Welcome to your perfect Hilton Head Island getaway! This bright and spacious 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom beach house sleeps up to 23 guests and is located in the beautiful gated community of Sandcastles by the Sea, just a short 5–7 minute shaded walk to Folly Field Beach.



Overlooking a stunning lagoon with a lighted fountain, this professionally decorated home features an elevator, private heated pool, outdoor fire pit dining area, propane BBQ grill, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Whether you're gathering for a family reunion, golf trip, or group getaway, this property offers comfort, convenience, and fun.

Beautiful home, pet friendly. Owner is super nice and accommodating. Home was used for my 50th birthday. Family came to visit from out of town. Everyone had a great time. House is located in a great area. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and beach.

Very nicely equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. Very clean interior and had plenty of beds for everyone. Seating in living area was perfect for our family and children liked the games. The outside garage code did not open the door, however we just opened it from close to beach and places to eat within walking distance.

The house reeked of dog pee. It seemed to start on the third floor, but permeated the whole house. We contacted the host and she sent a cleaner with a vacuum(laughable). When the cleaner came, she said the whole house needed cleaned and would let the owner know. There was no further response. I let the host know my daughter had allergies and was suffering from them. My other daughter has asthma and it was terrible. No response. I also let the host know there was a bug in my bed. Nothing. The house is lacking in upkeep. There is black mold in the one bathroom. How sad to have what could be a nice home, but to take no pride in it. My daughter searched past reviews (which sadly I did not explore far enough prior to renting.) There was a review back in May talking about the awful dog smell. There was a poor review in July talking about that and more. We also found a bottle of dog deodorizer. This has been an ongoing problem that the owners have chosen not to address. We cut our trip short by a day because I couldn’t stand being there any longer. I would not recommend this house to my worse enemy!

Excellent Family Reunion House

Had a family reunion here with 19 people. The house was super clean, and had room for all of us. We had fun watching the turtles on the lagoon sprinkler, and we walked to the beach several times. The kitchen is roomy enough to make big dinners. Great stay.

Not worth the money

We stayed here for the week of the Fourth of July, so the price was more expensive. I had high expectations for this house with us spending over 8k to stay here. The house advertised an elevator, it was locked up when we got there at check-in. I texted the host’s cell number and saw that he had seen my text (showing read) but no response for a couple of hours. So we hauled all of our luggage and groceries up the stairs for the 5 day stay. Upon arriving, the 2nd and 3rd floor temperatures were at 86. We turned down the thermostat and were waiting for it to cool down and unpacking, a man knocked on the door. It was a technician to fix the AC. No prior notice to us about the AC not working or that someone would be randomly stopping by to get into the house to fix it. The Adirondack chairs on the balcony fell apart when my husband and his father (not overly large men) sat on them. The fridge and freezers temps were all over the place. The bonus ice machine in the garage seemed like a nice feature until I realized that I had to go to the garage every time I wanted to get ice because the ice maker in the fridge puts out like 6 ice cubes every few hours. The freezer in the house would not keep the frozen ice from the garage frozen. The walls could use a deep cleaning, smudge marks everywhere. There were towel bars and cabinet doors that were loose in the upper floors. The pool pump broke in the middle of our last night and sprayed water all over my vehicle in the garage.

Had a great time! Loved the pool. Little bit of a walk to get to the beach but my 8 year old did it with no problems, so not to far. The pond in the back was nice and had fun watching the turtles and gators. Will definitely stay here again next time.

The house was so beautiful!! It there was plenty of room for everyone. The only really bothersome issues that we experienced were loose hardware on the bunk beds and pet odor. It smelled like dogs the further up we went. The top level smelled like dogs were kept there often.

Great stay for a large family gathering

The house was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Kids loved having their own space the top floor with all the bunks. Heated pool was also a fave with the kids! Host was very responsive with any questions. We had to replace the propane tank on the grill because it was empty when we arrived.

Great house for groups

Great house with plenty of room for everyone. Pool is great and walk to beach isn't bad, 10 minutes. Plenty of chairs and wagons. Great response time from managers. Ice maker is broken, very disappointed we had to buy ice. Air fryer wouldn't come on when we tried to use it. Non stick pans need to be refreshed. Chairs and umbrellas need to be gone through for broken ones. We took a broken chair and umbrella to the beach. Hose in the garage needs to be replaced, has holes. Elevator was a great help! Would recommend a garage refrigerator. Love the alligator, we named him Steve!

Very nice rental

The house was clean and very suited for our family get together. We did have problems with the elevator and the A/C on the upper floors but after notifying the owners, both problems were eventually fixed.

Parris Island graduation

We were very excited for the stay. The layout of the house is beautiful, spacious and enough room to sleep multiple guest. The house is not cared for the way it should be. The walls are dirty, house dirty, surface cleaned, multiple things broken, water pressure on third floor almost non existent (sink), outdoor fire pit not working, chairs broken on the 1st floor and pool area. The worse thing was we saw multiple bugs. I’m not talking about outdoor bugs. We are pretty easy going people, working class professionals, not just picking out things. When I sent an 2 inbox to the owner I didn’t receive a courtesy response.i shouldn’t have to go away being worried to bring something into my own home.
