The kitchen has been tastefully designed with marble and stainless, and a wonderful window looking out onto the patio. Not to mention, there's a gas grill for any outdoor cooking needs. Entertainment abounds with three flatscreen TVs and a home stereo system professionally installed in the living room to set the mood!

With such a central location, this getaway sits just five miles from downtown Palm Springs and about 20 minutes from El Paseo in Palm Desert, with quick access to all the shopping and dining located along 111. You will be within walking distance to the Backstreet Art District and First Wednesday art walks. Seven Lakes Country Club is also walking distance, with a manicured 18-hole course, available for usage to members of other golf clubs or who have USGA membership. The community is located at the intersection of E Palm Canyon and Gene Autry in South Palm Springs with beautiful mountain views all around.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
