Comfortable, cute, and super clean. Exactly what we needed as a base point for our weekend in the Capital Region. Check in/out was easy and clear and the owner was responsive and proactively reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. Great all around.

Communication with the owner was incredible- very organized and informative. Located close to everything so no driving required. Perfect for a short stop over. Would stay here again.

Great Apartment

This property in Cohoes, NY was cozy, comfortable, and clean. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, too. We could walk to the nearby shops, and restaurants. The host was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Place was great. Just as the pictures show, clean updated and everything you need. Small town with everything close by. Communication was easy when needed only at check in.

I really liked this place, clean and just enough room for me, food in close proximity walking distance. Manny kept in good contact making sure the rental process and stay was satisfactory. I would definitely come back!!

The property was beautiful, and very clean. We felt very comfortable, the parking was easy and very close. The rental was equipped with everything we could have needed. Owner very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Could not have picked a better place . We will be back. Thank You!!!!

Communication with the host was easy and friendly he typically responds with 5 minutes. He gave me information on the area & most of all the home was very clean and cozy, I would definitely book again.

Great stay, clean and updated

The apartment was great, super clean and updated. Manny was quick to respond to all communications. Easy check-in and check-out. We walked Remsen street and found a great place for breakfast. Manny also gave us great suggestions for dining out. The only problem we had was the mattress was too soft for us, my wife and I have back pain and require a firm mattress. We will be back again. Thank you Manny

Great place

We were looking for a place close to our family home while visiting over the holidays. The apartment was super clean, pretty and cozy. The kitchen was spacious as was the bathroom. The living area was comfy as was the bedroom. It is a basement apartment so no windows but we loved it anyway. It’s in the middle of Cohoes close to bus routes and cute shops and some restaurants. One day the battery run out on the pin pad lock but our host came by super fast and took care of it. Thank you.

Thank you for a perfect week in the Capital Region! Manny's apartment was wonderfully appointed and very comfortable. Love that all the little details were thought through. The check-in information was very detailed and super helpful. All in all, fantastic stay!

Beautiful property, super location

We had a great time during our stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and was sparkling clean and comfortable. The location is great; there is a convenience store steps from the front door for small necessities, and several restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. We came for a leaf peeping weekend and were able to go to the Adirondacks one day, the Berkshires the next, and the Catskills the next. So it was a super convenient location for that. We would definitely stay again!

My roots in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia made me gravitate to our first property in Cohoes. It is a beautiful 19th century brick building with substantial decorative trim on the facade. I manage the business and my wife does the design work.
My wife and I have many friends and enjoy being social, hiking, golf and our Real Estate business, Santos Properties. We take pride in developing spaces that "wow" our guest.
Family is everything to us. We strive to make living spaces that our family would enjoy. We hope you enjoy it too.

This studio apartment is convenient to everything and designed with you in mind. It is very comfortable, safe and easy to get to. Bars, restaurants and highways are all within 2 minutes. You get a direct phone number to the property manager for quick response to questions and requests. Downtown Albany, NY is a 15 minute drive. Watervliet, Troy, Latham/Colonie and Clifton Park, Waterford and Halfmoon are all 10 minutes or less. Several golf courses available. Frear Park Golf Course in Troy is close and has nice views.

This is one of the nicest spaces with a very comfortable bed and luxurious towels. Off-street parking is 20-40 feet from the apartment's entrance. You are in a walkable downtown with restaurants, bars and brew pubs. There is a nail salon 1 block away and barber shop on premise. Golf, skiing and lakes are within a short drive. This is the place to be!
