HARMONY ESCAPE has everything you can ask for when getting away!
Situated on a beautiful wooded lot with big boulders for exploring.
Sleeping for 11, lots of rooms for games, conversations or some peace and quiet.

Outside everyone will love the private Hot tub for 6, 2 separate firepits, and the bank of hammocks!
We are in a Serene, quiet neighborhood of Split Rock. Perfect for long walks to relax and rejuvenate everyone! Lake Harmony is a family friendly community, but values rest and relaxation with quiet hours from 10pm-7am so you can have fun all day and relax with a quiet fire, or enjoy the stars while soaking in the hot tub in peace as the day winds down!

The Home:
**KITCHEN is fully stocked with everything you would need for feeding the small
army you bring with you, down to the spices, tea, coffee and cooking oil!
There is a large dining table to provide space for family meals morning noon
and night!

**FAMILY SPACEs ample! Enjoy the front sitting room with SmartTV, gas fireplace
and ample seating, or hang out in the large 2nd living room with huge sofa's
smart TV, game closet and views of the outside area.
**DINING AREA is connected to the large living area, which lends itself to great
family gamenights, large puzzles and big dining fun!

**SLEEPING arrangements are a snap, with 4 bedrooms, No fighting over where
to sleep!
Primary has Queen En-suite
Bedroom 2 has Full beds
Bedroom 3 has a full with a single sized trundle bed
Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed and a Full bed

Two full bathrooms offer plenty of convenience, the Master EnSuite bath has a beautiful walk in shower while the Hallway Full bath offers a bathtub / shower combo for the little ones :-)

We know how important it is to keep kids happy, so we've left our game closet full of everything you could ask for to have a magical time away!
Board games, Karaoke machine, Cornhole, Horse-Shoes, Basketball nets in the driveway, XBox w/ plenty of games, a Wii (must bring your own games), oversized Connect4 game on the wall and more!

When ready to explore, we suggest some fun water sports! Yeti Watersports is walking distance from the house, you can rent paddleboards, kayaks, water tubing etc. While we cannot use the Split Rock beach, you are able to go to the nice grassy area next to it, grab a cocktail and snack at the outdoor pagoda, and soak up the fresh mountain air!
Big Boulder ski&tubing is 2 miles, JackFrost ski&tubing is 5miles, Pocono Raceway is 5 miles away,Hickory Run State park just 9miles not only has amazing trails with waterfalls, and a huge boulder field for exploring, but also has a FREE BEACH open to the public, Split Rock Golf Course and Jack Frost Golf Course are just miles away, and beautiful! Jim Thorpe is 15 miles

**Must be at least 25 years old to book and send age verification and signed rental agreement prior to arrival

**well behaved, house trained dogs of all sizes are welcome, we have a per pet/per stay fee of $50- please message us with questions.
