Newly Renovated Gem in Melrose - Pet Friendly

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the neighborhood, kitchen, beds, TVs, and overall found the home to be “pretty clean and nicely appointed.” As noted in our listing photos, this is an older building with many original features, including the windows. Removable window screens are provided in the closets and can easily be installed depending on guest preference and weather during the stay. Regarding the yard, it’s springtime in Upstate New York and seeing seasonal dandelions this time of year is fairly common. We were also surprised to read concerns about cleanliness after the review stated the property was “pretty clean,” especially since no concerns or requests were communicated during the stay. We are always happy to address issues in real time whenever possible and encourage guests to reach out so we can help make their stay more comfortable. As for the porch, we appreciate the feedback and are continually making improvements to the property as part of maintaining an older home. We strive to provide a comfortable, affordable stay at a great value for the area and appreciate feedback as we continue improving the experience.
