Perfect Location -- Our end unit townhome is a part of two renowned Poconos Lake communities (Lake Harmony and Big Boulder Lake) and two awesome ski mountains (Big Boulder Mountain and Jack Frost Ski Resort).

Our home is perfect for one or two families, or for 3-4 adult couples. Sleeps 9 comfortably.

The Space:
Steps to the ski mountains in the winter. In the summer, enjoy access to the private beach, lakeside community pool, tennis courts, and more.

We put in brand new flooring throughout the house in Nov 2023.

The living room on the main floor has a gas fireplace and new 43” wifi TV with Roku for all your streaming needs. We have board games both for kids and of the adult variety.

The dining table seats 6 (up to 8 if you squeeze a bit) and the kitchen makes it easy to cook for a crowd (or heat up the leftovers from some of the area’s nearby restaurants).

Our home also has a back deck off the kitchen with a gas grill With a dining patio table.

The master bedroom is on the main floor with king bed + a private, renovated bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. There are two more bedrooms upstairs (Queen bed in one and a Twin over Queen bunk bed in the other) with a shared full bath. These mattresses are all cool gel memory foam mattresses. We get a ton of compliments on their comfort.

There is a finished basement with a new Queen memory foam bed and large sectional couch, with its own half bath. The basement also has a living area with a new 55” 4k TV with ROKU.

The kitchen is fully equipped (appliances are less than three years old. We provide linens, towels, soap, and shampoo/conditioner. Just bring your own toothbrush! We ask only that you treat our house as you would your own. It’s not just a rental; we use it with our families!

During the winter, the mountains feature skiing, snowboarding and tubing. We’re also just a few minutes away from Split Rock resort with a huge indoor water park, or within a 30 minute drive you’ll also find the Khalahari water parks or Camelback skiing and waterpark.

In the summer, there are tennis courts a stone’s throw from the house, and a short walk away you’ll have access to the private Boulder Lake Club which offers a heated pool, private lake beach, children’s activities, playground, more tennis courts, volleyball, subsidized boat rentals (pontoon boats, kayaks, canoes, rowboats and paddle boats/boards), and more. You can purchase guest passes during the summer season to the Boulder Lake Club: they are sold in batches of 4: 4 weekly passes are just $150 total, 4 weekend passes are $125 total. You can purchase additional passes as needed but Please call boulder lake club directly to confirm rates as they are subject to change.

Well trained and housebroken dogs are allowed for an additional pet fee of $55/day per dog (no cats). This is capped at $285/stay. Non-shedding dogs of any size are allowed OR very lightly shedding dogs that are <25 lbs. NO DOGS THAT SHED MODERATELY OR HEAVILY. We personally love all doggies but our cleaners can't keep up otherwise. We simply ask that you be responsible owners and be sure that your pet doesn't leave ample evidence of their presence :)

During the rest of the year, explore all the nearby towns. Go rafting, golfing, shopping, hiking, see waterfalls, and so much more within just a short drive!

Closest Big Town -- Jim Thorpe (25 min drive)

Jim Thorpe is a beautiful town with a stunning, Victorian downtown with lots of bars, restaurants, and shopping that cater to all interests and budgets. It abuts the Lehigh river where you can go rafting or take a ride on the Lehigh Gorge scenic railway. If you have the time, it is most certainly worth a visit!
