Deauville Resort is inspired by the architectural style of a French Country Manor with over nine acres of gorgeous lush greenery and well manicured grounds, 3 pools, spa, fountains and reflection pools. Enjoy the warm water in the large main pool which is heated at 83 degrees. Main pool has spa and has plenty of sun decks. There is available ice and soda machine. Deauville is a gated, luxury resort condo and a short walk to the Agua Caliente Casino and Palm Springs Convention Center. Walking distance to all of downtown Palm Springs has to offer; Attractions, Shops, Museums and Restaurants.
This lovely upper unit has one bedroom, ensuite with its own bathroom and a guest bathroom. A sofa bed in the living room. It has a private and spacious covered patio/balcony for grilling, dining alfresco under the stars and closing out your days with your evening glass of wine. Fully equipped and remodeled kitchen. Cathedral ceilings and skylight windows to let natural light bathe the living room.
Pools, spa, tennis courts, fitness center and fully functional clubhouse open from 6 am till 10 PM. Unit has a 28 day minimum rental. Bedding and towels included.

We love the unit is facing East. Every day wake up to a California sunrise. We love the private patio/balcony, kitchen, and the cathedral ceilings with skylight windows allow natural light inside the unit.

A wonderful spot!

We arrived to find the condo spotlessly clean and very well stocked and equipped. It feels much more like someone’s home than merely a vacation rental. Our hosts were very attentive without being obtrusive and their response time was pretty much immediate. The location is superb, very quiet and it’s walking distance to many restaurants, shops. What more could you ask for in a vacation rental.

We absolutely enjoyed our month at The Deauville Condo. The unit was comfortable and Gerry was quick to respond when we needed him, especially when we had an issue finding the proper entrance to the grounds and than our unit once inside, but it all turned out fine and we were surprised to find some refreshments left by our host for our first evening. The grounds at the Deauville are beautifully landscaped and the pools absolutely lovely and inviting, but not being able to play pickle ball at the rarely used tennis court was disappointing We highly recommend this unit for its location and ambience to anyone looking to spend time in Palm Springs

Exceeds expectations

This property is tremendous. Spacious, bright, modernly furnished, equipped with everything one needs and top of the line appliances and kitchen utensils. It boasts a large deck, well equipped and furnished, and very private. We were surprised by the complimentary wine awaiting our arrival (again excellent quality) and by the various cooking supplies to ease into our stay. Location is awesome, a five minute walk to heart of Palm Springs, yet very quiet. Although we never met the proprietors, our interaction with them was flawless. They really seemed to care and want our stay to be perfect. It was.

Palm Springs gem

This guest rental is a gem. The listing photos accurately depict this home which is compact but has all that you will need for your stay. The owners take pride in this property. All is tastefully decorated. It is one bedroom but has two bathrooms which is a nice extra in a smaller condo. There is laundry in suite. The furnishings, bed, linens were very comfortable. Soaps and essentials are provided. The unit is part of a very desirable downtown community. It is an upper floor unit with a private shaded patio deck. Perfect for sitting out to enjoy a meal or glass of wine. The pool area is second to none and the residents and guest around the pool are very friendly. You are tempted to spend the whole day there. The location in downtown Palm Springs is excellent. Park your car and explore on foot. So much within easy walking distance: fine restaurants, museums, shopping, the Movie Colony, Las Palmas, the Casino. Great golfing and hiking are a short drive away. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We arrived to a clean, well maintained home and were greeted with complimentary wine and chocolates. A nice touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to be back.

Hello everyone! My name is Gerry and my wife is Lulu, we have been married for 22 years. We are both Nurses. I work in Interventional Radiology and Lulu works in Post Anesthesia Care Unit. We have 2 kids, my son is a Senior at Cal Poly an Economics Major and my daughter Lindsey is a sophomore in High School.
During this pandemic, it taught us that family is of the utmost importance and we have to make the most of our borrowed time. We are thankful for this opportunity of sharing our home to everyone as we had treasured fun memories through the years. Happy Trails!
