Brand new bedding.<br>Free access to the shared kitchen with oven, electric and gas hob, microwave oven, fridge, kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster..., crockery and kitchen utensils, washing machine, freezer, TV...<br>WIFI access, books and board games.<br><br>Baby cot, bathtub, high chair, stair barrier, etc.... available.<br><br>Toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels, garbage bags are also provided for the start of your stay.<br><br>Supplement for bed linen (organic cotton) of 10 euros per double bed, 5 euros per single bed and 5 euros for towels (2 gloves, a towel, a shower towel) per person.<br>Cleaning kit available. If you prefer not to clean, the cleaning fee is 20 euros per stay.<br><br>A deposit cheque of 200 euros will be requested on arrival (not cashed) and returned on departure if no damage is found.<br><br>Wifi access.
