home

Fabulous home, one of the best in Palm Springs. We really didn't want to leave! The architecture is amazing ,as is the quality of the finishes. Extremely comfortable beds and silent air conditioning. Spotlessly clean. The views from the garden are magical. Homeowners very easy to deal with.
