New Four BR Luxury Vacation Home on Hilton Head Beach Gear included

Wonderful brand new luxury vacation home in the Spanish Wells area on Hilton Head Island. Beautiful new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, solid countertops and fully stocked with pots and pans to prepare all the gourmet meals or lunches for the family. Living room has brand new furniture with large screen TV to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. Dining area is just off the kitchen with extra bar stools for eating. There is a half bath downstairs just off the living room. The one car garage, parking in the driveway and you can park one car on the street allow for you to bring three cars to the home. 28 Pink Sand Lane is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

Master bedroom has a king size bed with a sitting area and full en suite bath with walk in shower. The two Guest bedrooms have queen size beds and a full bath also. Big bedroom upstairs for all the kids with three double beds and full bathroom with TV to watch all their favorite shows. Two of the beds on the third floor are adjustable to raise or lower to help your back when you sleep. Nice porch off the living to relax after a wonderful day at the beach. Easy drive to the Forest Beach area where you have plenty of parking and easy beach access. Great shopping and dining at Coligny in the Forest Beach area on Hilton Head Island.

Just minutes from the home is shopping, dining, golfing, biking and world famous white sandy beaches on Hilton Head Island. Hilton Head offers over 30 golf courses, 200 restaurants, 250 shops, 117 miles of bike paths, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts and 17 miles of beaches. Enjoy going para sailing, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, horse back riding all while staying at 28 Pink Sand Lane. Wonderful luxury vacation home with all the amenities on Hilton Head to enjoy. Home Away From Home

The location was near shopping and restaurants. It was also in an area that was peaceful and quiet. The facility had more than enough room for a large family. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends. My stay was an enjoyable and meaningful one.

Great location

This property was overall very well kept and comfortable. Close to all the stores, restaurants and beaches which was great. The two chairs in the living room probably need to be replaced but weren't too much of an issue for our trip.

Great Bacation

Newly built home in a convenient, quiet location. Well equipped with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Nice 3rd floor “dorm” is great for kids. Property manager was very attentive to our needs and solved some problems. We would return if we visit Hilton Head again.

We arrived early with an infant and we were so happy that upon arrival the property manager was able to let us in the condo a few hours early! With an infant that was worth it's weight in gold! Couldn't thank you enough. The condo is beautiful and we had such an amazing time away!

Beautiful home with everything you need

We had a wonderful stay here for our first vacation to Hilton head. It was in a quiet area of the island with some easy access to a bike path. It was a short drive to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The home was exactly as advertised and everyone loved it. We would absolutely stay here again. Our only recommendation would be that they get the home and exterior sprayed for bugs as we had a lot of unwanted visitors despite never leaving food out.
