This home does NOT have Air Conditioning. This home has an air circulation system for humidity control. Most homes in Breckenridge (especially above 10,000ft) have heated floors and A/C is not possible. We regularly have temperature drops down into the 40s at night (even in the summer) at this high of altitude with no humidity. Provided you open the windows during the day, and close them at night this home will be comfortable all summer long.

I’ve stayed at many VRBO properties over the years, and this was by far the best one we’ve ever rented. Every detail in the listing was completely accurate, and the views from the property were absolutely breathtaking. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the Breck Connect Gondola and convenient to everything. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful house, with an amazing view. The gondola is a few steps from the house which makes it very comfortable and Main Street is also very accessible either by foot or car. Jason the host explained everything perfectly and we had no issues either getting there or any problem with the house. Thank you!

Amazing House and Location!

The pictures don't do it justice! the views, the easy short walk access to gondola for downhill skiing and out the back door to nordic trails for snow shoeing and cross country makes this house amazing. Not to mention the finishes and comfort (and beauty) of the house. The house was well stocked with all the creatures of comforts! We loved it and plan to be back and experience it in the summer!!!

BY FAR THE BEST HOUSE WITH VIEW IN BRECKENRIDGE

It doesn't get any better than this in Breckenridge. Nothing between this house and the slopes. Perfect view, high in the mountain but less than a five minute drive to main street. Less than a two minute walk to a private stop to get on and off the gondola. This house is loaded with amenities. Professional kitchen with two ovens, three coffie makers, spice rack, sugar, flour, cooking oil, aluminum foil, zip lock bags and all the extras. Two washers and dryers with laundry detergent. The house is loaded with everthing you need. Blow dryers, lotion, full-size shampoo and conditioner in every bath. This house even comes with an oxygen machine. Hot tub, outdoor grill, heated garage with ski boot warmers. Walk out the back door to hiking trails. We looked on Realtor.com and this is a six million dollar house. There are more expensive houses in Breckenridge but none with a better location. Jason was on top of everything and responded instantly. but truly we needed nothing. Everything was perfect.

Amazing Home and Location!

This is a wonderful location and property. The views all day are stunning. The large window looking out on the mountains give meaning to the phrase "picture window." The natural beauty was a perfect work of art. The volume of moose and fox we saw during our stay was an added and unexpected bonus. The property was in perfect condition and there wasn't anything we lacked. The space is laid out nicely and provides plenty of space for four people to spend time together or engage in independent activities. All beds are comfortable and the kitchen was the fist that was truly on par with what we are accustomed to at home, and a huge enjoyment for the chef in the family. We were able to hike and walk to main street and, if driving, you are within 2 minutes of everything. The bottom line is this place is perfect and Jason, the host, was excellent to coordinate with. We will absolutely make this a place we return!

everything you could ever want in a VRBO!

This property was fantastic, literally it seems that the owners have thought of everything (and then some - many extra special touches added to make the stay delightful!) The space was great... large, spacious and perfect for our group of 10. The proximity to the gondola and the view of the slopes can not be beat. Looking forward to staying again some time soon :)

The Views!!

This property was amazing! We stayed for a week skiing during spring break. First, the views were absolutely amazing from the family room/deck and hot tub. You didn't want to leave the house! Second, this house had everything. Lotions, soaps, every kitchen amenity you could think of and 2 nice bottles of wine left for us. Third, the beds were very comfortable as were the couches. (The kids had their own separate family room downstairs too which was an added bonus.) The hot tub was spacious and a nice way to cap off a day of skiing. Bathrooms were big and generous in size too. We have rented a lot of homes throughout the country and this is definitely top notch. My kids didn't want to leave and neither did we! 5 stars!

Classy getaway on the hill

We had a great time at SkiViews! The place is just a 2min walk to the gondola that takes you to peak 7, peak 8 or downtown. Couldn’t get a better location for everything! The house is immaculate and has very fine touches with TVs, appliances, furnishings...everything is high end. We loved the hot tub and the boot/glove warmer in the garage! Everything you could ask for and the service with Jason was great too! Would definitely come back.
