This newly renovated, centrally located apartment is perfect for couples or families of up to 4 people. It features a bedroom with two bunk beds, which can accommodate two people, as well as a sleeper sofa that can also accommodate up to two people. The maximum occupancy of the apartment is therefore 4 people.

A private, enclosed outdoor parking lot with a gate is available for your use. This is a private parking lot reserved for the building, but parking spaces are not assigned, so it is possible that the lot may be full at certain times. To open the gate, please use the remote control located on the dining table in the apartment. Next to the remote control, you’ll also find a parking permit, which you’ll need to place on your car’s dashboard.

The apartment is located in a building near a main road. The neighborhood is very quiet both during the day and in the evening. Located in the center of Crans-Montana, this apartment enjoys a perfect location. Close to all the resort’s attractions, you won’t have a moment to be bored.

There are no additional fees to expect other than the tourist tax, which must be paid after the reservation is finalized. The tourist tax, collected by Swiss municipalities, applies to all stays within Switzerland. It helps fund the cultural, tourist, and sports facilities that enhance your stay.

Laundry fees, including sheets and towels, are included.
